The old man in the cashier is so rud.he used bag language with us. And he threw the bag toward us after making the payment.

This store really knows how to catch your eye/attention, it's so bright and big that you want to know what's in there. It's a great souvenir store!

I would recommend if you have a short time in Dubai and won't be able to visit the Souks but if you are going to the Souks during your stay, definitely get your souvenirs from there instead as you can negotiate the price.

The best place to buy UAE souvenirs and some locally made handicrafts and few other stuff.

This is a scam shop. Watch what they charge you before you swipe your card. They overcharged me for one item. I should had called a police for scamming and lie their customers. This, and similar situations with car rentals and hotels definitely leave a bad aftertaste from Dubai. Emirates is not better then some Egypt, same cheap scammy mentality and this store is just a prove.

I bought countless times in this shop for the passed few days and yet the cashier never handed over a single receipt to my purchases. I do not have options at the moment as they only have the specific souvenirs I needed. He is not accomodating. I gave 2 stars as the other staffs are very helpful with my queries and needs. It's such a beautiful place to shop but not handing over a receipt to a shopper is not following the law in Dubai.

Shop looks attractive & can found many of gift articles as we wish. Large collection of souvenirs.
