I have always had a very bad experience with docib but for today i would like to give credit to Dr muhammad irfan who showed alot professionalism and care of his patients.i wish all doctors were like him. Thank u Dr Muhammed irfan God bless u
Misinformation posted everywhere. Don't say you are open when you have no doctors available. I even called the day before to ask is there was a GP and the girl I spoke to said there would be. Very unprofessional. Ridiculous.
Low quality and sub standard service. By far the most pathetic place i have been to for a treatment. Local grocery stores have better customer service. I reach 15 minutes before my pre-booked appointment time and was asked to wait. 30 minutes later. I ask staff about my appointment status. I was asked to wait again. One hour and 20 minutes later- I'm told ' the doctor left for the day'? At this level of service - i can only imagine how the treatments will be!
If you have lots of free time please visit else never try. The patient journey needs huge improvement else only people who have lots of free time will visit your clinic.
Poor Management. No cue however need to wait for more than 30 minutes to see the doctor. Doesn’t sympathize with the patient who is feeling unwell. Higher Management should take action regarding this.
I went for check up with Dr Dilip Ramanathan, totally unsatisfied with his rude behaviour, the way he spoke with his patient. Never going back thank you. I don’t recommend this Dr.
Docib clinic giving us good service. Here doctor also provide good guidance. I am Doctor Dilip patient he is too good to me. He giving me good advice also all over clinic family very good.
One of the best clinics in this area, start from entering the reception area both gents and all females sitting there are welcoming and listen to your requirement carefully. The nurses are also very professional and caring nature, attitude. Doctors are also nice, cordial, and give sufficient time to the patient. Even follow up after reports is amazing. So far my experience is very good. Highly recommended.my experience for my wife for ENT was also good and for my daughter the GP Dr. Syeda Bukhari. The best part is even when crowded they don't loose patience and handle things very well.
Receptionist - very helpful Registration - a bit slow with answering phonecalls often Vital checks - quick Doctor’s check up - no proper queuing system. Was advised to wait and names will be called. We dont know when is our turn, who will be next? No token, nothing. Patients waiting outside the doctor’s room and getting inside on their own once a patient left the room. No assistance from nurse. After observing and waiting for more than an hour i asked them what’s going on and they asked my name and tell me to go inside. Doctor - knowledgeable and quick. Made a mistake on my prescription which took another 30mins wait in the pharmacy. Lab/ CBC- the guy is expert no sting, very quick, as well as the result. Treatment room - nurses are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy - slow, rude pharmacist. Im standing in front of him and he called the guy behind me and process his prescription without telling me anything or updating me whats happening on mine.
All in time spent in the clinic was 3hrs (7-10pm).
PS. The request to email my lab result took atleast 2 days after calling them twice and got angry. The guy in the reception is not sincere with his work.
In some clinic which I've been, if they see a patient with a high fever, they are given fever reducer immediately. Here is different, you have to wait. I hope they will improve in the future.
The single worst clinic I have gone to in all the years but the last nail in the coffin was my last visit couple days back with Asha Saleem, the doctor doesn't even how to treat a patient and makes the patient worry to the utmost for no reason at all, She is more interested in my personal life story than treating me what a joke (didn't provide any medicine or solution to my issue). Sorry to say this but this doctor's dumb ego is above the roof. Please avoid this clinic at any cost (Don't even wanna talk about before the last experience with dilip) once again avoid this place if you value your life.
Fantastic customer service, very empathetic Nurses, I had met Dr. Richard (internal medicine) who explained me everything with great clarity.i had to drive down for 25 mins, but it was still worth it. Docib Clinic highly recommend! Thank you team Docib
The dental doctor is very Good (Dr Safwan), with insurances discount if anyone visit this clinic, very very very expansive than non insurance treatment, never use any 50% dental covered insurance in this place.
Not recommended.unprofessional docs, nurses and staffs (receptions n admins). Around 10 years ago, it was one of the good clinics in Dubai.but now pathetic situation. I visited dere to consult GP but again have to consult other doctor in other clinic to get better treatment.very rude nurses (except1) too.
The customer service was outstanding I went to many hospitals and clinics and they were always rude and every time I ended up complaining about them. But in Docib the staff were very friendly and very professional and had a very positive attitude. They answered all our queries and helped us with the registration and finally guided us to the doctors room. I strongly recommend Docib Clinic for their excellent customer service.
Ignorant nurses, they don't know what they are talking, especially the ones next to the reception, Does RT PCR requires a consent? I asked a simple question why they are taking a consent and they don't know why? They told to confirm the information, I have given my EID what's more important than that? Just blabber something to escape.
Had a wonderful experience. One of our PCR report had typing mistake. When I pointed out over what’s app, I got immediate response and the report itself I got amended in 5 minutes. Amazing experience. Thanks to Sandhya.
Completely unprofessional n unorganised. For a confirmed appointment we had for an opthomologist today at 11am and waiting for almost 40 mins that we were waiting for registration they tell us the doctor has left n we have to come another time. Ridiculous is not the word.
The nurses have attitudes as if they are doctors. Just couple of these fat cows think no end to themselves and are extremely rude. The waiting period is ridiculous. Never will visit these place again and definitely not recommend. They just want to encash your insurance. Big scammers.
I had visited the clinic Dr.safwan Kavil. Excellent service. But the front end reception and registration need to be more organised, Registration Process is extremely slow. In covid era consider reducing wait time and launch e registration.
It’s mentioned 24 hours, but they are not. They work from 8 am to 10 pm. But many times i been there at 9: 00 pm they don’t accept any patient DHA need to know this
Very senior Dr's Dr Asha and Dr Dileep is available to treat patients at an economical package and most importantly they have a pharmacy close to their centre called Docib Pharmacy with all medications available with a door delivery system. I am happy that I got free parking close to the centre. Love to visit again
Very very poor service, from registration till meet the doctor it will take long time. Only registration we took more than one hour the day which not rush. The staff is unprofessional. While waiting most of the patients are upset beacuse of waiting long time, one person was shouting beacuse before his token number they allowed to take treatment for the familiar people for them without registration, we notice the manager also doing this activity, the situation same like market. I want to write feedback then i took suggestion/ and feedback paper but i notice the suggestion and feedback box since long time they didn’t clean (it was too dusty), so I realise there is no any benefit. Im not preferring this clinic.
Very poor and unprofessional service. Building is too congested. I have visited Dr. Safwan for my daughter teeth issue. Nurse was extremely rude (batmeez). Even Dr Safwan very Rude. I waited for 3 hours and i left without my daughter treatment. They don’t have human feelings i told him my 3 years old daughter have pain but the way he talk I really disappointed and i want to slap him but hardly I controlled myself. So called Dr. Safwan and Nurse they don't know how to talk to patients.
Experience with DR. DILIP RAMAN was very bad, if there was option for 0 i want to do that, i was there with my family, receptionist was not cooperative, after long waiting they send me to doctor Dilip raman who's even worse, he don't know how to behave with human being, very rude talking and bad mood, he did not examine patient properly, we asked about medicine he answer with bad attitude to go to pharmacy store, why he is sitting as dr if he can not reply to a patient and behave nice, worst doctor i seen in my knowledge.
It is a very good clinic with very good customer service and Alhamdullilah the doctors are also very nice the way they take care of patience is very good
I am a frequent visitor of docib. I loved the welcoming nature of staff. Gud service. Lot of parking available. Doctors are too gud. I will surely recomment Docib @ luluvillage.

One of the most friendly & satisfying customer services in UAE. Attitude towards customers are very impressive with good care & accurate follow up.if any of our family members feel any illness, my first preference is Docib Clinic. They have full fledged facilities with reputed doctors in all categories.
I would have given zero rating if there is any option for that. They were asking me to come after one hour since they were celebrating onam on last friday, even he knows I had severe pain and had difficulty to walk. Kudos to the team who have arranged onam calibration on working time and the staff who asked me to come after one hour.

She checked my mouth with dirty smelly hands after she finished her smelly meal The food smell stick into my nose for an hour after i left
And the worst part i wanted to test her i asked her u tell me how many cavities do i have (I only have one i knw that because i cleaned my teeth a week ago and i got this diagnosis from the Doctor) Thushara told me I have 8 cavities she looked into my mouth without any light (the room is sooo dark)
The dental kits are opened to the air (in the same place where she eats her lunch) How can u trust them with ur health u will get transmitted diseases + infections

I live nearby and found this multispeciality clinic very good and convenient. Number of receptionists have been increased and they serve well. In the given space constraint they are taking care of patients very well.
