The worst and very very very unprofessional and extremely bad company.

Please don’t waste your time and money and energy to work with them.

We have 1 client who book the shipment with himself. And unfortunately cargo still not clear and currently under storage with DMC.

The day client nominate my company to do the clearance, we immediately approach them and request for the warehouse storage charges and DO. We call them more than 30 times, we sent alot of emails but no body responded.

This company is one of the worst logistics company we ever encounter. I call them and i connect to alot of extension.
I doesn't want to give them star, but i have to so my review will be publish frankly speaking they don't deserve star.

Very bad experience with them, Not answering the phones and yet to receive any update from them about my shipment

This company does not even pick up the line. I have tried calling for 2 days and till now there isn't any response. How are we supposed to contact anybody in the company?

The worst customer service!

No reply for emails/calls. If someone will answer for call they do not speak English at all.

Making them busy only by wasting time.

Really really bad operation works.

Can't belive, how people r dealing with this company.
They mentioned timing ramadan timing 8.00 to 1.00 but still they r sleeping and we r waiting for their arrival to come. Whole day a person ll wait for them.
Worst service ever.

لا انصح بالتعامل معها خير شر إذا اشتريت شي اون لاين وجاء عن طريقهم يحسبون عليك رسوم لا لها اول ولا تالي حتى اجار المخزن يحسبونه عليك ويدفعونك رسوم توصيل ٥٠٠درهم وما يوصلون لك تطلع عليك البضاعة اكثر من بيع السوق. اخوكم احمد الظاهري
