I was contacted by their staff after submitting a request online for interior services. After exchanging a few messages, responses were slow and delayed. The site visit took several weeks to schedule. I was told I would receive a quote for the scope of work but that did not come through. Constant reminders were required for updates. I eventually went with another company since I could no longer track them.
