Do not waste your time with this company.
1) their staff never show up on time
2) I had to call their head office and speak to their HR about the lack of commitment from their staff.
3) their allocated staff do not answer calls or whatsapps
4) you have to wait 3-4 weeks to get a quotation.
5) the prices are ridiculous, over the average market standards.
6) they will not fix anything unless you sign an annual maintenance contract with them. (twisting a clients arms is not a professional marketing tactic)
5) I got a 2500dhs quotation for 3 mini palm trees, 900sqm of fake grass and 7 trees (which already have irrigation). RIDICULOUS.
To lanscape a 1890sqm garden, the minimum budget they work with is 1 million dirhams.
Do not even bother with Desert Group.

Company is good a large number of your need in door or out door plant u get in one place some person is not to be good behavior if any where priblam they take personally that is very bad
