Worst rental company i´ve met since now! First they comfort you, then they drop you! They keep your deposit back and dont pay you out

We´ve booked a car, so far so good. Then as we left dubai, they said, after 25 days we´ll get back our security deposit back to our banc account. We are waiting since october 23 until today. We´ve contacted the RTA department and made a complaint about this behavior

Scammer! They keep your deposit and don’t reply to your messages.

I guess some of the good Reviews are Fake.

We agreed on the lease, discussed all the details. We scheduled the delivery of the car and the signing of papers on October 10, without a clearly specified time. As a result, I spend all day waiting for the delivery of the car, I sit at home, call the company every hour. And what will we know at 21: 00? That the car we were promised to deliver had an accident. God grant that no one is hurt and is alive - healthy. But why freeze me all day and make empty promises? Do you consider this a service? Is this your strength in business? I appeal to everyone, if you are ready to listen to empty promises and call them every minute with interrogations and clarifications, you do not value your time. Be sure to contact this company)

Had a vacation with my friend in Dubai. So as a regular tourists we’ve rented car. Everything was fine but in the end we didn’t get our deposit back. If you want to deal with customers you should do you part right as we did. As a conclusion $400 deposit disappeared.

I had rented a Suzuki Vitara from Dolphin and it was a good experience. The vehicle was well maintained and the rental was reasonable. They even dropped the car at my location. Finally, the security deposit was refunded in full on the due date 25 days after handover of the car.

Best Rental car company you will ever wish to come across. Amazing and understanding people. I have been renting with them for the past 7 months and all I can remember is just the great service and understanding that binding us. You rarely find such in these days. The car was fully sanitized and there rates are very reasonable
And i got my sequrity deposit back on the time in which they committed and without any deduction
