You will not get more caring, experienced, professional, friendly and all round expert vets in Dubai! Been with the team for 8 years now and our Princess is treated exactly like that- royalty. From the support staff carrying her fro and to the car, to the receptionist listening to my concerns, the nurses caring for her during the night and the vets who expertly operated. THANK YOU for loving our princess as much as we do. We appreciate you all!

Professionals work. The price is high, but it’s better than taking it to someone unknown and where. Our puppy died there. They cremated it there.everything costs money. Huge selection of food.

Great vet, team are friendly. However it’s very difficult to reach them true the phone to make an appointment

I’m very happy with the clinic! And big thank you to doctors for taking care of my cats! I’m a customer since 2018 and I always have the best experience.
I noticed there’re few bad reviews about customer service at the reception which is shocking for me because I never had even a small feeling that they were rude to me or other costumers! Any form of communication, by email or phone and especially in person is always kind, warm and very welcome!

It is a trusted veterinary. I always take my cats there as I have credibility in DKC specialists. Also customer care is impeccable. Highly recommend.

Decent. Expensive but what vet in Dubai is cheap. The dog’s ear cleared up but tbh, we could have probably done without the microscope check for ‘rod-like’ shakes, which was then reconfirmed via the separate lab culture that was sent off to ‘make sure’.
Still, I’m happy with the result.

These vets are absolutely incredible. They are all wonderful with animals. We will always take our boy to them for care.

Generally they are excellent both in terms of service and responding to queries. The last time however the reception service was borderline rude. I understand that some people might work long hours however being rude or untrained does not justify some of the behaviours that we experienced recently. As I said I will consider it as am unfortunate moment and will move on as so far they have been excellent.

I would give them more if I could, they are the most caring and professional vets in dubai and don’t take advantage which unfortunately is not the case for many other vets in dubai - so full praise and a huge thank you!

We were denied service after almost 1 year of visits. What is the reason? Todd Carson wrote that I deceived them by asking for an urgent visit. My dog wasn't as sick as I told them. And they don't serve such customers. I have a question for ordinary people: if your dog has a temperature of 40, the whole nose and muzzle are covered with pus, she does not get up after sleeping, will this be an urgent visit to the doctor?

My Bambino had his first visit to DKC yesterday evening and the customer service provided by the front desk and professional care and kindness from the DR was incomparable! Ironically or previous vet clinic referred me to DKC and as long as Bodhi is in the UAE I will be bringing him to DKC for all of his health needs. Thank you!

Always friendly and happy people assisting in getting your animal the care it needs. Appreciate them a lot, makes me feel like an old school vet clinic where the animals are the priority and not the commercial gains.

Called the clinic and asked if they had oridermyl medicine.lady declined and from her tone it was obvious that she didn’t even know what I am talking about.seemed very unprofessional.atleast give an alternative medicine.how can a vet not have a medicine for ear mites available?

This place is just amazing! Right from the time you speak to them over the phone, they seem organized and like they have a system in place. And, everyone here is very warm and friendly.
My kitty had to be admitted there for 2 days and had to have a minor procedure done and they made sure they called me everytime that the doctor checked on him, right after they checked his vitals, right before the procedure and right after to update his status. They genuinely care, and you know that your furbaby is in the right hands!

Recommended if your traveling or staying out, Don’t worry, your pet is safe with them.

Make sure to call and inquiry about booking date before one or two weeks specially if it’s holiday season.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a comfortable and cozy environment. Snacks and drinks are provided free of charge and a wide variety of nutritional options are available to choose from for your dogs.

Great staff, knowledgeable and experienced, helpful and extra mile, good customer service. Fair prices my dog always happy to see them with tail up! She got spayed there, and took vaccinations

My dog has chronic case of kidney failure, i adopted her knowing this. So for the past 4 years I’ve had my share of crazy, incompetent, careless Vets around Dubai and i thought I’ve seen it all. Little did i know that there does exist another level of horrible out there and they call themselves DKC Veterinary (motor city)
If you really care for your dogs or cats i would urge you to avoid this “company” as they are nothing but a profit making machine who are horrible to animals and I’ve witnessed this myself today with my dog and so arrogant to pet owners. I am speaking from my personal experience and i wish your pets stay healthy and never require to visit any Vet as i have yet to find a “humane” vet out there.

Visit the clinic right now because our dog is sick (vomiting and diarrhea) and the most unprofessional receptionist is saying first we are fully booked and second we don’t have a doctor here ~ how is it than possible that they are fully booked. On top she blamed me why I didn’t book an appointment yesterday night as he started, of course you are not running directe to see a doc if they are starting to vomit. Not recommend to go there ‍️

I just love this clinic. The staff is so friendly, and their doctors are very experienced.

They have treated my dog from severe infection in the ears.

I'd like to thank Dr Stefano for his professionalism in treating my little kitty Batih. I'm especially grateful for the way he dealt with my husband and me in this difficult time. With his support and kindness the whole experience of loosing Batih was a bit more bearable.

Also want to express my gratitude to the dkc staff for being very tactful and caring in this difficult time.

I have already met four doctors in this clinic and all presented same professionalism and care for a pet patient. Same should be said about nurses and receptionists.

Highly recommend this place.

Down to earth with no frills, glitz and gloss. The reception staff are warm and inviting and the vets are brilliant. They are never looking to ‘upsell’ and so there are never unexpected costs. What a pleasure!

I had a very pleasant trip to DKC for my annual vacations for my pets. The Vet was very warm and pleasant.

We visited DKC Motor City recently for our dog who was experiencing some discomfort and issues with her eye. I don't know where to start but from the beginning it was not good. Firstly, the charges are quite expensive when compared to the other vets. The charges per dog was around AED 250. Ok I don't mind the charges but what was appalling is the condition seem to worsen after the visit to the Vet and still they need to charge another consultation fee (albeit it was discounted) but, when we went there and met the doc, he barely looked at our dog for 5 mins. I mean we had to continue to point out the obvious swelling, which for some reason was not visible to him until we pointed it out and he said, there is nothing wrong and she has no issues and nothing can be done. Also of course, I had to pay the consultation fees and some other additional charges but I don't know what the other charges were, as I did not receive an invoice or receipt (apart from the Card machine). We went home dissatisfied and obviously my dog's condition got worse. We took her to another reputed Clinic and from the beginning it was a completely different experience. People were friendlier, the doctor did some tests and provided anti biotics and eye drops and even a cone, so she (my dog) will refrain from scratching or rubbing the affected area.

It's quite distasteful the treatment and service provided by DKC. I was under the impression they're one of the regions best service providers. The management should intervene and investigate the care being provided by the clinic. We don't mind paying more but, provide us an invoice or receipt. Moreover, I don't want to mention any names but care providers should be more caring - This goes to both the staff and the Vet, no one really seemed to care.

Was not a pleasant experience as our puppy had to be put down but this is another story but a great service, excellent doctors and anni.al loving employees.

The environment is good, doctor is professional. But for the front desk, she said to me that she cannot understand my accent. While.this is in Dubai, not in the UK. If you are aiming at a broader market, you might need to strengthern your listenning skills with different accents. Otherwise you might only have British speaking guests in the future. And for me, I will stick to my Chinese accent!

This is my first time visit this vet for check up my kitten and did microchip.

The people who work in reception was soooo kind and helpful. I made reservation thru phone and she was so nice and it feels so organized and well systemed.
The place also looks so lovely and chilled.
Doens't feel like typical vet vet, so I can feel relaxing with their atmosphere too.

And my veterinarian 'Julia' she was the wonderful doctor and super kind.

This is my first pet and I have not much knowledge about my 4months kitten. So I ask so much question even small and simple stuffs. She was so helpful and explain and check up everything of my kitten with gentle and kind way:)

The worst vets office I've ever encountered in my 20 years of being a dog mom. They are rude every time I visit and have lied to me on a few occasions. I would never advise you to take your dog here unless it is the most urgent of emergencies and it is the only option.

I have 2 very old and very small rescued dogs. One is 17years old and blind, abused from previous owner and is very nervous. Whe I dropped her off she was shaking with fear. The other is just anxious. I dropped them off, the staff were wonderful so understanding and very friendly. When I came to pick them up. I found the old girl asleep in the middle of the floor in someone else's bed. To me that was just so heart warming that my baby felt so relaxed she slept. I definitely recommend them. Totally understand dogs needs and fears and accommodate them. I am taking them back.

If you are planning to bring your pet to a new vet forget about these ones.

Ridiculous, my dog was really sick and they only managed to make him worse. And didn’t even manage to show interest and call to check if he was doing well.

All they excel at is asking you for your credit card.

Plenty of other better options

Amazing stuff, they know what they are doing and they are looking after the pets even if they are at home by calling and asking, I do recommend this place to visit thank you so much guys

We dealt with a few vets before finding DKC Motor City and they are by far the most reliable and helpful. It’s not often in Dubai that you come across a receptionist team who genuinely care. Anytime I emailed or called with a question they would always be willing help and if they didn’t know the answer they would follow up and always call me back, something I feel rarely happens in Dubai. We have moved back to Australia and I will miss having such a reliable vet clinic.

Super good vet. The nurses were awesome. The Dr were brilliant. They were friendly. They cared for my dearest Luna. They called to check on her. They called and msg a day before to remind about the appointments. The price was fair. The surrounding of the vet was beautiful. Birds everywhere.and the inside was comfortable and the pet shop was good. I would recommend this place definitely

Dr. Stefano and the whole team are amazing. From the moment you reach the place, lovely hidden gem between trees. Friendly ladies on the reception, reasonable prices and clean facilities. Poop field area for the dogs, complimentary coffee and tea with sweets, all those little things make you feel welcome. Highly recommend ️ will definitely come back soon

Friendly, thorough and engaging vets. Not terribly expensive, as some have said, for the quality of care and information you receive. During our first visit, the vet could have completely fooled us into paying for XYZ and I wouldn’t have had a clue since our cat was going through, what we considered, a scary infectious episode. We received solid information, good advice, good care and came out feeling “unrobbed” - for me that’s enough to make a recommendation, and enough to visit again.

Took my puppy to this Vet Clinic and ended up with a complaint because the Vet hit my puppy in the mouth with the leash handle infront of me. I am very offended and disappointed with this Clinic.

This is my second experience with DKC and I have to say I have been extremely pleased.  Our first experience was a cat relocation from Beirut, Lebanon where DKC was extremely helpful at making the move as painless as possible.  This time we took our cat, Misa, for grooming on sedation and again we had a great experience. From the excellent COVID-19 precautions to the polite and efficient staff, to medical professionalism, to the call back to check on how our cat was doing, it has all been an more than expected and better than could be asked for. Highly recommended!

Overall a wonderful experience. Total transparency with regards to the bills. They treated our cat like family and we felt good to leave her over night when she was sick. We received 2 calls a day with updates on her well being, making us feel assured that she was in the best hands.

I have no words to describe how grateful I am with this clinic and everyone who collaborates there as a team! A super-equipped veterinary clinic with a unique interest in saving lives! I will be forever grateful!

I used almost all of the services offered by DKC (relocation, boarding, vet clinic, and home-vet-home transport) and I must say - they know what they are doing and care about our "babies". Very happy with their service and will use DKC as long as we live in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Cozy place where you are greeted with a warm smile. Our cats received proper treatment and medications everytime we took them there. The treatment prices seemed to be on the higher end for us, compared to the other vets we went to.

A great place for pets. I got my cat spayed and quality of the service was amazing. Flip side is hidden cost where they dont communicate properly about additional charges

You know your pets are in good hands. It has a really nice vibe and atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming, and reasonable prices. Also they dont just try to make you pay a ton on tests and exams unless its actually necessary. They have a staff made up of animal lovers and people who really care for animals. I personally loved it

Reliable vets and friendly staff. Vets do not seem to 'over-sell'. So far, only positive experiences.

Nothing can explain the relief I've felt after taking my sick cat to the extremely professional and knowledgeable staff of dkc. I'm so happy i decided for a second opinion after the first vet misdiagnosed my cat with kidney failure and suggested I put her down. Special thanks to Dr. Stefano for his straightforward answers and care, we really felt like he cared about Lola. Best vet in dubai!

Great place, lovely staff. The vets are professionals and love animals. I always bring my pet dog here.
They saved my dog from parvovirus which he had when he was 5 months old.

I really feel safe leaving my pets in their care. Staff are always very accommodating, vets are thorough and very knowledgeable. I also find that they don't waste money running unnecessary tests, and rule out basic issues first, before moving on to the costly stuff. Great customer service as well.

Just a suggestion, an elevated cat box shelf might be useful in the waiting room. I’ve seen this in other vets and it really calms our cats while waiting in the reception. (Perhaps there is one and just missed it)

From yearly visit, to major surgeries, to moving abroad or bring your pets to Dubai, this clinic is fantastic with warm, professional personnel from receptionists, to assistants, to doctors. I always highly recommend it to all my friends.
