Worst service, damaged my clothes, no responsibility, shrink my curtains, i kept waiting for two months to get in touch with someone, awful experience

Our home has a lot of tall glass windows which meant that we needed to equip them with drapes and curtains. Now, it was obvious that we needed to clean these time to time and it was difficult for our housekeeping staff to do it all on their own. We were desperate and on the lookout for a company that offered the best curtain cleaning Jumeirah region. Thankfully, one of my friends told me about Diva Laundry and their amazing services. I took his advice and to be honest, I was blown away by the customer-centric services of the company. I have been sending for their services for the past 6 months and they haven’t given me the chance to complain even for a single time!

Frankly, I never had any experience with any professional laundry service providers. So I was trying out Diva Laundry for the first time. After witnessing their cleaning process and laundry services, I was impressed, to say the least! I would highly recommend them to other customers and I am certainly coming back for more!

Diva Laundry is actually fantastic. The team are friendly, polite, the speed in which they turn around your clothes is absolutely fantastic. The prices are absolutely Bang on. I have never had a bad experience with them, I can WhatsApp and then within a few minutes my clothes are collected and then I just recieve a message when they are ready. I have used alot of dry clean services and Diva cannot be faulted. A certain recommendation! 5 stars

I’ve been with diva laundry for many years now,
I can honestly say there the most incredible dry cleaning completely in Al barsha, not only do the clothes come back in the most incredible condition, it’s fast service. Very affordable

Twice in three months I’ve gotten back times of clothing that are still dirty. My husband gives them 50-70 pieces of clothing every month, and I’ll toss in 2-3 items every now and then. Aside from facing issues with delivery (they never deliver when they say they will unless we follow up and prod) getting back dirty items puts me in a bind because I travel weekly for work and don’t have time to redo the clothes. I’m going to saudi with a dirty abaya this week. Pictures attached.

- EDIT Saturday Night: It's now been almost exactly a week since my last review. The owner responded quickly and very nicely resolved the abaya issue so I've upgraded the rating to 3 stars. However, there's a new problem - as mentioned in my last review, delivery is always a problem.
My husband gave his shirts and suit as usual yesterday (Friday) morning and agreed to have the suit delivered back today in the evening. At 8: 25 PM he called to follow up and was told yes yes it would be delivered. It's now 10: 47 PM and the suit is not here, and Diva Laundry is now closed. Fortunately, he has multiple suits and only gave Diva one because otherwise, he'd be stuck going to Saudi in a few hours with no appropriate business clothing. I can not understand why Diva keeps saying it will deliver on a certain day and then not follow through. I want to love Diva Laundry but it's hard.

EDIT Sunday Morning: After continuous follow ups, I was told they're "not allowed to give the owner's number" despite the owner asking me to call him/her in the response to my review. I'm now waiting for my abaya (I travel again this afternoon) and can not get a straight answer as to when it will be delivered. Screenshot attached. Downgraded to 1 star.

Best in dry clean and alteration under one roof. Very professional in dealing with clients and prompt reply on delivery and pickup even taking request via whatsapp.

I have tried couple of companies, providing laundry service in my area and this is the best. They are not the cheapest option, however the way they handle customers is very good!

Overpriced for express service and when I called them, they were so un polite

Always reliable and a very efficient service. Whenever I call for pickup they are on my doorstep with 15 to 30 minutes and laundry delivered back within 24 hours. Price is very reasonable considering the service is so good. Shirts always ironed very professionally and with total care. Also had tailoring done to taper my suit trousers which I was hesitant about considering they were not tailors but they did an amazing job.

Excellent service.always on time delivery.and its convenient for everybody because they can pick up your laundry.clothes delivered perfectly iron and nothing is missing.staff are friendly and very accomodating. We've been here since July 20I8 and until now we are using their services. We highly recommended Diva Laundry.

For the people, who would be using DIVA - my tip is, there is no 5% tax yet! It will be enrolled in 2018, although people are not ashamed to charge you already!
