Very terrible service and customer satisfaction. They don’t consider any loyal clients and always hike prices. I’ve been coming here for over a year and every time they give me a different price for the same flowers I buy.

I bought a bouquet from Dolche Flowers in the evening, the next day in the morning I saw that one of the hydrangeas had withered. I called the store and explained that I couldn’t give a bouquet with a wilted flower, since I’m at work I don’t have the opportunity to come and change it, the manager told me that they don’t have anyone who can do delivery at the same day, I told him that delivery is available from Careem, but my suggestion were ignored. I asked if I sent a person to pick up a new bouquet, will it work with them? During the conversation it turned out that they were ready to change only one flower and I would need to open the bouquet, pull out the wilted flower and make the bouquet again by myself. Sorry, but I'm not a florist. Dolce Flowers doesn't care about customers, the manager didn't take any action. My recommendations to the Dolce Flowers team, especially the store manager, are to read and take lessons about customer service.
