DHL at Ibn Battuta has Terrible service I wouldn’t recommend using them.
The attitude of the service personnel was arrogant and argumentative. I advise Avoid and them use another company

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! We have booked online last Tuesday to pick up from Serbia to deliver to UAE, where it took them two days to send a courier to pick up the order.
We’ve paid extra to have document delivered by the end of Monday, since we are traveling on Tuesday and we need that document, we were on the line with customer service in Dubai where we were told we will get it for sure by Monday, they just need our emirates ID.
Today is Monday and they called us to tell us it will be dispatched from Serbia now! And that won’t reach today!
The worst service EVER.
Please hire people who know how and want to do their job instead of just repeating the same sentences without putting any effort.
I don’t even want to comment how not getting this document on time changes plans for whole summer.

I have sent important document to US, and they called me after 2 weeks and told me it’s lost. And there are no solutions to this. Don’t trust your shipments to them. Dont do the mistake I did, I have all supporting documents and I can prove their mistake.

I got a parcel going to deliver at California. I paid 414.23 Dirhams and it will arrive there on Thursday It’s a great deal Because of “Joey” I appreciate you for your kindness even though it’s peak time.

It's not a DHL service point. They do not accept a ready made packages with you own label. This is some cheaty 3rd party service.

Driver didn't turn up for a simple collection and the customer service were very rude on the phone to the point that the upset a family member. I will never use this co.pany ever again
