Dine garden Restaurant

Ordered dragon chicken.they served this saying this is their version of dragon chickenNo in-house toilets, which is inconvenient. Prices above average.

I order every single day form this restaurant. But order taker who took the order is disaster. His attitude is really really bad. I order chicken fried rice with fry chicken and today i order beef fried rice with fry beef he say no fried rice make with boiled beef.fried rice with boiled beef. He say you can order somewhere els we don't make fried rice with fry beef.
As well as i told him for sunday my company event i wanted to order 100 biryani and i wanted to discuss with manager or owner to get a special price and he refused to give me a number as he think that im going to complain about his bad attitude. Such a people loose customers ever Easily. I spend more than 200 dhs per week on this restaurant and i never ever order again from this place ever.
I dont recommend this place for nobody as they are not deserve to be in the industry with such a bad attitude.

Very bad service by the dine garden very upset I order one item they send me one item it's very bad service by dine garden 0 rating for them however you will deliver to much late and in this also mistakes very bad. If I am complaining they are taking in easy way they don't know how to speak with the customer also and that person is explaining me about the dish very very bad service only prices are some good for middle class but very bad service dining and food delivery.

I wondered when I ordered from dine garden lots of time but everytime they made mistakes i always asked for salad with food but all the time they forgot to provide salad with food when I mentioned same thing on call why uh guys not providing salad with food then they’re arguing and behaving rude that is not acceptable at all even I ordered from other restaurants as well they're providing all the time even if you order single item they never forgot to put salad dine garden service is like you have to wait almost for an hour or more than that for your food worst experience ever i had in Dubai even not only with me my friends and colleagues who order with them facing the same issues with Dinegarden

Very very bad experience today I have with my family we already seat there for food suddenly the waiter he came and told me you can't seat here we alredy booked for party here.so I tell him very politely then u want to tell them before if we are seated.any how it's very bad moment for my family.

I ordered khizhi paratha. There is not different between chicken curry& partha both are same. So dear people im not Recommend khizi paratha and price was so high! So bad and worst experience

Good location on King faisal west main road opposite fitness gym and near khonaini1. Excellent ambience in two storeys for both family and bachelors.they have got a dedicated car parking at the back side.just call them over phone and they will raise the parking bar and you can park your car and from their you can direct enter to the restaurent.food quality needs improvement.

One of the best budget friendly restaurant in Al Quoz. Very pleasing ambience. Food is really nice. Been there for many times. Parking is the only issue. There is no free parking available. (RTA paid parking available).

Food was good, you can have very tasty Indian food in dubai with very reasonable price. We had Grilled chicken and Hyderabadi Biriyani.

Nice ambiance, friendly staff, and good taste. Appreciate the hospitality offered by the staff, they used to treat the customers to feel like having a feast during the festival.

Always im oder from dine garden. Today also im order from there but they said after 2hr only deliver my item then I cancel my order. Only 1.5 km dine garden to delivery location. This is my bad experience.

First of all I did not get the food which I ordered in the menu and was served different fish instead of mackerel fish and the dish was really tasteless and old and the service was bad coz they did not come back to table after the food was served and drinking water wasn't served until I asked for it.no quality in service

Dum Biriyani comparatively with others price and packing is very good, quantity also more also u can try chicken chukka, if you are a spicy lover u can try also green chilly charcoal

One of the worst Restaurant I ever visited. Very Poor customer service. I visited the restaurant and ordered Barik set, the staff took my order and bring the rice with some curry and pickles, no fish fry as committed, no paapad as committed, no other side dishes as part of the Barik set, when I question the staff he said are you having the barik set for the first time, when I asked him where is the fish fry which you committed along with this meal he said there is no fish available now and he bring a half used egg omlete saying take this instead of the fry fish. The worst and poor service and irrespective restaurant. I will never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

I used to be quite regular to this restaurant since the time it got opened, more frequent orders via delivery partners or directly through restaurant. I usually dont check the receipt from this restaurant, but when I did, To my surprise, they saved my contact as FRAUD. When I questioned about it to owner, he had no idea about it. Apparently the rudest guy who picks the call for orders saved my contact as fraud. This review is purely based on their attitude towards customers. I need to take this to authorities, can someone let me know if there is any provision for humiliating a customer?

Very bad service. When ever we call after 12 am midnight theŕe is only available is chicken curry amd beef curry. Always they have same reason which is chef is on emergency vacation. And if you like to go and dine there food will take min 45 minutes. And the food is best in this area but the service is waste in the world. Stay away from this restaurant.
