I came to send the document and I was served by a girl from Filipino, she was tactless and rude. She responded rudely to my requests for help, after which she said that she had lunch and left my application. There was another agent from India, he was very polite in his appeals and very pleasant in communication, he helped me complete the procedure of sending the parcel, for which I am very grateful to him. Please take into account the treatment of the Filipina girl with clients, since she does not know the basic manners of communicating with people.

I always count on this team to assist me whenever I want to send stuff abroad. Carla was helpful with a recent case and saw the whole process through. Keep it up guys!

There are a Filipino agent who refused to pick up my documents from the Embassy, claiming that this service is not available.
After contacting the DHL costumer service, they informed me that the document could be collected without any problem. This man made me waste time and money. When you go to this branch make sure you speak to the correct agent.

Very slow. There’s only one person and she doesn’t know how to mutltitask! I am standing in line for 30 minutes and there’s only 1 customer in front of me!

They have smiling and good staff. A very good service for emergencies, but very expensive in price. A very high fee of 285aed for a single sheet of paper.

Fast and friendly service. The person that was manning the DHL counter on 13/06 served two people before me very efficiently. My destination address had an issue, but the agent quickly rectified it with a quick Internet search.
