Amazing place for music enthusiasts, i have discovered a whole new world of sounds through Digital and Analog synthesisers. I discovered the world of synths thanks to the great recommendations of Amir with the first purchase of the Arturia Minifreak, then got the Arturia Keylab essential and now i am the proud owner of the Arturia Polybrute Noir edition which changed my view on sound design. Couldn't get where I am today without the support and patience of Amir and his vast knowledge in this area. What i am most impressed with is Amir's availability after my purchace accompanying me through this discovery and new learning curve. Thanks DJ Corner and a very special thank you to Amir for teaching me a whole new way to tackle my passion and creativity.

I came to the store. I wanted to buy a pioneer ddj rev 7 from them. They refused to sell equipment. For very strange reasons. I spent a lot of time getting to them. A very terrible store.

It's like heaven for DJs and voice over artists. They've got it all covered and have experts to advise you what to and what not to buy. Unlike many other music shops where their sales people don't have any clue about their products and I'm talking here about branded shops.

Had a fantastic experience when upgrading my controller. Daniel was on hand to guide me through all the equipment they had available along with live tests. Eventually went for a ddj srt 1000 that I am absolutely loving. Even since then any issues, troubleshooting or tips I am able to whatsapp Daniyal for help and fast resolution. Great sales and post sale service. I highly recommend

The first time I went there, they gave wrong directions for their store. I was standing right outside Sketchers and they told the taxi driver to go to Al Quoz mall area then asked to come back to Sketchers.

Their stock is extremely limited even for a DJ store, mind you its not a full fledged music store or music instrument store either. Its a more of a bits and pieces selection of items that have potential sale value for the local market in Dubai. If you are looking for global stuff that sells well in Europe and America like Teenage Engineering, Polyend and Steinberger just to name a few of the more exotic and popular ones, dont expect to find them here. Just visit Thomann and order online.

Customer interaction has a LOT of room to improve, being defensive and evasive in conversations shows feigned lack of interest cos you already know your own limitations and secondly the lack of genuine resources like Vinyl sample collections and brands like Mono for cases etc.iRig has sub par manufacturing as this is my 3rd time I have got a faulty device (iRig Micro Amp). I went for customer support via popular channels like 1) calling them up 3 times 2) sending email with receipt and problem description 3) talking to their technician and still not response or remediation from them over a month now. This is their current status of tech support or customer support.

I have been to outstanding stores all over Europe the best ones being in Berlin, Austria and Prague.

For local stores in Dubai with good customer support and knowledgeable staff, Sadek music also has good selection of instruments and controllers FX units.

I honestly tried well to be patient but apart from some cheap cash they dont end up with either good word of mouth or a loyal customer or future purchases from me or my friends.

I feel the same experience with RAW vinyl store as well, supposedly they have a similar style of "customer interaction" and they aint half the musicians that we hangout with, that is the bigger problem that no one wants to talk about.well, I forgot my manners just as you forgot your tech support:)

The first time I went to DJ Corner at Virgin in Dubai Mall I was waiting for 20 mins before getting served as there was only one advisor and I kept getting told he’s in the back and he’s coming, he’s coming but it was New Year’s Eve and needed equipment urgent so didn’t have time to shop around. When the sales assistant finally came he was really helpful and gave me demos of everything and I purchased what I needed.

The next time I wanted to make a purchase, I didn’t want to wait around so I went to the al quoz branch (sheikh zayed) and there was a few sales assistants there but it was like no one wanted to help me so I walked back out and went elsewhere.

I was calling around and was struggling to get some CDJ3000’s as this was the only place with them, I ended up calling up the branch at al quoz and they confirmed they had some in stock and asked me if I wanted to reserve them for next day collection as stores was about to close, this person sounded professional and welcoming, the next morning I got a WhatsApp saying “Good Morning, Daniyal here from Dj Corner, we have reserved 2 CDJ3000 for you when would you like to collect them” I was shocked that I was even contacted but went down and asked for Daniyal and he was very professional and helpful, showed me a few other bits which I also purchased and he messaged me later that even and asked if everything was ok with my purchase and said if I need help or anything else just give me a message and will be happy to assist.

The next day I sent my friend over to the store and she also bought a pair of CDJ3000’s, now every time I go I make sure Daniyal is there as he is a good advisor and does not try to sell you unnecessary things.

Very bad experience basically i called the store and the manager or sales person has Zero manner or experience how to talk with the client. He said its your thing to follow up and they doesn't have customer service!

And I’m this place everything over 500Aed is free delivery
I asked for 2 invoice Cz there’s limit on my card the manager agreed 1st and than after many days he changed his opinion and he asked me to send my friend to pay there and take it.
While my friend was traveling to lebanon so I ended up not getting this headset from this place and not from even amazon.

Such poor assistance when you need some support during the time your order is being processed. They are not very friendly nor helping. Keep you idle without providing further information.

It's ok. Limited gear selection, but not bad. Staff not overly interested in customers, is the feeling you get. Choice is limited for DJ gear here in Dubai, so what can you expect, I guess.

The place was good and organized, but the customer service is very poor from the time we walked in till the time we left nobody introduced any product only if you take and go ask, they answer one word and keep on being with the laptop.that’s my feedback at 18: 00 21/oct/17
