I asked a simple question to your team to send me doctor profile / details.
They had no idea what I was talking about. She kept asking what exactly I am asking for. I asked to speak to a manager and again got refused.
How can you guys hire such incompetent staff. Paying hundreds of thousands for running the business just to be ruined by amazing unprofessional customer touch.
