Very disappointed with the customer service. Had requested to combine two DEWA accounts of same owner so it’s easier to pay for bills. In my understanding doesn’t need to take too long to resolve however, the process have taken over 6 month now, with no outcome what so ever. Finally going to the head office, they told me they are going to assist me and went straight to their office. The employee have told me he is going to personally assist me and fix the issue as soon as possible. It’s been 2 weeks since he haven’t written back to me and now I cannot access my account and their turned down the water in my house too. How ridiculous…
Amazing service! Extremely helpful staff, it took 5mns to sort out what I tried online and over the phone over weeks. I stayed longer in the space as it so welcoming and high tech! Well done DEWA team and thank you!

Useless customer service centre, where mo employee has any ability to make a decision and solutions provided are abitrary and no regard to personal circumstances or usefulness….
تقولولي طرش ايميل عشان نعدل النظام ونطرشه لك انك تستلمها بالوسترن يونيين والحين أتفاجأ بانه ماشيين بمعامله الايبان ليش هذا كله؟! ليش ترفعو ضغط الناس؟ ياخي ليش ماتكوني عند كلمتكم؟ لافي حد عندكم من المسؤولين فيه خير يرد على اتصالاتي ولا يكلمني يوم اطلب مسؤول! لهذه الدرجه الناس عندكم ماتسوى؟ مابقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بس! ناس فعلا ماعارفه كيف تشتغل! شهر كامل عشان ٥٠٠ درهم بس! يعني لو كان المبلغ بالالاف شو بتسوون؟ خدمة اسعاد المتعاملين مفروض خدمة كيف ترفع ضغط المتعاملين
I came to DEWA in distress matter with many technical problems in account details. Mr Hussain Sulaiman was a great help and managed to lead me through the process and solve the accumulated issues.
Please check the image of thier smart system, suddenly someone discovered that meter was faulty for 15 months and cut the power within an hour for unpaid bill. When you don't have a competitor, you would expect worse than what we have got so far.
I just got my final bill last july 28, and until now I didnt receive it now is September 1 almost a month, 2 refund request I did. No response at all. Even customer care service! How many times do we need to call? 20x? The one sr account officer told me to go at Room 3 main office, but no one is there to assist! What is this? Seriously? Im still waiting for response with my deposit still NO RESPONSE
Decent customer service. Handicapped access available. Coffee shop and bathroom on site too. Would recommend the banana cake when at the cafe. Visitor parking available but gets full quickly. If you have time play with the robot on site
I applied final bill for my company they send deposit refund cheque by name of my company. But I closed my company I don't have any account. They didn't listen they told me by the way we issue new cheque by your local sponsor name. What is this.my company is L. L. C and that money is my not for local sponsor. I deposit the money. Not a local sponsor.
I am here only to thank Mr. Ameer Al hantawe from the call centre.he was very very kind and helpful.dewa is lucky of having people like him.ladies in morning shift non of them helped when i called multiple time.only he did.
Privileged Parking. Quick access to information desk and the right person. Solutions are not very easy. I had to get a printed statement from the bank to get a refund from deva. The original payment to deva from account itself. In that case why should I prove that it is from my account itself by getting a statement from bank. Need improvement in back end. However overall experience was good.
You don't have to wait here, very well maintained. Everything is there from ATM to Food court. Corporate office of DEWA - Contracts, HR n other people sits here.
International Standard facilities like free Wifi, Coffee shops, traditional style welcome drink, ATM of Major banks, Friendly customer service agents etc.
DEWA has changed a bit from long time ago, it’s interesting how they try to bring the new solar technologies into the city.although the building is too old, the makeover and customer service is good
If you have any issues and you have time to reach here. It means you will save days of useless struggle. It's a one and only stop to all dewa solutions.
Place is super busy and yet they manage to keep it so we'll organized. Plus, there is always something interesting to lookout for on the campus. Parking spaces are very limited though.
