I lost my ATM card so I went directly to the Dubai branch of DIB BANK, EMAAN a beautiful girl at counter 4 working as a customer care service provider, helped me to resolve this issue, and work is done fast and it is hassle-free, and a card will come by post within 3 working days she said, Im happy and satisfied.

Very pathetic services, a bunch of people and 2 customer service persons only. Really don’t know how this type of big entities will grow up with this poor customer service. If you want to get appointment tomorrow better go there today night. Very very bad customer satisfaction.

The worse waiting ever in all over uae.assistant branch manager he did not give any attention to the floor and waiting area.security gaurd not allow to give tocken after 12.really worse experince allways in this branch.branch need who care about the people issues not only sales.

I really appreciate the only staff who tried to assist with good smile and effort MR. Amjad Mousa.he deserve to be in better place not just cm service.

One advice and thank me later, go to EIB and do not go to DIB, you’ll waste hours and days from your life only at DIB branches waiting for your turn to come, the slowest service ever, in one day i went to three branches to find the best queue and the best was 1 hour

Worst and cheating bank. Lack of communication about debit and about new charges for credit cards.very very cheap.

It is a failure with the worst customer service i had ever seen in my life.i am old lady more than 60 of age and sick in spite they didnt regard my age and case and they invoved me in an endless circles going every where to find my money which was in my account and they absorbed them in pretending it is the system of the bank and we sent the money to charity association without my knowledge or approval. They prevent you to contact or arrive to any responsible emploee. I felt rhat i was dealing with a gang in dark cave.

CS is poor and even in this modern time the level of service and the time taken to meet a CS is really need to be looked upon by bank. Had to wait 3 hours to get to a CS person. After sales service is really bad with this branch, require proper streamline by bank managers so that customers dont need to wait this way. Had to put aed15 to parking as well as all this area is A parking.

For 2 min job.waiting for 3 hours is a complete no.hope this review will be considered constructively to improve service level.
