They have a tie up with Emirates NBD to provide airport transfer and other concierge services to their visa platinum customers. But they will do absolutely anything to get out of fulfilling the promised services. I tried booking for a airport transfer but they denied saying they need 48 working hours whereas Emirates NBD website and their call center agents declare 48 regular hours.
Stay away from this firm. I hope Emirates NBD changes their concierge business partner.

Highly unprofessional call agents.
I just received a phone call from a very aggressive and emotional employee from this company. Upon telling her that I will be calling her back after looking into the company myself, the employee became angered and lashed out at me saying I should at least tell her my name "since she told me her name", and HUNG THE PHONE on me.
This is the height of unprofessional-ism, and I will Definitely never be considering using this company's services.

Probably the worst concierge service. I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 days on the phone and via email.no replies and no one is answering the phones. Emirates NBD uses them for them for concierge services as well as an upsell for their credit cards.whats the point of offering a service that their customers cannot use.complete joke

Worst agents! Absolute fraud company! Never try it!
28.04.19-Despite Clarifying my opinion Multiple times About the So called "Service" they offer, Their agents keeps on calling shamelessly once in every 2 months persuading to continue the offer with them despite i made them clear about the worse experiences I had! Please you dont even deserve a single Star!

I've given up with their cleaning company " The Maid Company" the staff just don't know how to clean a villa and require further training. We spent countless hours training their staff and wasting our time. In the end they sent a totally untrained new girl so the process of teaching their staff starts all over so i have decided to find another company. They were unable to make a bed, ironing was below standard, floors not cleaned properly. Toilets still dirty, dry washing not brought in even in bad weather, the list goes on.
