DHL Dubai Mall Service Point

Hadji and 2 others are of the best team I ever meet.
They literally helped us courier all the parcel with personal care.

They helped us to sort the boxes, wrapping and all of documentation really fast and soon.

The filipino lady was sooo rude over the phone! I paid extra money for it to reach earlier yet till now i still didn’t receive my order and they told me that there was a delay! How is it the customer’s fault if there’s a delay with your service! The customer care lady was rude and she didn’t help with anything very unprofessional! The worst company i ever dealt with save ur self some headache and try any other shipment company

Theriz is the best. I had so many packages I wanted to send as a gift for my girlfriend and brother. She took her time to unwrap them and make sure they were packaged very carefully. She’s kind, and she’s a good conversationalist, assuring me that my package is in good hands. I felt safe leaving my package with her especially with the passion and care she used in handling it. I would definitely send my packages through Theriz again.

The guy sitting at the counter very rude and didnt have the product knowledge. DHL brand is very good service normally but when he is sitting at the counter, the image of the company tarnished

I went there and I had an urgent document to send. Normally at this time, the fastest it could arrive is after 2 days. Cordello went out of his way and called the HO checking if there is still a chance to accept it for tonight cargo. It worked and he saved the day. Hadji was helpful as well to cover for him while he is making the needful to support me.

Extremely helpful personnel, namely mr. Gary Alvin Penalosa. Have done all possible efforts to organise the earliest delivery. Voice and whatsapp support, creative and proactive approach - all what you expect from a proper express delivery service.

شركة ليس فقدت المصداقية بل هي بالاصل ليس لديها مصداقية. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا ويوجد شركات افضل منهم. طبعا انا لا اتكلم عن هذا المكان او هذا المكتب. ان اتكلم عن الشركة dhl بأكملها

Well, DHL is well renowned Worldwide and they should live up by their name in the UAE and should hire better courier guys who care about the company.
At first they surprised me with early shipment which was 3 days earlier than communicated and I was super happy but then
The courier guy named Ayyaz just came to deliver my shipment at my home and could not wait 10 min for me to open the door and collect my shipment.
When I called him he said I have left.
So the good work done by the company turned bad due to the courier guy's personal act

I believe DHL has downgraded its standards. Poor customer service, rude call center agents and lazy account managers. You better move it with someone else than DHL as they are like TNT/FedEx now.

Bad service. Looks like DHL going down hill in service. First i have got notification i shall receive my package by end of the day, then courier whats app me and said i did not answer his call at 3PM, as he was at my door at 3PM to deliver the package; and it will be schedule other day as i was unreachable- all these were communicated to me on Whats app 20 minutes after he left my flat (just ridiculous, not sure he even were there). I complained to him via a call then he said you call customer service. Sent email to customer service as a complain - i will surely take it up.

Promised to get my delivery today, stayed at home waiting, no one showed up. Just got a call asking when I’m going to be home again waiting. Horrible services. Not trustworthy.

Always happy with DHL collection points and services elsewhere… However, totally disappointed with Dubai Mall outlet’s staff. They were not ready to accept corporate shipments even after they do employee verification. We approach the collection points only in case of urgency and Dubai Mall staff does not understand the seriousness of the matter. Finally done the same shipment on the same day from DHL Deira City Center collection point. It’s better to place a staff who knows the proper procedures and who can handle corporate customers too in such a prestigious mall outlet.

Both employees were very friendly and helpful, they explained all costs and charges and suggested we repack our package in order to save more money which we really appreciated. They provide packaging and bubble wrap if needed. There is sometimes a small wait time as only 2 employees work and many people shop. DHL are very reliable and have quick delivery and provide a tracking number to monitor progress.

It amazes me how far the employees of this DHL kiosk will go to obstruct a simple transaction. Every time I have tried to ship something from here at ENORMOUS cost, the employees will find a way to make sure you can't. Today's unhelpful employee was Mecio, who could not have done less. Highly recommend FedEx at this point. This DHL is a convenient location except you have to return several times to ship a single package. Ridiculous.

They charge sender and receiver both to make more money, received shipment from UK they charged me AED 10 handling fees on top of AED 15 for VAT

Worst courier service on this planet! Someone sent a document for me on March 3rd and it supposed to be in Canada before March 18th! The shipment is on hold in Dubai for more than 20 days right now and no one from DHL is answering my emails, calls and complaint form I’ve submitted. The documents are already useless to me but please DO NOT send you packages with this company. Biggest scam on this planet

They made me wait at Dubai Mall for 6 hours, just to tell me they don't have any clue if I'll receive my package, plus they are not at all helpful, avoid dhl at any cost, the cost more plus service level is 0, if there was an option I would had given minus 5, I am sharing my incident will my 3000 fb friends an on instagram, stop using dhl.

I delivered all my January gifts with DHL.

Called to confirm a pick of of item today. DHL promised they will collect the item from my address at 6pm and didn’t turn up or call. I wasted one hour waiting for them. They obviously don’t have a decent Managment structure where anyone is accountable. I’d love to know who the ceo of DHL is in UAE and understand what he does. The company is going downhill

Guys, beware of paying large amount of import taxes when you ship (especially large items) from one country to another. I had a bad experience on this one. My mom shipped some items to me from Dubai to Germany. She was not inform by DHL Dubai that some import taxes are need to be paid upon the delivery of the items and I did not know also. I was asked first to give some descriptions and prices of the items that I am expecting (I really thought that was the last requirement and DHL Germany did not inform me also on that day that I will be paying taxes). The next day I received a message saying that I need to pay 110 Euros for the import taxes before the items will be finally delivered to me. That leaves me with limited choices but to pay. My mom and I will not do this again. I am used to of not paying these taxes in the Philipines. I know it's a cost of ignorance but DHL could have made some effort to make their customers aware of such important information. I hope this review could save anyone from this kind of bad experience.

Although clearly explaining that the item contains nutrition product however it was delivered in very bad condition and subjected to high temperature.very unprofessional delivery team

I'm still waiting for a package to send it I'm waiting 3 weeks and still send it unacceptable dhl express because I won't like you again because you shouldn't say dhl express since you don't become the delivery in the time that is written unacceptable

Despite being regular customer but writing about very serious problem i had with them.first my sister shipped my remaining old stuff i had in Dubai (as i moved out of the country this summer) they took the stuff knowing its personal used stuff.didn't write anything back then.after 3 days it reached Ukraine.and 2 weeks now trying to clear it out.discovering that they need customs to paid her (they didn't mention at all for her this thing) and they wrote alot of unknow items on the package.now its stuck for the second week trying to convince them its only used clothes and shoes.just please people be careful with them.they turned out like all other companies they only need money.soooo sad

Untrained and incompetent staff manning this kiosk. I asked for a receipt and they would not provide it. The managers are inattentive and do not take the action needed - to properly train them or fire them.
DHL prices are high, so quality of service is the Least to be expected from them! Instead, the staff have no patience for customers even though there us hardly any one using their services at this outlet!

Thank you Hadji at DHL Express, Dubai Mall for his friendly, helpful assistance in getting my Mother's Day cards to her. My lack of planning was overcome with ease and I'm grateful to him for his help.

Worst service ever!
22 days late and my goods are still not delivered.
They have made a mistake with documentation and tried to put the blame on shipper, when that was not possible, they have stopped attending to our concern to have the goods cleared.

These are the worst courier service. Item was sent 2 weeks ago from London to Dubai but still not delivered. Always putting the fault on someone else. Will never use this service again.

Great staff, very helpful, helped in packing, and rearranging and in getting a better price!
