Poor - disrespecting staff. Collection agent visits without calling, talks rudely, complains of walking to apartment door. What kind of poor staff DHL recruiting nowadays?

Prompt service and professional and accommodating staff. My package arrived safely and on time in the Philippines.

I had a good time, very warm welcome, attentive staff, I had a lovely holiday for the prices were reasonable

I am suppose to get my delivery pack today. Agent came without giving prior notice or call. Delivery perosn was so rude and shouted for waiting 15 mins. Which I was not aware. Delivery was supposed to done at my work place by unfortunately I was out for some work and my office ppl doesn't had any idea.

I bought a cooking machine 25 days ago, and the website shows that it is free to install. I asked the customer service when to install it, and they said that it will be installed the next day after delivery. After I received the goods, I waited for three days and no one came to install it, I called customer service, he said to make a request, someone will contact me within 48 hours, I waited for two days and no one contacted me, I called again, and said 48 hours later, someone contacted me, I waited for two more days One day, a customer service contacted me and asked me to contact the brand owner myself. The brand owner said that I want to pay, because they have a cooperation with noon, so I need to contact noon, because I bought it on noon, and I contacted noon more than a dozen times, Every time I waited for two days. Now more than 20 days have passed, and still no installation. It is really rubbish after-sales, and there are behaviors that deceive customers. It is really unacceptable. Everyone must avoid this e-commerce, really Very useless.

Am not satisfied with phone call for an enquiry. They are talking like a king and they don’t know how respect customer. (am not blaming all, only that guy who talk with me for an enquiry.

Small counter in Dubai Mall, but it’s good for doing fastest courier from here. They committed me for my parcel to be deliver in Oman within two days although it was holiday then also my courier gets delivered. Great service.

Delivered at my old place despite having out the new shipping address. Sorted out within the day though.
