The rooms are excellent, the pool on the roof is normal. Breakfast is very oriental in style. Everything is incomprehensible, everything is with spices. Not everyone liked it. There was confusion when checking in, they gave us the keys to an already occupied room, there was confusion.
The rooms are spacious the pleasant, smiling staff available the hotel is well located we walk to the Burj Khalifa and the mall the only downside the swimming pool is small
The experience was 10/10. Also the service provided by the front staff - supervisor Hanna and Neha (GSA) I believe were extremely kind and nice. Very much dedicated to help. The night PA - Babas was very nice was well. I am definitely be back because of the hospitality. These people need to get a raise
New hotel in safe, calm location not far from Downtown. Very spacious room and bathroom. Staff is very kind and accommodatng. Variety of restaurants near. Highly recommending.
Cozy and clean little hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a family room with two bedrooms). The location was also central. I recommend! Good value for money.
الفندق قريب من دبي مول. الغرفة التي سكنت فيها مطلة على البرج لكن تصميمها غير جيد حيث لا يمكنك الاستمتاع بمنظر البرج وانت على السرير. كما أن زجاج المبنى يحتاج إلى تنظيف.
Breakfast and rooms are great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping staff was amazing and provided service on daily basis whenever we requested. Great hotel, Highly recommended.
The hotel is located in business Bay. I like the location because I want a place away from the tourist area while having all the necessity such as pharmacy, restaurants, super market nearby. And it is close to the central area.
Room wise is quite ok, modern and well equipped. My problem is the too soft pillow but u can always get the house keeping to get u other type. The shower water pressure is not consistent. Also the water gets really hot or cold once a while. Need fixing.
It's quite noisy in the morning because hotel is in the center of a business area. Staffs are not too welcoming. No one came to take my luggage when I first arrive at the main entrance. Check in hour was late by 15 minutes too.
Overall I like the hotel considering the price and convenient location.
Good venue for a small conference and a seminar, hall can accommodate 60 people comfortably. Service provided by the hilton team was great, thanks to hilton team for all the arrangements!
It has been two days already in hilton double tree m square, this is the third time where mr balersen.the doorman / valet man deals with me roudly, i give hime the ticket, he is not responding…he even stays doing nothing.this is the worst ever experience i had…he even game me the ticket back saying he is busy…and for the next ten mins …he still strolling around doing nothing.i wonder do u give jobs for charity,?

A branch of the famous Hilton brand. Never knew hilton had a branch in bay square in business bay. Business bay many 5star properties huge ones but the Hilton one is a smaller property. It is a business hotel. And I think in the more exnomical brand of theirs. Antbway I was in the lounge only. Did not stay. But the lounge and the xofee shop albeit small looks impressive. فندق لطيف مناسب للعائلات. اقمت فيه ٩ ليال في غرفة قياسية شاملة وجبة الإفطار. كنت اتوقع الغرفة اكبر مع اطلالة كما هي موضحة في موقع الحجز. الأكل جيد والموظفين لطفاء جداً ، المسبح نظيف ومناسب للاطفال ، اخترت الاقامة فيه لقربه من دبي مول ومنطقة برج خليفة كان لدي ملاحظات بسيطة و اعطيتها موظفات الاستقبال. بالتأكيد سأحجز فيه المرة القادمة ولكن اتمنى غرفة افضل.
Very charming hotel, the restaurant has a bistro style, the service is amazing, extremely attentive and friendly, plates are removed fast and a real effort is made to make the customer happy. Food was nice and absolute value for money. Not a very wide variety but what was there was delicious. The best turkey I have eaten! One suggestion would be to delink the music system in the restaurant from the other hotel overall music system and play something more upbeat. The music was very suitable for a hotel, a kind of calming launch music. In the restaurant however, it made us very sleepy and created a too calm environment, a bit depressing to be honest. Very pleasant experience overall.
I and my husband had such an awesome time staying at this hotel for 6 days. Customer service was great and very helpful. Especially, thank you for all your help, Ram. Hotel itself was very clean, convenient to Burj khalifa, Dubai Mall and water fountain. And taxis were always outside waiting. This hotel really makes me feel like home and very generous. Our flight was on Friday at 2: 30am and we checked out at noon on Thursday. So, they happily kept our luggage the entire time at the hotel till it's time for us to go to the airport. Also, we were allowed to use the changing room (bathroom, shower stand, sauna, steam room, towels and blow dry) on the 2nd floor which was very appreciated. Absolutely recommended!
موقع مميز في منطقة الخليج التجاري. فندق بتصميم رائع من اللوبي إلى الغرف الهادئة إلى الخدمات الأخرى وبأسعار منافسة. فريق العمل رائع ومحترم وراقي جدًا متوفر مقهى في اللوبي 24 ساعة وكذلك سوبر ماركت 24 ساعة أيضًا وكذلك وجود مطاعم ومقاهي من الجهة الخلفية للفندق. تستطيع الإستمتاع بالكوكيز موجود في الإستقبال في أي وقت.
I have just returned home after staying a week in Dubai and this hotel. This hotel is definitely one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and so polite. Special thanks to Ksenia in the reseption and the staff of the my square restaurant, they were all so hospitable. The cookie given by the arrival was nice surprise. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was amazing, slept very well. It was definitely worth it taking the half board, the food was amazing and there were variety of food on every dinner.
The location in business bay is good, only steps away from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and there are always taxis in front of the hotel. But i walked all the way to Burj Khalifa most of the times The surrounding area is nice with a lot of restaurants and cafes. There is also a 7-Eleven beside the hotel. The shuttle service is good and efficient, we used it couple of times when going to Dubai mall and La Mer beach (which is amazing by the way!). The pool area was a bit small but nice. Summarily, I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when visiting Dubai next time. Thank you!
Located in the business bay area neer to the Dubai mall and burj Khalifa this DoubleTree chain Hotel has rooms that are more spacious than the usual DoubleTree rooms. Sofa bed can sleep 2 teenagers. Modern interior with nice colours. Bathroom with bath and walking shower. Good sized swimming pool that als caters to the early morning lap swimmer. Good buffet breakfast until 11.00 with inside and outside seating. Plenty of very friendly staff. Valet parking and shuttle service to the Dubai mall. The business bay subway station is quite far away so easier to take the subway from the Dubai mall. Some convenience stores and restaurants next to the hotel may catering to the staff in the surrounding office buildings. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and service.
Easy to find with car and optimal staff at the entrance guiding the requirements and informative where are the restaurants and toilet and atm, clean and elegant desk, taxi drivers wifi free.for visitors also
Nice place borders on a five. One night isn't enough time to leave a more in depth review.will update at the end of my stay. UPDATE: Staff was awesome. No complaints what so ever. Bar crew was very attentive. Overall, excellent stay
