Aarti is an example of living the DISC "Patient Centeredness" Pillar. Ever since I started my Osteopathy Sessions for my back with her, I can see the difference and she always encourages doing the home exercises which is a plus to the whole experience of recovery.

I’ve seen Dr. Daniele and My best physiotherapist Asteera for almost 9 months now for several jiujitsu injuries. If I say Asteera has magic hands its an understatement! Not only does she know exactly how to fix my injuries in one setting but she is always adding exercises for me to fix my posture and release muscle tension to avoid future injuries! And to add her knowledge and lovely personality are just a cherry in top of the cake!
I secretly like getting injured sometimes because every time I visit I learn more about my body and how to make it stronger and more flexible:)! I also always leave with a big smile!

Oliver is by far the best physio I’ve had in Dubai! If you’re suffering from any sort of pain and want to have someone you can rely on with great attitude and nice person just ask for Oliver!

Great team, very helpful staff. Ask for Christy. She helped me release tension from my neck and lower back. She also guided in adjusting certain movements in the gym which resulted in an enhanced range of motion and a better lift overall.

Super amazing and feeling relief after 6 years old back muscles pain specially a night.
Mathew did great job and in just 3 session i am feeling like i didn't have issue before and i sleep all night very relaxed and without any muscles pain.

I had a lower back injury and I did think I would be able to get back to training anytime soon. Asteera did her magic and now one week later the pain is gone 100% and I am training again. Asteera is very friendly and professional therapist I am so grateful Thanks

BEST Physio in Dubai (Aline Farah) very pro extremely skilled she really knows her stuff and very helpful came with shoulders pain and was completely cured after attending the sessions. DISC in general (JLT Branch) are very pro and have the nicest staff.

Very poor!
Completely unorganized, unprofessional.
I booked a session for one hour, and when I arrived they only offered 20 minutes but actually asked the same price.
Miss Blanche, the manager has no sense of responsibilities, I could see her sitting at the back and did not care to even offer a fair solution to a pregnant women in pain.

I won't even comment on DR Mishka Dhai professionalism, booking confirmed, drove 40minutes, I am heavily pregnant and told then I was in so much pain and haven't slep in 2 days.

Met Mishka at DISC, she is the best. Had sleepless nights cos of a neck sprain and back spasm. She fixed me in 3 sessions. So so so thankful that I met her.

The healthcare professionals are good but customer service and appointment booking not satisfactory

A unique establishment of professionals if you want to get a good crack at your back. Physiotherapists and doctors/consultants available. Must try their dry needling.

I saw Dr Miskha for emergency relief of terrible lower back pain. She was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Definitely recommend DISC and their amazing doctors

The best place for physical therapy, I got great results and it for sure part of my career as an athlete…. I love the clinic and the Dr. Are well educated and very dedicated to help me.

Professional clinic my therapist was very good.she told me advices and exercises to do at home during the period i had my back pain and after I finished my sessions and now I am feeling better

This is a great place for recovery from injury. I have been going for over 2 years. All their therapists are good, friendly and experienced. But my latest one is the most impressive. Alessadro in JLT branch is BRILLIANT. He has a technique for treating back injury like no other. Am preparing for a fitness challenge and between his sessions and his advices, i got ready faster and more confident than expected.

I had a very bad experience with this centre, I had an appointment with one of the staff (Mishka), and prior to that I already had my diagnosis with one of the doctors 3 (4 days ago), and provided with me a report, and Xray report, Mishka wasn't aware of any of these diagnosis and didn't even read these reports, she spent 7-10 of our session which supposed to be 30-40 mins asking questions about the diagnosis and following with other staff to see these reports. The reports were in the next room, and she only justified by blaming the internal system of the clinic, I took day off, and I already wasted 3 hours of my day! I don't recommend this clinic, and staff were unprofessional

Very comfortable environment, went in with severe neck and shoulder pain and dr Lucy really fixed me. She was so attentive, and listened to every detail about how I was feeling. Highly recommended

Dr Kristen was very nice and in first session I got major relief from my neck pain. If I compare sessions done on physiotherapy and chiropractorapy I would say 30 session of physiotherapy did not gave me relief from neck and shoulder pain, however 1 session gave me relief from the pain

A joke and unprofessional clinic, i went there for a mild pain in my back, after first consultation i was advised by the practitioner that i have to go for some physiotherapy sessions and they got insurance approval and they booked an appointment on the 10th of this month which is tomorrow, and today they called to cancel or reschedule my appointment, which is absurd, unprofessional and careless.so many others clinics to consider.but not this one for sure
Update: nothing related to COVID-19 precautions was mentioned in the call i received, i was told that the doctor filled an emergency vacation, and they will either cancel or reschedule my appointment for an other week

While the physiotherapist and doctors are wonderful, the customer service desk is not. I have called several times to rearrange appointments but no answer. I have left two voice mails message no reply. When they do call they call to confirm the appointment without directly speaking to me and assume I can attend said appointment. In order to cancel or rearrange the appointment I have directly contact my physician.

Decent clinic but it's impossible to get them to answer the phone, email, whatsapp or instagram despite the many front desk staff. Wonder how much business they've lost because of this.

DISC and specifically Dr. Kristian Frantzen was recommended to me by a friend. I suffer from back/ neck problems and have seen a few Chiropractors over the years, with limited success. This was different, as he did far more treatment than I have received before from others, and his methods of adjustment were very effective. I'm feeling great, and very happy with the experience! Highly recommend Dr. Frantzen, and I will be a regular customer for sure.

I had mid and upper back pains that affected my diaphragm and neck due to strenuous working hours. I found the first clinic closer to me and that was DISC in JLT. Easy registration process and friendly receptionist. I booked with Dr. Kirsten Evans and very happy with the result. She showed patience and understanding in evaluating my back problem. Every session feels like a new lease in life and I feel great every time. I am back to wrestling my two boys and unfortunately.more chores. A big thanks to Dr Kristen and reception team. I look forward to my next appointment.
