Diva Laundry (JLT Cluster-G)

I was facing Frequent bad quality of collars pressing. Every time complained they refused to press again saying collar is bad quality (expensive shirt from Mark's and Spencer). When insisted the guy on reception to press again he told to go to other laundry if you want we can not press again.

Certainly I am going to other laundry. Just Putting this review just for the owners of this laundry whose staff instead of giving customer service rudely telling customers to go to other laundry.

Excellent and prompt service. Great care and effort taken by the staff.
They even take care of stains on clothes and strive for the best service.
I am happy with them and highly recommend them to all.

I brought my hand-tailored shirts for dry cleaning. Out of 2, only 1 came back. No one felt responsible. When calling them, they just hang off the phone. When I went there, no one wanted to tell me who was the owner.

Hello peeps! Don't think twice, this is the place. I had my laundry done on the same day so efficiently and the staff are awesome!

Did a great work. Very friendly staff and left me with professionally bagged, sorted, and folded laundry in an easily transportable way. For what they did, it was pretty affordable too.

The worst laundry in Dubai. Terrible service. They picked up a carpet 4 days ago to deliver in 6 days. Today they said they will return dirty because they didn't clean and they will not be able to deliver it in time. Such bad service, they just don't care.

We recently moved to community where this laundry service is based - we sent my husbands brand new T-shirts x3 and pants. We didn’t get back till after 6 days - had to chase. We weren’t home when the items were delivered and our house help didn’t check but 1 t shirt was missing which we have been trying to get back for 5 weeks to date. Another tshirt came back with small hole and not ironed properly! The manager always says he will get back to us by a certain day but never does! They sent us a video footage of reviewing the items but it didn’t prove that all the items were delivered back! All the T-shirts were brand new worn once and designer brands - Balmain! Would not recommend this service to anyone!

This laundry is offering extremely unprofessional services with the following problems:

1- Losing valuable items of clothing
2- Mixing up clothing orders and sending us OTHER people's clothing
3- One time sending laundry back unwashed yet ironed, so we couldn't tell at first glance that it was unwashed
4- Late delivery at times
5- Extremely rude customer service and support

We are taking serious action against them for losing valuable/expensive items of clothing, after refusing to give us a straight answer, nor offering reasonable compensation.

Great service, the delivery is much appreciated. Had some clothes with really set-in stains (blood, chocolate, etc) and they came out perfect. Everything folded and organised really well on return.

Mascot does a weekly pick-up & drop off for us. The service is excellent. Prices are fair. They do a very nice job cleaning.
