It wasn't my choice to sit and try it. However, I was surprised with the quality of desserts, French toast smores taste really great , and the other dessert with shaved ice was nice but not great. However, there is need to be more attentive to customers, as the service is kind of cold and has no vibes there. But the food is good and I recommend it.

Kakigori (which is technically korean Bingsu) was good, it was a new texture and taste for me which i will definitely go back to. The croffle which was a waffled croissant was really good.

Had booked cafe be.k for our company’s annual event. The innovative, unique dessert - kakigori was a clear winner. Perfect sweetness, perfect size of dessert… totally recommend them for events

We tried the mango kakigori ice cream its good but they need to lil bit improve it with adding more mangoes to it and also use sweeter mangoes. Overall good place and very nice staff.

Wonderful Asian inspired dessert cafe! The pistachio cake is beautiful and they have many Instagrammable products. A bit on the higher side in prices but definitely tasty and a hidden gem in DFC mall! (also one of the quietest cafes you can find in the mall so good for work out of home)

Stumbled upon this cafe while looking for a place to eat, tried it out and realized it’s a hidden gem! You wouldn’t notice nor know it’s in Festival City Mall unless you walk around

They’re a bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it as the servings are huge. Tried Watermelon & Feta Salad since it’s my fave.
Also ordered Shibuya Toast & Pancake Soufflé

Taste, atmosphere and staff are 5 star! Cafe worth the go to if you want to try different sweets that are actually good!

Loved the food and atmosphere. The desert is much bigger in person, enough for 2-3 people! Overall a positive experience.

UAE’s first Kakigori cafe has come out with MUST TRY new summer flavors For anyone like me who doesn’t love extra sweet desserts this is the perfect place you need to visit!

45 dhs for the kakigoris. It was my first time trying this type of dessert, although it just looks like shaved ice there’s a surprise inside so make sure to dig into the middle

Drinks were also great, super refreshing. The blue lagoon latte was like a typical Spanish latte, on the sweeter side however so make sure to ask for less sweet.

The mango with coconut was sticky rice was excellent. The only reason I can't give a 5-star rating is that their kakikori bowls are so small that the mountain of kakikori tends to tumble onto the table as you eat.

I ordered the strawberry kakigori and smore's nutella shibuya toast. Both were amazing. The kakigore was very light and refreshing and the shibuya toast was filling and delectable. The price is good considering each dish can be shared amongst 3 people

A Japanese Cafe with ample of variety on their menu, both savoury and sweet.
We tried their,
HALLOUMI FRIES that were served with green peppers and spicy yoghurt sauce. They tasted amazing, might come again for this one.
SHIBUYA TOAST: A Japanese street food, it’s a big size bread filled with a sauceand topped with ice cream. I’d say one should give it a try!
COFFEE: Absolutely loved how coffee is served here!
FOOD: 8/10
SERVICE: 8/10

Worth the hype and reviews. Enjoyed the amazing strawberry kakigori and Original Japanese Toast. I need to visit another time to taste other menu varieties but the snow dessert with the hint of cream and cheese cake and topped with strawberry and it's juice was amazing. Should try the kakigori if there.

Drinks r great if u aren't picky, their mac n cheese is amazing, their macarons r soft and delicious, their staff is friendly, it's expensive but worth it once in a while

This was the Worst kakigori ever!

I’ve had kakigori from food trucks that are higher quality! Its basically ice that is flavored with artificial flavor!

Even Cafeteria’s use some fresh fruit plus flavorings.at this place its all artificial.waste of money!

If you are a dessert lover and is a sweet tooth.this place is for you.
Although the price is not cheap, the taste and presentation was worth it.

A small cozy restaurant with unique desserts and drinks. Enjoyed my Avocado toast with fries and caramel macchiato. Their caramel cheese dark shibuya toast topped with ice cream is a must try for those who have a sweet tooth! Will check out their other drinks and menu items next time.

We were the only ones in the order queue (there was one other guy hanging out who already finished his meal), ordered just this one serving of shaved ice and it still took 15+ minutes to arrive.

The kakigori was good. Melons are milky and together with the ice cream and small tub of condensed milk the whole thing was heavenly milky. It’s enough for two people as well so I consider the thing priced appropriately (by Dubai standards anyhoo).

I had breakfast here. Shakshuka eggs. One of the most bland dishes I’ve ever had. Couldn’t have more than 2 bites. Another issue with the bill. Overcharged for coffee. Had to wait until waitress calls the manager on the phone to correct the bill. Maybe I came too early, and staff were still waking up, but they were quite grumpy. Quite a bad experience.

Great place i enyoyed the breakfast and the decor is beautiful this place should be busier i will be back again

A go to for Japanese Kakigori. Yummm! Cosy ambiance tucked in a corner with good food and friendly staff.

Had the Arabic tea and Fig cake to compliment it with! The place has a good ambiance and very friendly staff! Must recommend this place after a hard day at work to just chill and enjoy your coffee.

Our go to place for cool, soothing kakigori especially in the current summer heat. My husband’s and my faves are the mango, taro and lotus ones. They have great cooling ice coolers too like the lemon yuzu ice cooler. Fair prices too. My only request is that they play more soothing sounds instead of those Tik Tok grooves as it can be annoying after a while.

A must visit place for its desserts.served within minutes after placing the order. Very very friendly staff and the service. The place is nice and quiet. Prices are fine looking at the quantity served.

Authentic snow flake and dessert which I had in Korea and Japan. I think here is the one and only Far east-asian dessert in DUBAI. The quality and savor is exactly same and I totally love it. Literally its like you enjoy real snow in your mouth with awesome flavor! Else, i love honey butter bread, souffle!

A Japanese dessert and drinks café. I was happy to know about it after seeing such dishes in Japan in my Instagram explore.

I was planning on ordering Kakigori alongside Shibuya Toast, since I never tried it, but perhaps another day, to not overdose myself with sugar.

Shibuya Toasts ordered:
Choco Banana: at the beginning, when we planned to order it, we were informed that there are no bananas. We were ready to leave, but luckily, there were bananas, so we stayed. I didn’t eat a lot of it, but my brother told me it was too heavy and he didn’t really like the vanilla ice cream that was used. I didn’t mind it and I liked it, but I mainly mixed it with the strawberry ice cream and sauce on my plate.
Mixed Berries: I loved it. It wasn’t heavy, it was something that is easily consumable by the mouth and easily goes to the stomach. The sauce and the berries were fresh and delicious. The ice cream and the whipped cream, as well, are soft.

We ordered the mini versions. You can select two in a mini version for a total of 65 AED. I think it’s a good option for pairs, especially when you both aren’t that hungry. I liked this option. It exists also for the Kakigori, but not for the soufflé pancake.

The bread, both my brother and I had an issue with it. His issue is that it is crunchy and soft. I liked that, nonetheless. My problem is that it was buttery. There is more butter in it than I think is needed. I am not sure if that is the way it is meant to be, or not. If not, I hope they fix it. If it is, then they may keep it.

The service is chill and fine, such as the ambience. It’s normal, good. It is nice to come as a group or individual to try new lovely dishes. I don’t know if it’s a study/work place, but I think it’s possible. I cannot be sure since I came at night, not daytime.

I liked the idea of existing samples for customers to see how the dish will be and their portions. Nonetheless, I hope they aren’t real because that will be considered waste of food, which is extremely inappropriate.

I hope they add more drinks or coffee options, especially since they can play with it more and bring more trending Japanese coffees, since they already got the Japanese desserts.

Cafe be.k recently opened their doors in Dubai Festival city and they have introduced some unique dessert concepts.

We tried few items from their menu and was totally thrilled with their offerings. We had their signature desserts like Strawberry Cheesecake Kakigori, Choco Banana Souffle,
Smores Nutella Shibuya Toast & Einspanner.

Kakigori is a japanese shaved iced dessert flavored with different syrups. But the ones you get here at cafe be.k is much more than that. The texture of the ice distinguishes kakigori from the usual shaved ice desserts. Its one of a kind and when you dig in, you will be surprised to see a cheesecake inside. We thoroughly enjoyed their strawberry cheese kakigori.

We then had another signature dessert called Smores nutella shibuya toast.
Shibuya toast also known as brick toast and honey toast, is an architectural dessert and is originated in Japan. The outer side of the bread is crunchy while the inside is warm and soft. It is topped with nutella, marshmallows, cream and what not. It is presented delightfully and tastes delicious. Its a paradise for all the nutella lovers.

We also tried their Choco Banana Souffle Pancakes. It was fluffy, soft and yummy. We enjoyed it much with the banana and chocolate toppings. We also recommend their signature coffee Einspanner. Its actually a cup of espresso topped with cream cheese and sprinkled with cocoa. It is highly recommended for all the coffee lovers in town and i am sure you won't be disappointed with this choice. You can have it when you are looking for something special.

Moving on to their service and ambiance, the entire team of cafe be.k are super friendly and service was excellent. Their ambiance is chic and elegant. Its a perfect spot to grab a coffee and indulge some delicious and insta worthy desserts.

I canceled my order because they don’t have plastic or wooden fork & spoon which was not acceptable especially with the current situation of COVID-19! They should inform the customers this before not after they order! & the cappuccino tasted bad I didn’t like it at all

Been here twice now to my jeans dismay. Both times exceptional the s’mores and apple shibuya toast are the best. We did try the Japanese pancakes and were not fans at all.

Best Japanese cafe in UAE, Dubai. Must visit! Dessert size are big and nice, authentic Japanese taste! Well done keep it that way.

First time eating kakigori and surprisingly its really not bad. The mango coconut kakigori is very refreshing and a layer of sticky rice is a nice surprise and compliments the mango flavor.

The match latte on the other hand is a bit milky to my taste and can get really stale and awfully sweet. I suggest stick with the matcha kakigori for the matcha cravings.

For now, I'm looking forward to coming back to try the shibuya toast and the souffle pancakes. I will update this review on my next visit.

One the best shibhuya toast! Best soufflé! And of course their kakigori’s without question is the best dessert of all time! Love the whole vibe of the place, extremely cosy.will definitely visit more often.

Interesting salads but quantity and quality varies widely. Good watermelon juice. Coffee made with UHT milk. Can be noisy.

Absolutely amazing. The mango kakkigori is delicious my 3rd visit and I always love it more, staff are very friendly celebrated my friends birthday and the staff sang and danced for her she loved it, absolutely and delicious and good seating are really recommend it

Korean cafe, open recently at dubai festival center, nice seating layout, desserts menu, good to try, almost the same as the thai after you cafe, tasty and sweet, staff were nice and helpful, don’t miss it

We ordered mango kakigori was very nice, the vibe of restaurant is not Japanese, you won't feel the authenticity of the food coz of decoration, and they add up arabs favourite such as arabic coffee and tea which taking away the Japanese vibe away. Decoration is nice but not wow, however the kokigori is wow affordable with good quantity. Hopefully for next visit will try other sweets. As per the coffee shop manager there will be a nice update in menu with more variety of options.

Since We are coffee persons, We would say this cafe doesn’t served specialty coffee. Their latte tasted bitter. Dessert choices are limited but kakigori doesn’t taste so bad. Haven’t tried their soufflé but will definitely not comeback as We particularly looking for specialty coffee with more varieties of dessert.
