We went there today (31/08/23) afternoon.
Firstly, i would compliment the staff, waiters and the friendliness of the place. Secondly, ambience was amazing even though it was packed.
However, the tiramisu karkigori was underwhelming and food was had a bit too much of salt otherwise the mango karikgori was the delightful one. Hopefully the criticism will be beneficial.

I’ve been dying to try their Kakigōri and Soufflé Pancake for months! I went to @cafebe.k at Festival Plaza Mall, Jebel Ali branch a week ago to finally satisfy my cravings but for some very unfortunate reason they’re permanently closed! I’m like. Omg why? !?
Sooo, fast forward we went to Dubai Festival City yesterday where they have another branch and was extremely happy to finally get a hold of these heavenly desserts. It’s so addictively good!?
The place, food and service is great. Cozy and instagrammable café. Thanks to their manager and lovely crew who made my experience special. Too bad they don’t have a lot of branch in Dubai. But I’m definitely coming back whenever.

People who have visited Bangkok will be delighted to know that the famous dessert shops in Thailand can be found here in Dubai and this Cafe is a good example.
The desserts menu is great and all of their desserts are delicious.
We in particular loved the service of Ms. Lijano. She was extremely helpful, friendly and a delight to deal with.

An absolutely cute and comfy cafe in Festival Plaza (next to Ikea)
Lima, our server that morning, was a friendly and warm host.
The coffee and food was amazing. Super clean and professional. Definitely a must try!

If you haven't tried this dessert before, I recommend it. When I ate it in Korea, it didn't have rice in it, but I liked it too.

Excellent taste and price worthy. We love their apple caramel pie, the taste is just as good as it is presented. We’ll definitely come back!

I decided to go after i saw everyone putting in stories.
We order the dessert in the picture (i forget the name)
It took long time to come, taste is terrible, one of the worst desserts i ever ate & it’s overpriced!
I don’t understand how people still come to this place. Horrible experience!

A cafe situated in a quiet and peaceful location at the mall. I had gone there with my colleagues. Everything we tried were delectable. The double mocha coffee had the perfect mix of coffee and chocolate. The s’mores nutella shibuya toast was bursting with flavors. The toast had a buttery taste which melted in your mouth with the first bite with the right amount of crispness outside. The mac n cheese was served hot and the portion size was also good.
My colleague tried the strawberry cooler tea and she loved it. She was looking for something refreshing and she found exactly what she wanted. Would definitely visit again to try the kakigori.

Wow just wow!
What we love about this cafe is that it's not too large as it cn only accommodate few customers. There's not much noise and the ambiance is good. It's different from the usual cafe we have been to.
We always love small cafes where we can enjoy our drinks and dessert without too much noise in the background and this place is definitely perfect.
We ordered their signature Shibuya Toast and it was so tasty. % I can guarantee, it won't disappoint you.
We also ordered drinks and they are so refreshing!
We can't wait to comeback and try the other items on their menu!

Great place for kakigori, what a delicious option to try shaved ice cream, fruits and great preparation.
