She takes the time to listen to her patients, ensuring that all their concerns and questions are addressed. The doctor's calm and reassuring demeanor helped alleviate any anxieties I had during this period. Her explanations were clear and concise, making it easy for me to understand any medical procedures or advice provided. I highly recommend Dr. Nivedita M to any woman in need of a caring and competent gynecologist.

Dr. Swagatha Malik is one of the best doctors I’ve met in Dubai for children. Her unique diagnosis skills and kids handling require special mentioning. I strongly recommend her.

I would highly NOT recommend this place. The service is bad, you will have to wait a minimum of 45 mins to speak to anyone. I had to wait for 45 mins before being told that insurance has not yet approved my blood test. Horrible place! Never again! I will never again visit this place and will make sure that, I let everyone I know the terrible quality of service and the waiting period. If you visit them please make sure you are ready spend the day

Had a wonderful experience with Dentist, Dr. Madiha Rashid. I Had severe pain In the teeth. She did the root canal treatment in my teeth. The process was done very smoothly. Dr. Madiha explains the process in the most simple way, and makes the patient at ease. I did tooth filling for my son as well. He was Also very comfortable in the process. She made him at ease. Highly recommended.

The HealthHub simply does not provide accurate information about their services and will even lie to excuse their faults.

I called several times to confirm that they had certain vaccinations available. They would try to confirm with this branch and would take hours to get back to me. I opened the same query with 3 different call center employees over the course of about 2 hours. I was very specific and clear about what vaccines I wanted and that they were for an adult. 2 of the employees got back to me confirming those vaccines were available at this branch. 1 never did call me back.

After confirming, 2 separate times that these vaccines were available at this branch, I arrived only to be told that the vaccine was not available. They even seemed surprised that I was coming for vaccines, as apparently the call center employee that made the appointment did not note this as the purpose DESPITE ME SPECIFICALLY ASKING THEM TO NOTE THIS FOR THE DOCTOR. They suggested that maybe I hadn’t specified whether they were for children or adults, but I absolutely had. The supervisor at the clinic contacted the call center, who claimed that I did not ask them for vaccines - AN OUTRIGHT LIE. I was furious.

Luckily, they record the their phone calls. After checking the recordings they admitted that it was their fault for providing me with inaccurate information. However, in reality this does me no good, as I was still not able to get my vaccine. I will never do business with them again, since I can never trust or have any confidence in the information that they provide. I do have to thank the clinic supervisor, however, for speaking with the call center supervisor and getting him to look at the phone recordings, then admitting it was their fault. This review is more of a reflection of the poor communication between the call center, the clinic, and myself, than on the clinic themselves.

Great Clinic Health Hub located directly in Discovery Gardens. The reception staff makes you feel right immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run clinic. A fantastic experience that is super easy for anyone that lives in Discovery Gardens
This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team is very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to extract the wisdom tooth, periodontal root cleaning and Dr. Madiha Rashid did a great job. I felt thst i was in good hands.
All the people here were gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to Dr. Madiha Rashid and her staff, she provided excellent service and I will be coming here with my family for all my future dental needs.

Doctors are good and fast service in terms of payment and processing of insurance. However, on peak hours its hard to park as the parking slots are limited due to being in the residential area.

Excellent ambience, excellent staff and nurses at Health Hub Discovery Garden. Very caring and experienced doctors. I had the opportunity to see Dr. Imran Hilal and Dr. Dimple Tiwari and had a great experience with my treatment. Worse clinic in Dubai! No Organisation they give appointment at specific time and make you wait 2 hours then when the patient complain and leave they call you back to apologize and beg you to go back! Well you are not a restaurant where you can offer a free meal if something went wrong once you are working with the health of people is normal that you make someone wait for 2 hours will not be back because the trust is gone!

Dr. Madhiha Rashid was an angel in disguise. My sons n my dental problems have been handled so professionally by her.
She is very accommodating, patient n explains the procedure, the do's n dont's so well. Her gentle yet firm approach to her work n patients, the way she puts the patient's at ease is commendable.
Her personal connect n interest in each n every with patient is so real n appreciative.
More doctors should follow her example.

Very frustrating staff and also DOCTORS. DOCTORS didn't give proper information to insurance company. They give incorrect detail. There minds are diverted.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, they’re not caring about any of us, doctor left the clinic although I took an appointment with him, they even didn’t call to cancel the appointment, the nurses and receptionists are very rude
