Have been using Dial A Maid for years. Lal is our regular guy and he works his butt off on the place, is great with the dog, and always in good spirits. Service is consistent even when we’ve used others. Highly recommend.

This Company is very good. From the first contact I had with the Company, then through contract signing and finally dealing with the operations dept to schedule the timing of the cleaner was very professional. I hired Donna as a maid on full time basis for 4 hours every day. She arrives on time, is very polite and completes her job on time with utmost quality. We explained to her what had to be cleaned and where the cleaning materials are located in the storeroom and thereafter there is minimum intervention from our side. I have dealt with other companies but Dialamaid is a mark above the rest. Keep up the good work

It is awesome and specially lady Christine is very dedicated and perform task so fast. She listens carefully and give output in best way. She alone can do superb in sufficient time.

This company has changed management as well as the front office staff. I have been using them for quite sometime. With the recent staff, everything goes down the drain from handling the issues with clients, professionalism, organization, time management and so on. They have never followed the safety precautions during pandemic. They care less about the safety of the staff as well as the clients. This is very frustrating especially when everyone needs to be equally responsible to keep people safe around them. On top of that they lied too. I am done with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I engaged this company for 11 or 12 years and we used to be very happy. It's a shame, since the manager Caroline died (what a sad and great loss!), it seems not to be the same company.
Caroline was always open for communication. Tried contacting the management for months now, without success.
No emergency contact or escalation point only "Sorry maaam, I'm new I don't know". Issues are obviously not be reported or forwarded to management. I asked several times for them to get in touch - nothing.

They are professionals. Came on time and finished on time. I ordered for 2 hour 1 maid service, but they sent two maid for one hour. But i liked it.

I'm so disappointed with this company. The lady that they sent to us was really good, we are really satisfied and if she worked for another company we would definitely call her again, but never again with them.
They are never punctual (even after being late several times and us complaining, they put us on priority and still arrived late!)
We had hired a lady, she was to pick up a child from school and come home with her (5min distance) and then after giving her lunch clean up the house.
The lady did a good job, but she was late 3 times (out of 4!)
The child was left in school for almost 40 minutes because of their driver being late despite the fact that they are located in the same area as the school and our house.

The cleaners are fine, the admin is awful! 1h late arriving, the cleaners have no chainge to give. Certainly not using again

Cleaning is good. Their admin is appalling. Been using them for 7 months and only recieved one invoice which I asked for, for 2 months which doesn't make any sense. They won't send over any info of what we have paid. Won't give me contact details for management. It's dreadful!
