Dog Spot

Avoid this establishment for your dogs at all costs!. They relocated my dog to another city out of Dubai in a house I don’t know where without notifying me (saying that my dog stayed too long.), and when I called the police for assistance, they refused to disclose the location. The owner, "Retha," displayed extreme rudeness and shouted at me over the phone when I requested to have my dog back on the same day, despite offering to settle my balance in cash. Additionally, the current living conditions for the dogs are cramped in a small apartment in prime center JVC. Do not entrust your dogs to this place – RUN AWAY!

The day care used to be always good and we were the loyal customers, unfortunately after today’s incident it was disappointing that my dog was left on wrong hands. Owners are disrespectful

Booked the time for grooming, bright dog for a grooming and was called to take the dog back cause they didn’t book the time and can’t groom a dog

Leash Reactive dog parents, there is hope!

I just wanted to share our experience with those struggling with leash reactivity. We worked with 6 trainers using various methods but was never able to go anywhere near a dog after completing all necessary training, the sight of a dog caused our dog to go over threshold everytime. After almost giving up and accepting that we will have to live in a bubble going forward because we needed the correct "energy" and "mindset" as stated by previous trainers, we came across Retha from Dog Spot, she has changed our lives. Our dog has developed coping skills. Walks are no longer stressful and dogs are no longer so scary. She listens on walks and makes better decisions rather than lashing out. I couldn't recommend Dog Spot enough. Thank you Retha.

My German Shepherd puppy, who was messing my whole house and had weak legs (often in GSD), came back a month later, sorry to be rude, like a brand new dog and my dog is my kid, he now potty only outdoor, knows all the training commands and with a confirmation of the vet dr he has strong legs? Thank u for the great rate, facility and love to the dogs! Geoomings are great too btw!

It’s important ur dog to come back tired from the day cares and look at him!

Pathetic. I send my puppy for training and i can say they didn't do anything. Once she was back there was absolutely no change in her behavior. Moreover my puppy had an injury on her head and when confronted their defense is she growing up and that might be the reason. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PUPPIES THERE AS THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY DO NOTHING AND MAY IN FACT DO MORE HARM THAN GOOD.

The center is very welcoming at any time, and the staff is very kind and smiling It is worth visiting your pets? Also, the prices are lower compared to other centers and the services are good
