It’s my 3rd time hiring them every time I move, it always run smoothly despite having loads of things needed to be packed and carried to the next unit to transfer, they’ll follow instructions and reply to you asap, sometimes there is no need to supervise once you tell them what to do.

I used them to help shifting my furniture unfortunately most of my wardrobe were damaged or dirty. They said its because my wardrobe were glued & they had to break it to move it. Understand but the what about the dirt & the things that promised with that they can do it for example I informed them that the beds has electrical socket that needs to be connected with the wall socket they said can do it & then they didn’t saying that they are not authorized to do so! The swing they also said they can assemble it and fixed in the ground but they didn’t & now my kids can’t use it. I contacted them and sent them pictures with no response from their side

Had a great experience with Desert Movers as they made our move as smooth as possible. Their supervisor came in and did a thorough pre-move inspection & gave us a very competitive price. They also delivered packing boxes and material prior to moving so we could arrange the packing of personal items. The team arrived at the agreed time on the day of the move, and carefully & professionally packed all fragile items. They packed each room individually and labeled all packages accordingly. On transfer to new premises, they delivered all items to allocated rooms in order, for ease of unpacking. They assembled all furniture, unpacked, and helped to organize all items in all rooms as per instruction and even stayed longer to ensure we were completely assisted and happy with arrangements in the new property. They promptly collected all packing material once we were settled and we were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend them for long or short-distance moves.

Professional and caring staff. We dnt hv to take any tension. Simply provide them the leave out notice and mentioned the time. They came on time packed everything carefully and transported to the new location, unloaded and unpacked everything in place. Nice service.

They were a professional team who clearly knew what was to be done. They arrived on time and finished shifting all of my household items, helped to arrange my crockery cabinet exactly the way I had arranged, help me put wall decor, paintings, dismantle and assemble Ikea furniture. Work was done and dusted by 5pm. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to move houses.

We have been moving houses every few years but never came across such a smooth and hassle free move. Excellent team and very professional. Not a single item was damaged. They worked efficiently and in a very organized fashion labelling all boxes. They unpacked everything with minimal instructions and installed all our white goods as well. Highly recommend!

Desert Movers is a very professional moving company in Dubai.
Right from the Sales Team, led by Mr Jassim, who ensured every procedure was well explained to me and communicated with me throughout till the shifting happened, making sure that everything happened in relaxed and smooth manner. All that he promised was indeed delivered.
The service was incredible, and the team was amazingly good, with 5 people on board. They were all on time, made sure everything is wrapped properly, dismantled & affixed properly as envisioned.
They also helped with the fixtures of any additional furniture’s which was in value addition to their scope. A special mention is needed for their Team Leader Mr Manoj who ensured that everything is executed as per expectations.

I have moved several times with them and they are very professional. They install shelves, curtains, pack and unpack everything if you want to. Never had anything damaged or broken.
