DHL Mall of the Emirates Service Point

No customer service at all and one guy who visits my area always have a problem with pick up and delivery
I raised a complain no one called back

Price so expensive. It's better using post office. Never don't use DHL. I sended 3 kg for Canada that price 1,600 AED spend so so expensive DHL.

Customer service was good, no line up but price from Dubai to Saudi Arabia was double that of Aramex

I will never send again with DHL, it's already 12 days since i sent it to Germany from Dubai. And they have not received yet. I was informed about only 4 days of delivery timing. The staff didn't inform me to put receipt because of customs office and they didn't even fully describe the presence of the package, there were still important documents. So much money i paid. DHL should take responsibility for the delivery.

Happened to courier a consignment to KSA. Despite charging humongous amount, no status updates whatsoever. I had to discover myself that the consignment has been halted by customs. The staff is least bothered to even feel apologetic. They say “our systems doesn’t support email / SMS updates”. Stone Age systems isn’t it? Would never visit DHL again.

The worse experience in ALL DHL BRANCHES by multiple staff in my personal experience. Very slow, very complicated, not welcoming, not keen to do anything.

The service is quite smooth but the price is high. I received a parcel from Europe in 9 days I dont understand which Express they are talking about.

Staff is helpful but DHL need to find a way to make the service a bit faster. The staff blamed it on slow network

Asked for costs, had me stand there for 10 minutes filling details only to tell me it costs 800 to ship some coffee to my mother as a gift. Terrible waste of time

This is located on the ground floor very close to the information booth close to the Carrefour. There is easy access from the car park. I was very happy with the quick and efficient service

What a joke of a service! Trying to over sell with insurance included without informing the customer about the options. So for a piece of paper they were giving me the highest price for a parcel with insurance included. Then pretended they give me discount (lol) when I mentioned I dont want insurance. 30 minutes of useless discussion where the guy tried to manipulate me and "punish" me for the fact that I discovered his "tricks". You need to inform customers about the real price and options of sending documents versus volume and also insurance is not mandatory considering your services are for special delivery insured already!

DHL is providing very good services as it is known for. In this particular branch the guy served me was very nice and friendly. I liked him, I don't know his name but he one Indian guy.

My documents arrived before the date I expected. Very quick delivery. Though its a bit costly. But I'm happy

Just want to get more money out of you they will change you where ever possible, even to receive international parcel you have to pay AED 10 handling fees

Tried to return an amazon item back to the seller and the asian dude on duty insisted he had to open not just the packaging but also the manufacturer wrap of a new ipad device before he can ship which I know is definitely not DHL standard and he was only just being racist. Just ridiculous behavior.

Won't recommend using this service point

The 1 stars is purely for waiting time. It's one person attending to all customer. 15 mins per person its always a 45 to 60 min wait. DHL should improve this counter by adding more personal.
