Their service really very bad very bad experience the manager also very bad so how u expect anything from staff, while dinner they cm to us and told us out side water not allowed we said ok and keep bottle down thn one lady again cm to us and told us can I hav yur bottle and take with her and put on table so is it good manner? We r professional and this behaviour not at all acceptable and when we told this to manager he also argued not apologise for a single time thn I ask any celebratie will cm here you also do the same with them and he replied yes he do the same, they not care for customer satisfaction or service so guys I dnt. Knw how I can talk more its meaningless to talk so better bfr go check all this my experience is very very take care we visited so many hotels this is the first time and worst experience.tc guys

Amazing experience at Desi Dhaba bir Dubai for eid buffet. Sumptuous spread l, live chaat counter was excellent. Dominic the manager was very courteous and service was also great. Would love to go back. Special thanks to singers and bhangra dancers who made our Eid special.

I celebrated my birthday at Desi Dhaba in Fortune Hotel on June 29,2022, and had a wonderful experience with a 30 percent discount on the total bill. Impressed by the food and service, I decided to book the restaurant again for my upcoming birthday this year.

However, during my recent visit, I encountered a stark contrast in service. While Bishnu, one of the staff members, was exceptionally polite and helpful, his manager, Mr. Domini, displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and respect towards customers.

From the moment I interacted with Mr. Domini, it was clear that he lacked basic customer service skills. He exhibited a rude demeanor and even showed attitude during our conversation. Eventually, he abruptly left the meeting, claiming that Bishnu would take care of the booking process.

As someone working in the hospitality industry, it is extremely disheartening to witness such behavior from a manager. It is expected that managers set an example for their staff and treat customers with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, Mr. Domini failed to meet these expectations, leaving me deeply disappointed.

I had visited the restaurant today with the intention of booking a table for a gathering of 30 to 40 people on June 29th. However, after this encounter with Mr. Domini, I have decided against hosting my event at Desi Dhaba. It is regrettable that a place that offers good food and potential for celebrations falls short in terms of providing a welcoming and respectful environment.

Considering the lack of respect shown by the manager, I would strongly advise others not to visit this restaurant. As customers, we deserve to be treated with dignity and politeness, and unfortunately, this aspect was sorely lacking during my recent experience.

I sincerely hope that the management of Desi Dhaba addresses this issue and takes appropriate steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Top place to feel india in dubai.bhangra ambience was very good.dal makhani takes my heart.it was yummy.
And our celebration of my brother's anniversary was awesome there

Good part - service was good, main course was good, live music and Bhangra dance
Bad part - ordered hara bara kebab in starters - it had a very bad smell of oil, the music is way too loud (if you have small kids or you are pregnant, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all) we had to keep on asking the manager to reduce the volume but it was of no use, loud music at intervals is ok but it was continuous and we couldn’t enjoy our conversation, gulab jamun had weird taste as well.

Due to too much high volume of sound I don’t like this restaurant. Even after requesting they don’t reduce the volume.

This is the first time I went with my family to this place. My family simply loved the overall experience. The food, the ambience and most importantly the dance singing and all the performances. We were also invited to dance in between and I loved dancing there. Any one who loves dance and songs will surely love this place. It's a superb combination of food and performances. We spent more time than usual because of the experience. They have valet parking as well. Kids also love this place. They also arrange birthday and other kind of parties. A must place to visit.

The ambience is nice.live entertainment was awesome, whether it was singing or dancing, rates are reasonable as well.just not too pleased with the food.was expecting better taste as it was supposed to be typical Punjabi food. I ordered chicken starters which were too dry, as if it was over cooked. I would really love to visit again but they need to improve their food.

Great Ambience and Tasty Indian Food.
Singers have wonderful voice and Punjabi dancers are awesome.

BUT.they need to be more concerned about COVID related safety (as cases have started increasing again).

With almost everything in place, to be a good restaurant, the only thing bothered me was waiters were not wearing face-masks, as expected, even after requesting.

Thanks to desi dhaba team to make my brother's birthday the best day. The whole event was filled with positivity and joy. Continue spreading happiness. Awesome service and three cheers to the singers and dancers.

Desi Dhaba has desi vibes. Bhangra group is great and food is getting better. Threw my anniversary party here and was happy with my decision. Good friends, food and vibe. Enjoyed their dal tadka, Veg biryani and aloo Gobi.snacks are also good, don't miss the crispy veg.

Don’t visit this restaurant!
Cockroaches are seen close to kitchen side tables! Even after complaining to manager, no action taken! They are very particular to clear my bills! Writing this negative review first time in my life!

Loved this place on our first visit last Friday nite with family and friends. Total desi masti, we danced to our hearts content. Worth spending your weekends or evenings with family and friends. Will visit again

It's a family place with amazing food and beautiful live music. Dal makhni is a must try for dal lovers.
Welcoming and accomodating staff. Quick service, yummy food and the live music adds on to it. You can even request for your song and they will sing it for you.

They serve drinks but not sheesha which makes it kids friendly. Me and my daughter just loved the vibe.
The live performance was an add on which forced us to stop eating our food and see them. You are even allowed to go near the stage or in front and dance aling with the dancers and singers. They even allow you to sing if you wish to.

Very happening "Desi" place. Lots of music, people dancing everywhere enjoying themselves and having fun time. The artist doing bhangra and singing are excellent and full of energy tending to all customers request from anniversary to birthday s.
One of the few places where u can take ur family with kids and still get to have cocktails and drinks as the atmosphere is very comfortable and family friendly.

Service is a bit understaffed and they were struggling to keep up with customer orders leading to minor delays.
