Bad customer service, not approachable and unprofessional staff. If you enter the shop they will not greet you or even ask what do you need.

Its my first time to buy and its a good experience.all the flowers are fresh.all i can say is "THE BEST"

Very disappointed. What we agreed to do is never happen. I ask for 1 sunflower only and the rest is roses. I've been in the shop a day before to make sure everything will be ok. And they call me just this afternoon to tell me that sunflower it's not available. When in fact i saw a bunch of it yesterday! It's so unprofessional. Even the roses are not good. I wil not recommend this flower shop. They just ruin this special day. Thumbs down

Their bouquets are the best things that could be gifted to the ones you love, you have a choice they do it or if you want them to do it they do it even better!
