One of the BEST (!) authorities in Dubai: so polite, effective - you just feel comfortable there, well looked after and in very good hands! Mr. Maher Al-Derwish and Ms. Iman Al-Saeed took all their time and solved our problem simply, fast and without any problems. Thank you both!
Well organized authority. All employees are qualified and dealing with customers in a very friendly way. Always there are solutions for any problems. There are Two ATMs available directly beside the entrance and the customer happiness center. There is a big hall as customers waiting area. You can contact with DEWA employee via online chat through existing PCs at the Business Center. Also you can find a free WiFi which easily can be connected.
Very helpful staff. Big thanks to Mr. Khalifa Khamis at the front desk. They educated about there work tasks. I Easily finished some papers, which was taking a weeks. Thank you again!
I had the worst experience with DEWA. I had an apartment and i registered in Dewa and requested a Dewa account number, but it has been SIX whole months, and 15 emails and 5 calls asking them to send me the account number, and no reply. "except we will forward your request to the concerned department". Signed by "Dewa Happiness Center" Until today i do not have a DEWA account number.six months and counting. Signed by the unhappiest customer
Me n my hubby went to this office complaining about our bill up to 60% we normaly paying below Aed 1000 and now the bills more than Aed 3600 we live in 2 bedroom aprtmn n the weather is perfect no need the aircon, they said its bout adjusting the bill? Come on we live here in this aprtmn almost 2.5years never experience this issue bfore️ this is غير عادل, take it back on july last year we wnt back holiday fr 2 weeks and our partime maid forgot to turn of the aircon the bills was 2600 we accept that its human error but this time Yaa Rabb they said we need to pay the bill cant sorted out️ أستغفر الله
O Don't know man, people've been complaining because probably they're right. As from a third world country I've faced the same kinda hospitality in some other govmnt organisations. Well, they love western people so let do their job. I have nothing to say. As usual good looking government office. No complain. Peace.
Pathetic service. Not polite with customers. The guy in the reception is loud and rude. Not customer centric. Unable to solve a minor billing issue since 2 months. Had to call numerous times. Sent emails, visited the branch but all in vain. Everytime call or email or visit the branch, need to tell the whole story from first and then nothing happens.
Everyone was so professional, friendly and went out of their way to help. I was so stressed entering to sort out an issue and it was so quickly resolved, I could honestly not believe it. Thank you. I remember Iman as one of the people who helped, but there were many more at the information desk too.

Helpful and competent staff. New technology available to keep the Covid safety distance standard. We had a problem with the account which was properly fixed.

They are so great! Never seen such Servise with happy smiling faces. For everyone for each single person they treat really good. Fast and helpful. Even if it was a long queue but the service was quick. Staff are willing to help and giving right information. Thumb up to them who have service-minded. Plenty of free parking and free valet parking. Also, lady parking dedicated to all ladies. 2 coffee shops insides building. One serves Starbucks coffee, Dunkin Donuts and sort of sandwiches. Another one for pastries.
I was at DEWA Al Quoz this morning for my final bill, the lady at the counter told me that my bill can only be ready by 2: 00 pm. Just before 2: 00 pm today, I have received my DEWA notification for the Final Bill and she even follow up by calling me informing me that the bill is ready! Excellence services by DEWA Al Quoz and this is really the BEST you can get! The awesome customer service lady name sounds like "Wahsa" - my apologies didn't really get her name!
Al qouz dewa is the best dewa for the work to be done with easy and with best customer service. I thank all the dewa staff for being so nice and helpful. I have been on Thursday 07/03/2019 to DEWA Al Quoz to create new water and electricity connection. The staff there are extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I particularly dealt with Omar Al Issawi and the two lovely ladies at the reception. They are made the process for me extremely smooth and finished everything within 10 min. I am extremely grateful to them. Thank you so much DEWA Al Quoz Office.
