Little I can say about Dr Batra's Homeopathy that, when it comes to hair fall or any kind of Alopecia problems and hairs infections they are always the first choice. With the help of Dr Batra's in only two months I have recovered more than 70% of my loss hairs back and this is a good results

Overall i am pleased with the services and the results of their treatment. I received Stm cells treatment for hairloss and was assigned a therapist named Dhrumi. My experience at Dr Batras clinic has been wonderful. Dhrumi did 2 of my STM sessions to the highest standards. She knows how to carry out her job v well. Mr Taukir who works at the reception is a v helpful person who assists patients with all their quieries. Mr Taukir is assisted by Zara at the reception who is a polite and friendly lady, who helps patients with all their needs. Seher always ensures if patients can attend their sessions by calling them and inquiring, aside from carrying out STM sessions for patients as well.

Would not recommend. Paid for 20 sessions, did 11 with no results. Now trying to finish my remaining 9 and they have closed my file without my consent. And refuse to refund the remainder of the sessions and will not book my last 9 sessions.

I consulted with Dr Batra for my hair loss treatment. I have just started my journey here. So far the consultation and the therapy session are going well. The staffs and doctors are very kind and helpful.

I have completed 5 sessions so far and I have started noticing atleast 10% hair fall reduction so far. I'm following their instructions of diet and medicines religiously.

We made an appointment for our son's alopecia aerata. A prescription was issued which could not be fulfilled by pharmacies as the prescribed medicine was not available. Apart from that the appointment focused on which "package" we should opt for, with the 2 year plan being heavily pushed within the first appointment. Not really understanding the process or what to expect as nothing concrete was explained, we went for the minimum one month to see how it goes. Surprisingly, not a single phone call or follow up was made so we're not quite sure what the one month "package" was for. Overall, the customer service experience was not one we expected or had hoped for, it was heavily commercialised and we left feeling like we were signing up for a gym membership, not treatment. This is just a personal experience account so can't speak for others.

Helpful staff, cooperative in arranging regular appointments with the doctor as per my convenience. Hope to see good results soon!

Not effective at all, waste of money and time, used medicines for 2 years but no benifit even it got worst.

Please check and read everything before signing up on their package. My money got wasted for nothing. False information and very bad customer service.

I had a terrible experience treating a skin condition at this clinic. They prescribed medicine that was not always available, then blamed me for not being able to take the medicine as they prescribed. When I came in for a check up, the doctor told me that my skin is getting better but it was actually getting a lot worse. They actually became upset when I pointed out and had evidence that my condition was worsening. They could not provide all the services that they initially promised. They don’t offer any refunds, so I highly recommend not paying anything up front.

I advise the clinic of Dr. Batra to everyone. My mom's hair also fell out profusely, but after visiting this clinic on the 20th day, hair loss stopped by 80%. Moving to dubai, i started my hairs getting thinner and eventually causing hair loss, i heard about dr batras and i came here for my treatment.

I don’t have good vibes. Doctor was interested in signing us up for a year. I didn’t agree so they charged 525 for consultation l. Indurance will pay me back but I think it’s outrageous.

With my colleague recommendation, I have consulted Dr. Shaheena Kadri for my dandruff and hair loss somewhere in October 2020.
After 8 months of experience, I can confidently mention that Dr. Shaheena Kadri seems to be an expert. Her approach is to treat main root cause/s of the issues and I have noticed improvement in my scalp health. Further more, she has successfully managed to put a break on my hair loss rather I have observed growth and density of hair follicles.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Batra's.

I went for treatment of a very specific skin issue. After 1 month of treatment I had my 2nd appointment. The 2nd appointment was with a completely different doctor and not once did they check the progress of the issue I initially went to them for, which in fact did not work and the skin condition had become worse.

After the 2nd appointment (which was basically an evaluation of my personality and nature) the doctor discontinued the course of treatment prescribed by the first doctor for my skin condition. When I asked what the new medicines are for the doctor told me they are for xyz conditions based on the 2nd appointment (which were completely unrelated to my skin condition!) I was so frustrated that the course of treatment was veering away from the initial issue I went to them for. When I asked the prescribing doctor what about my skin issue, she said she wasn't aware and didn't have the access to my file at the time (!).

When I expressed my frustrations about this fact and also the worsening of my condition despite following the course of treatment, the doctor prescribed pills for anxiety. And in the end the first doctor called me back and changed the 2nd doctor's prescription back to the treatment I recieved at the first appointment (even though I mentioned the condition was becoming worse, not better after the prescribed treatment.
So basically:
1) There was absolutely no alignment or consistency between the 2 treating doctors.
2) They treat the patient as if they have no right to have any concerns or opinions about treatments.
3) I bought a package with 3 appointments. I used 2 of them and still have 1 remaining. It's been since September 2020 that no one from the clinic has followed up with me to schedule my last appointment.

I would never recommend Dr. Batra's clinic to anyone based on my personal experience.

Most pathetic experience ever had. Absolutely no result after 6 months treatment. Would never recommend anyone. Just waste of money. Please do not get fooled by their advertisement. Its all fake.

I don’t have any words for their medication but its over priced. NO INSURANCE MORE TO PAY. Also the doctor said that insurance is not counted in hair treatment but I heard the lady in the registration talking with patient about her insurance. Even i paid for 3 months for hair loss but the doctor did nothing she was just quiet. They care about MONEY only. Don’t loose your money on clinic that don’t care on the first day.

Went to Dr Bathra's for my acne. Started in Nov 2019, since then my acne has come in control and decreased. The treatment was painless and efficient.

Excellent treatment for me and my wife. My wife's thyroid came in control. The doctor is very efficient.

The clinic is very low standards.looks very basic, and the location is difficult to reach.
Although the doctor was nice and had good way of informing about the consultation.

Was not a great experience, doctor straightway jumped on treatment without advising any test to find out the cause of hair fall. Doctors don't appreciate questions, very rude responses.not recommended if you are really concerned about your hair and you want to know what's kicking it.

My hair loss had actually came down and can see a great improvement as compared to my previous condition, i would like to thank Dr. Shaheena and her colleague who helped me.

Getting an appointment of your choice is a nightmare and once you're there in your scheduled time they make you wait forever even when the doctor is free. Every clinic in Dubai is up and running by 8: 30AM but these people start after 10: 30. Parking is also difficult. My advice, don't visit if you have other alternatives.

I had very bad hair fall and later came to know I have psoriasis problem when I started my session with Dr. Shaheena. I had blood cracks on my head and back of my ears too and my confidence level was too low. Welcoming on 1st Visit when they sell you a package. Post that its like you need to constantly follow up. Just started a hair restoration therapy so too early to comment on the quality of care but they lack badly on friendly environment. They don't even have water for patients and the reception is hopeless.
