Very bad service, as a Hilton diamond member I was expecting welcome sweets, no cookies, and phone is ringing but no response. Very bad experience

Tushar at the front desk was very helpful. He has thorough knowledge and is very skilled at handling front desk operations. He always helps the customers and makes them feel comfortable. He has a great positive attitude and has a pleasant demeanour.

They have a very cozy bar with happy hours, reasonable prices for drinks especially in Dubai. Mahbub thank you for the sparkling wine.tap that

1. Rude reciptionist for check in.
2. Construction nearby at mid of the night.
3. Biryani smell in rooms.
4. You can hear your neighbours clearly at night.

Amazing, stay all staff are super professional they make a big difference. I recommend everybody to come to this hotel definitely will be back.

The personnel of the installations are extremely good and nice, Miss Reham at front desk was so polite and she just focus my time in the hotel was comfortable as possible

Went to 29th Barn. Nice small dn cosy place for Christmas celebration; DJ was good and MC, Ms. Prestigious, as always, knows how 2 keep the crowd buzzing and busy.wide choice of drinks but food could have been kept warm if not hot

Ja I am agree it is a wonderful hotel breakfast was great, the people who work there so helpful, we will go back again

سكنت في الفندق ٣ ايام حصل لي موقف غريب مع الاستقبال وتواصلت بالبريد الالكتروني مع مدير الفندق السيد ايفان وكان تجاوبه رائع واحترافي لذلك اعطي الفندق هذا التقييم العالي والحالات الفرديه لاتجرد الفندق من جماله اذا كان هناك مدير محترف كالسيد ايفان

It was spectacular. I love the design of the rooms and the lobby. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Special thanks to all for being very gracious and attentive. Beautiful Spa in hotel and love live music shows in restaurants and poolside also they have some party on weekends. Every enjoyment in 1 place.we had full fun.hotel is close by to the metro which makes it easy to move around town. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the pool up on the rooftop with restaurant and spa is very amazing.nice. All in one all, i highly recommend it and would definitely be coming back

Non recommended place and the management behaviour very rude they don’t have feelings.and they don’t know how to talk with person.and The Evan Harrington who is Gm of the Hilton garden inn al Jadaf.he is the next level person he is thinking he is a founder of the Hilton.even he don’t know how to give respect to another person his behaviour very rough.totally

Rooms are small as compared to other hotels in Dubai. View is not very great from room!

Same Hilton Quality, with less luxurious services, for example (No Valley Parking service, the room service is from the bar/restaurant)

They have a grocery shop with microwave, coffee corner and ATM machine, which is very helpful.

Ones star taken down due to slow services from room service.

In new area.some markets and restaurants around, not much, one restaurant in hotel, whole area under construction, rooms ok

Why do we have to keep asking for toilet tissue daily?
Towels daily?
Calling from the room took a long time
Service in the eating area took a long time to get drinks
Didn't have change for certain bills

The hotel location is very convenient for transportation and for groceries shopping.
All the staffs from this hotel have very good hospitality. Theirs services are also very pleasant and give satisfaction to me, all the room services are also performed very well and they are always on time. Especially, i want to thank krishna, prakash, dili, hari, Suresh, Marie and Nitesh. But I have things to give advice to the receptionist team, if they smile more when they welcome to the guest it would be perfect. Thank you for all of your kindness and cares. My team and I had a great time because of all of you, hope to see you again.

Food, drinks and most especially the room is worth your stay here. We enjoyed our stay for 1 day! We feel really blessed to book in their hotel. They always respond yo your queries accordingly and such a good place to relax, near the city and iconic Dubai tourist spots!

Since this is a Hilton group hotel, rooms are of five star standards, but as this area is still under development, visitors should not expect anything more than just a comfortable room in a good hotel. Restaurant with a tiny options is very surprising. Front desk team is very supportive.

Tolles Hotel. Zimmer sind schoen, aber mit wenig Stauraum im Zimmer und Bad. Essen ist okay. Die Auswahl am Buffet Morgens und Abends ist gut. Al la Carte ist jeden Tag gleich (Halbpension). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse ist schoen, allerdings ist die Aussicht mitlerweile durch neue Baustellen etwas eingeschraenkt. Waschraum steht ohne weitere Kosten zur Verfuegung.

The hotel is bit deserted out side Dubai ring. But it's a new hotel not even 1 year old. Facilities, room and food is awesome.if it is near to the city I could have given then 5 star.

I have to say I found my second best Hilton brand hotel in Dubai. The hotel was very clean with the environment and air very crisp. The hotel staff were very friendly and involved. The room was well arranged and layered out. It felt really comfortable. I enjoyed my breakfast at the restaurant with the different assortment of food. The hotel is 6-10 minutes from DXB airport, so you can plan accordingly. I spent one night but I am definitely coming back to stay longer.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hilton Al Jadaf. The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The only minus about the room was the hard extra bed. The hotel was not able to provide a topper or alternative.
It is in a developing area but about 5-10 minutes from al Jadaf metro station so travel wasn’t too bad. The location then comes at a great off-season price. What sets this hotel apart is its staff. This is the first time Ive stayed at Hilton and compared to other hotels this experience let less transactional. The staff seeks you out to engage and understand your needs. Laura and Sheeshkant (from Nepal) at the restaurant were outstanding! They made an effort to remember what you like and made recommendations for customised meals. There was another staff at the reception who gave many useful tips to plan travel around the city.
Thank you once again for all the efforts you made for us. We had a great time and will definately come back if we are in the city.

Day stay was $27! Just as nice of not nicer then the states. If you have a layover and want to sleep, it’s the closest Hilton to the airport. Pool on the top was a nice touch

Its quite a lavish hotel and the services are very well provided.
The only problem is the terrace view of burj khalifa is blocked by the new construction taking place right in front of the hotel.

Everything was excellent.special thanks to Hanna and marco who took care of our special request.and made our stay memorable.

Great for solo travelers. Staff is very courteous. Underground parking. Swimming pool and so much more.
Metro is only 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets nearby. Restaurants deliver.

I stayed three nights at this property. It is close to everything. The staff are really nice and the beds are big enough for two people.
Even though breakfast is excluded form the total price, it really doesn't matter because I guessed this is a Dubai style.
At least least next time it's good to leave a slippers, even if it's just once.

Nice and cozy, unbelievably affordable.
You'll have to commute to everything, but centrally located and a short walk from metro green line.

Want to hide away for a short staycation within city limits and pocket friendly budget, you've found the place.

I did not book it with breakfast so i cannot rate it.

Room size is perfict nice and clean beds

Stayed here recently and just cannot stop praising about the hotel. Booked the hotel for for a conference and everyone was very happy, from the front office staff to restaurant and to housekeeping each one at hotel were so supportive and quick to respond.

Neat and clean, spacious rooms ready with basic ammenties. The only let down in their food menu was Indian bread/rotis (i guess they don't have a tandoor), as a result they were very hard to chew otherwise they serve finger licking multi cuisine breakfast/meals. Rest all was good and upto our expectations. However the hotel is situated in a developing area (lots of construction going around) so in and arounds are very quiet and in night its very lonely and no happening things around, but taxis are easily available outside the hotel.

The hotel has a rooftop hotel, spa, gym so do enjoy such recreational activities.

We had a lovely experience staying here for a week while visiting Dubai. Everyone was so nice, warm and welcoming. Everyday we were greeted with the wonderful staff. Thank you for all your help and making us feel like at home with your hospitality. We will miss you and can’t wait to come back! They offer excellent value for money with their low season pricing.

Service is great, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also great!

The hotel is in a developing area so there is not much around the hotel besides a coffee shop, hamburger joint and a mini super. Luckily it is pretty close to a green line metro station that takes you to town or to the airport (with a transfer to the red line)

Very good hotel and the price super. First time here and I had perfect checking in all was ready for me. The reception staff was very friendly and she helped me a lot and she is the main reason for giving 5 stars.
The room nice and comfortable but with little noise from a construction site beside the hotel. All perfect in general except the toilet which I really surprised from it as from my experience with Hilton they care about the details, the WC is located in the corner and it is difficult to set or use it with comfort and I think for big guys it will be a real problem.

Very clean n it is new just open the bed is very comfortable the place is quiet no busy and can't here the noise of cars it's really nice have mini market n starbucks in the hotel it self
