Waiting period for reports is long even I heard from many!

I strongly don't recommend them, very unprofessional and don´t have any labs. They send samples to US. Better to use any american company directly to save 3 times the price and lot of time.

I had the worst experience ever, i visited DNA labs on 22nd August to do food intolerance test and DNA Test, i was promised that the results will be sent to me after 2 weeks maximum. However i have received only one Report which is DNA after 17 days and did t receive the food intolerance report, again i did 2 follow up after 20 days and i was surprised to hear that they miss placed my blood sample and they need another sample, i have rejected this and requested for a refund last Monday and i was promised to receive the cash on my account last Tuesday 10th September, however till now nothing received.

On other hand one of my friends received the DNA report without her details.

Excellent. Laboratory in a prime location, extremely clean & comfortable.warmly welcomed & guidance from the friendly staff, The tests results were sent to us in time and accurately. Would definitely recommend everybody! It's a true sample of excellent service. Thank you again DNA LABS for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Had a good experience with DNA labs, faculty were too much supportive n coordinated with me for my NIPT TEST. Provided me a test result within a shorter time. Price also affordable. Would suggest DNA Labs for all. Thanks DNA LABS!

Cost efficient lab, they dont outsource and process samples in house.
