Dogventure is the best place for puppies, definitely! From vet, to daycare, to boarding, to training - great service, great staff members, we just love Dogventure so much.

They really do appreciate dogs, daycare with them has been incredible, with lots of fun. I really appreciate their service and effort. They have everything you’d be looking for, pet transport, daycare, grooming and vet.

I gotta say, DogVenture HQ is the real deal for me and my fur-habeebi Gordo. The crew here is super friendly and they really know their stuff about dogs. Gordo just can’t get enough of this place – he’s always super pumped for playtime and swim sessions with his friends.

What’s awesome about DogVenture is it’s everything in one spot. Daycare, boarding, a vet clinic, taxi and grooming - you name it, they’ve got it. It’s a no-brainer for me. They know Gordo like the back of their hand; his likes, his medical condition, everything. It’s like they’ve got a special bond with him.

Big shoutout to Dr. Joana in the clinic, too. She’s amazing with Gordo’s allergies – skin and tummy troubles are a thing of the past now. She’s turned him into the happy, playful troublemaker I love.

Big shoutout to Lilian in the grooming team for their amazing work giving Gordo his weekly medical bath (I call it his Moroccan bath: D) for his skin condition

It’s our first time visiting Dogventure HQ Veterinary Clinic, for a consultation with Dr. Joana. She was absolutely lovely, took all the time to explain the possible treatment options and educate pet-owners, yet did not enforce any treatments. Very pleased with the experience and reasonably priced compared to competitors.

We’ll be back for our follow-up and annual vaccinations!

Dogventure HQ is very reliable. We’ve been using it’s pet services from day care, boarding, and even veterinary services. They never failed us! Staffs are friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and never smelly. When it comes to cost, they are average. You know that your lovely pet will be looked after properly.

I love everything in that place, highly recommended to all dog owners and dog lovers, whatever you are looking for under one roof.

I take my pupper here for his weekly swimming therapy. The staff members are amazing. The owners operate the facility by keeping safety and happiness of the doggos in their mind

As much as Dogventure has some commendable activities, the service and attention is beyond abysmal. A few things that have happened to us in a span of a month and a half:
- They brought out the wrong dog (same breed) to greet us. We told them repeatedly that this is not our dog. We panicked by the time they realised that there is another dog of the same breed (ours) within the premises.
- While abroad, we received messages that our dog was sick. They then didn’t respond to messages asking for clarification for more than a day and a half even after our constant follow ups and demands for a response. They finally replied that it was a false alarm.
- We booked our dog for a wash and grooming at 2 PM. To only receive a message at 11 AM that the grooming is complete and to pick him up ASAP. Because we couldn’t reach in time, our dog was left alone in the grooming center for almost 2 hours.
- We kept our dog for boarding one last time to see on the camera that he was sleeping on the floor with no bed in sight. When we asked, they informed us that there weren’t enough beds available. We basically paid for our dog to sleep on the floor.

Every time we express our disappointment we are met with blank stares. And good luck getting ahold of Sam to give any feedback. He’s only available to ‘sell’ you the place and vanishes. We’ve placed a complaint and yet zero responses.

DogventureHQ is an amazing warm and welcoming home for our beloved doggie. Sam and his team work tirelessly to ensure our dog is well cared for and looked after while we are unable to. Kami is an amazing part of the team, she shines bright with her personality and the warmth we receive from the whole Dogventure family shows in the service and care they provide whether it’s grooming, vet clinic or boarding/daycare we wouldn’t use anyone else. If you are looking for a safe, fun, happy and stimulating environment for your beloved pet do not hesitate to visit the wonderful DogventureHQ.

We enjoyed Kayaking with our Dog near Atlantis Palm, good location and view, pictures were taken by DogVenture teammember and were immediately shared with us after our activity, only if coffee was also included as advertised.

Unfortunately I need to highlight that this place has the worst customer service I have seen so far. Every time I called someone is giving me different information. I wanted to use Groupon and on one day someone says no problem and then on the day of the grooming they tell me they don’t accept them anymore after I have proceeded to purchase the vouchers. Truly unacceptable. Also I was informed I could be with my cats and watch them getting groomed however on the day of they refused. My question is if they treat pet owners with such disrespect how do they treat our pets?

I always feel comfortable leaving my doggos to them to play and have fun. Lots of activities while they're inside. They always send pics and vids and they look so happy!

Owners really are very passionate with dogs and that makes a big difference. Also, they regularly have activities for dogs and hoomans which is really nice. Go check them out!

DogventureHQ. THE BEST place for my german shepherd puppy (Draco). Each and every person i interacted with was so pleasant and such a pleasure to deal with.they talk abt Draco like he is their own pet. Lumi and Sam r always present to help and guide.and it gives u the confidence tht the owners r around and everything is in control. Ayin ans the front desk team manages my queries with so much patience! Draco seems to love EACH AND EVERYONE at Dogventure.the staff at daycare r soooooo sweet tht everytime i collect Draco, they always hav an update as to who he played with today, which new friends he made today.literally feels like picking up my child play-school! I cld go on and on abt Dogventure.keep up the excellent work of taking care of oir pets. God bless each of u immensely for the love u give Draco.

Really terrible service, as soon as we take their Groupon vouchers, they take you for granted. Their appointment system is the worst. I’ve faced this twice already. The ladies sitting there have absolutely no coordination. If they are so busy with Groupon bookings, let them stop taking new business.

I took my dog Orange to the clinic to get her injections done and had a great experience with Dr. Rokas. My dog Orange is timid and anxious, Dr. Rokas ensured she felt comfortable he was quick, and professional. Their prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend the Dogventure HQ clinic and will be visiting again in the future.

If you love your dog, then this must be a place you should be a member of. The amazing facility and care these guys provide to our lovely pets, is unbelievable. And Samir bro is always a person i can rely on for these needs. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Great facilities for doggy daycare with a pool. Great vets. Great attentive, caring staff. My dog loves it here.

I am so pleased I came accross Dogventure daycare for my shy rescue boy. He goes twice a week & the change in his personality is so nice to see. I put this down to the trained handlers that truly do care for every single dog that enters their daycare. Freddie is so excited to see the van captains every time they come & pick him up. I get videos & photos every session which also confirms to me how happy he is! Added bonus is they have a great vets & groomers on site too & both are just as good as the daycare. Special mention to Hayley the Vet Nurse & also Lumi & Sam who have been so supportive with Freddie x

I have been trying to get an assesment date for the last two weeks. I have shared all documents and followed multiple times - they do not care! First i couldn’t book because no one got back to me regarding time, second time i was informed that i would be contacted once the document check would be done and then nothing happened again. To me this is very unprofessional, if this is how they organize and treat the clients in the first place cannot think of their day-care standarts.

Dogventur is state of art destination that serves all my pet need, on top of 360 pet solutions they offer me, I have been always stasfied with hygiene, smooth, cost effective and very professional service, and of course very helpful staff!

Wonderful place with highly professional staff, it was really a great experience visiting such a wonderful creative place taking care of pets in high quality standards.

I have 3 Alaskan Malamutes. I'm generally very picky with groomers because I had bad experiences in the past, but Lumi somehow convinced me to give Dogventure a try. I must say; this was the best grooming and deshedding they've ever gotten. I had to pay extra to do the deshedding but it was worth it! I also booked transportation so they picked them up and brought them back.

Lovely staff and good customer service. Wonderful facility. They really put dogs safety and welfare first. They provide you with camera access to your dog’s room overnight. The place smells clean and is well taken care of.

Everyone is really lovely and very organised so i was sure of buddy's safety the moment i stepped in. Been getting lots of compliments on how smart and obidient our dog is since training.
