Had a very bad experience with customer service agent Nazrul.
Unknown waiting time.
No acknowledgement while communicating.
Negativity and eyes rolling.

Too expensive. The cost of the package was less the cost of the delivery which didn't make sense

Easy to find in Al Quoz. Efficient staff that guided me with the process of filling and submitting the paperwork for my deliveries.

Too much attitude and bad behavior from the counter personnel. He told me the price was 110 aed for inner city delivery of a small pack and I had 12 pieces to send. I told him can't get a discount and he responded saying that based on my phone number I haven't sent anything since 2015 so ofcourse no discount. It's just nasty to deal with people like this when you have stuff to do. Do not commend this branch nor DHL after this.

Tricky to find if you don’t know it’s in the basement. Access at entrance next to spinneys.

The person at the counter in the evening was very rude. He was treating customers terribly. His attitude needs a serious review.

The location of the stall was hard to find since I was not familiar with the area. In the website i was not able to get the exact location, that it was in the basement near car park. But am thankful that the staff was very helpful and has an excellent customer service.

The service of DHL is always up to standard, even though their methods could be outdated, but it is as explained to ensure package delivery. Their prices could be revised to accommodate more customers, but I guess that's the price of premium. Mr. Dan who is at this branch is an absolute delight of customer service. I highly recommend this branch for a smooth transition

Fast service and a great company, in regards to this express station, just wish there was a sign or something to find it easier

I tried to drop of 2 packages urgently to be sent to canda to my daughter with some personal stuff and both shipments had an airway bill already paid.so instead of DHL deliveryman to come and pick it up next day. I tried to drop them personally.the the guy there was not cooperative and was arguing so much and even he did not approve the drop off and he want a trade liscence.poor customer service although DHL delivery is always the best

Park your car near entrance A then go down one floor then walk straight towards the entrance the kiosk is under the escalator. You’re all welcome

Not very friendly staff, was reluctant to explain the issue with my package. It is good to have DHL in the mall, customer experience can be improved upon.
