DEWA Back Office

Shockingly poor back office. I’m not sure what they are all doing…

I’ve called DEWA 12 times to get my account created. It is supposed to take them 10 days from receipt of the required docs. I sent them 21 days and still no joy…!

This is non responsive number 971 4 347 9690. Kindly Update the number which is responded

It was really pleasure talking with Mr. Islam he was very helpful to me for activating dewa in my villa i was facing issue thank to Islam very much should promote him

Never Pick up the phone. Waiting since 2 days for simple re connection. Every time i call they say with in few hours connection will be done. But still not done yet. DEWA is really slow. Not at all happy with the service.

04 347 9690 is not the office number, its meter reading section office

It is only technical staff office, not service center.
