Amazing food and amazing. We always love coming to desi village. Mohit, sangeetha and Kristina has done a fantastic job in hosting my entire surprise. Thank you guys for the amazing hospitality. You guys rock.

Very high prices on foods like 4 star hotels. Never seen such a high price for mutton curry, soft drinks, sweets etc. Our first and last visit. Kept 24 hrs open and utilizing it from people.

Edited: In my opinion if you have a regular client, visiting your place at least 3 to 4 times per week you need to do your best to keep them coming all time.
Today is the 2nd time I make a reservation 4 h before my arrival asking for a specific table n, and when I reach is not available. I have preferences so I hate when someone decide to choose for me where to set.

I was your regular client but today was my last visit there.

Fazal suggested us Pink guava pan vanilla sheesha and it was really a good flavor, must try.

The sheesha was nicely done by Fazal and my friends and I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We will definitely come back again!

The food taste amazing! We had Iftar Buffet snd the taste every dish was outclass.

The only thing that I felt is, if you compare the price of Iftar Buffet with any other iftar Buffet offered in less price but they are having more dishes.
I have found more sweet and dessert in other buffets which are offering less than the price they are charging. In sweet and dessert there were only 3 to 4.

Poor customer experience. Despite of doing booking for 2 days in advance, they have a offered a table just next to door where we were family. We have to leave the restaurant just 2 minutes before iftar. Senior management of the restaurant were watching us leaving and no one bothered to interact with us.

Had a dinner with my inlaws. We were 20 alltogather. Our experience was very good. Ambience was pleasant. Food was amazing do was the staff. I am veg but my wife's cousin's had a non veg it was good as well. Live singing also their on the ground floor. If you are a hookah lover then they have place at their on upper level.
As the owner was known to my wife's brother in law so we had a extra red carpet service.

Had lunch with a group of 8, food was good along with the service, however would be good if restaurant can play music bit low as it was difficult to talk due to loud music.

Definitely one of the best Indian Desi Restaurant in Dubai!

The environment was very comfortable, the service staff very attentive and agile and served with delicacy. Made our party well at home.
All the dishes were full of nice color, presentation and lastly the taste was great.
We had been initially invited by my old friend Mr. Irfan Izhar on the 14 the June, 2022 and the revisited on the 15th.
All the best and thank you for the kind hospitality.
Would love to visit again whenever in Dubai.

Ordered mutton biryani and lamb rogan josh. The biryani was just average but the rogan josh was full of salt and oil with few small bits of meat. Was denied 1+1 main course offers from Entertainer app and noon Vip Membership as well however had confirmed its acceptance from waitress before ordering. Waited 30 mins after finishing food for the promo offer acceptance dispute. And ended up paying an additional delivery fee for dine-in bill. Had a good initial impression for this place but highly disappointed with the food quality and staff behaviour. Won't be visiting again.

Food was ok, Buffet settings wasn't good. Service wast good either. For the kind of ambience you would expect a more decent service. Once when we went during a less crowded time they were good with all the above. Apparently they don't know how to handle crowd.

Must must try. Authentic Punjabi food very yummyyy … best setting … very good staff.

Waooooooooo! This place was recommended by one of my friend and yesterday we visited here for dinner and seriously we were stunned by seeing this beautiful place.

Really visited so many themed places but this place give us completely homely feeling, we literally felt that we are in Punjab and sitting in some old home very small small things applied there & which make this place more homely.

You guys simply nailed it.

Am really left out with words while describing about this place. Would say in single line that super cool atmosphere, typical authentic food with live music and top class service.

You make me your regular customer, forget to mention one this my son was sleeping and playing with pillows (Punjabi style pillows Sirahāṇā) like he do in home.

Finding an Indian restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine is easy in Dubai, however discovering a place which gives you the whole package is rare. Desi Village is one of those rarities. The food, the Ambience, The Music and the staff will transport you back to an upscale restaurant in India. A must try for everyone.

Beautiful and peaceful place to dine with your family. Food is awesome, Service is fantastic.would definitely recommend this place for authentic Indian food.

Not great but a good place for family dinner.
Live music was good but the placement of the speaker was right neae the table which didnt let us talk and we ended up screaming to communicate.
Kinds got irritated due to such loud music but the staff was not ready to place the speaker elsewhere nor ready to change the table.
Starter was supppse to be a platter of tandoor which should have more no. Of pieces as per the menu but we got almost half of it.
Staff didnt knew how to balance the serving as the one served first were getting more portion and ones at the last were getting nothing.
If there is not much choice of place for family one can choose this as an option but not highly recommended.

Kebabs are simply ok. Main course was mutton raan.absolutely insipid.may be it was diwali night.service was painstakingly slow.took more than an hour.in between the fire alarm was activated and it was ringing continuously for more than 20 minutes before it was deactivated. Attendants were very polite and apologetic though.

Good theming and ambience. Food was amazing, especially the Sarson ki Saag and Chicken tikka. Live singing performance was truly entertaining and added value to the overall dining experience. Staff were good, except that they were rushing to clear the plates even though we havent finsihed eating. Overall worth the experience and value for money.

The place is owsem and good for sitting with friends and family. The restaurant has two floors. They have big screens for watching matches and other stuff during dinner. I liked their Bar B Q and theri pizzas. The washrooms are clean although there is no free parking. You have to pay for it.

I loved the hookah it was amazing compared to other places, I had limited time because I went late at night although they operate 24hrs but I will surely go there another time. I loved it the staff.on point

Overall was a negative experience; the food was not up-to the expectations.

Desi village will give your that perfect desi vibe in Dubai with everything perfect be it food, Ambiance or Service its a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends. They have a separate upstairs area for shisha lovers and ample huge seating area for family and friends downstairs. I just love the ambiance with comfy seats and quick Service as the staff is quite attentive and Courteous. Coming to food we tried the veg kurkure and bhatti ke mushrooms with passion fruit mojito, kitkat milkshake and blue lagoon drink. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed it. In the main course we had the dhaba style paneer with daal tadka and super soft breads. Veg biryani was good too. Main course was just perfect in flavours and made to perfection. In dessert we had mouth melting gulab jamun.

I highly recommend this place which is situated in Garhoud and should not be missed.

Seats are completely uncomfortable food is not that great and they take there time while serving food and food is overpriced compared to other restaurants serving the same food for way less yet better tasting food and they lack AC's hence it's very hot in the restaurant

So it's 22nd September 2021.and I came to this place.we haven't had our food yet but the sheesha is kickass and most importantly the service. Ali and Depaish are simply amazing. Very attentive and super sweet. It's the service which makes a difference and I am coming back for that only.

I am someone who loves mushroom and Bhatti ke Mushroom and Brownie and Desi Village stole my heart.

Another stealer was the perfect sweetness of aam panna where sugar was too much which helps as I am into fitness and needed right amount of sugar.

The brownie was super soft and while writing this I am still missing the same.

I will surely go once again and then will eat and work out.

They would not accept our entertainer ever though they were on the entertainer list
our entertainer was accepted in restaurants elsewhere
They said our order was not from the main course as well so we couldn't get any entertainer discount

The lamb was burnt and quantities were tiny and it was overpriced

Overall i do not recommend it

Great decor and theme! Food taste and prices were reasonable. However, they could not cope with the demand and there was a long wait to get our order. Most Customers were waiting long for their orders and we could see them complaining to the staff. Although I would like to give 3.5 stars only, give the place a try for the food.

Ambience is good but food is very Expensive.we ordered 2 lemon juice they charged 46 dhms and it was tasteless as well.not worth at all

These desserts Gulab Jamun, Kheer, Shahi tukra and assorted fruits I ate in @desivillage.dxb located in #algarhoud. Desserts were ok to satisfy for sweet cravings.

Visited this lovely colorful and vibrant place for iftar the other day.
The ambience was so colorful with comfortable seating and interesting sculptures and painting. Quite interesting.

The iftar Buffet is just tooooo good for the price.
They have a mix of pakodas like potato, onion etc which were awesome.
A range of fresh salads, dahi bhalle and appetizers.
The grills were amazing we had the mutton seekh, chicken Tikka and Fish which were all delicious super soft and well marinated.
For Main Course they had mutton Gravies, saag chicken and Biryani.
We had the Biryani which was super awesome.
For drinks they have orange Juice and Roofhafza. Both refreshing.
The desi desserts range is also great. We had the fruit custard and Shahi tukda which was amazing.

Overall a great place, ambience and food at a reasonable price. They also have a seating upstairs where they serve sheesha with discount offers.

A huge projector has been installed for the upcoming world cup. Defintely going back for more.

Attended a family Iftar at Desi Village yesterday and was truly impressed. It is rare for every item on a buffet menu to be good but this was one such occasion. From grills to traditional fries and Awadhi Biryani to desserts like Shahi Tukda and Kheer, everything was delicious and the staff was very courteous too. Must visit for sure!

This place is really huge. Down stairs they have the dining area/restaurant which is not fully opened yet. It is a complete depiction of Punjabi Dhaba and it really gives that desi feel.

As the restaurant is not fully prepared, the menu is limited. Ended up trying their Punjabi Samosa, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Kebab and Fries.

Paneer kebabs were okay but Chicken Tikka and Punjabi Samosa were better than expectations. Tikka was thoroughly grilled and Samosas were served with two different sauces.

Upstairs they have dedicated area for Sheesha. If you are a sheesha lover then this place is a must visit. Their Sheesha is as smooth as it can be.

The best place in Dubai to relax with your choice of sheesha flavour.and awesome food. Very nice ambiance friendly staff and ample of parking. A true 5 star place.one must visit.

One of the best Indian Restaurant in dubai. If you want to try authentic Indian food then this is the right place. I have also tried their Shisha and it was quite amazing

Stupid place runned by stupid people. Food was bad, the smallest chicken size exists, the service was awful, the stupid waitress said its complementary because of opening day, I refused her offer and she insisted. And invited me to try the other dishes. But I just left, suddenly someone running after me with the bill. Very stupid place, I give it 6 months -1 year before total shut down.

Good location, beautiful interior, very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff especially Sheraz. However uncomfortable seating and below average sheesha. The first time I visited them I had a horrible experience with the sheesha, it was so bad that eventually even their staff was coughing while trying to fix it. However I was told that this is not normal and I should come next time for the same sheesha which will be complimentary and i will change my mind about their sheesha. The next time I went the staff did not honor their end of the deal, since I was already there I ordered two sheeshas and both of them were horrible again, after complaining to the manager and explaining to the sheesha person how to fix it the sheesha eventually it was made much better.
Overall it’s a nice place but they have a lot more work to do, don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

I don’t like the restaurant first the place is very small and shesha area are very small and after the WiFi is not working when u ask them they reply it’s working but not working they should repair the WIFI next time I will not go thanks
