Very Bad Experience, there team call me to have a free consultation after the consultation they ask me to take 6 month package and they promise me they can fix my dandruff issue and fungal infection on my beard, I take there medicine 3 months and No results, after I tell them I don’t like to continue like this please refund my half money which I paid already for 6 month, they never contact me after that, otherwise they are calling twice in a month, I request all customers to don’t pay them in advance for 6 month or 1 year, they will tell you many offers if we pay together, that’s a trap, ones you pay they don’t care that your issue is solved or not, they just need your money, just pay for each visit and check your getting any results or not,

And the another worst experience that they will promise you same doctor for your treatment period after we will meet different doctors in each visit if we ask receptionist why different doctor now, they will tell you the another dr is no more working here, and and this all doctors will tell you different reason for your problems and they suggest different treatments, we will totally confused,

This is my experience in Dr Batra’s,

I am dissatisfied with the treatment as my dandruff is there despite i took the 1 year package. In that package i missed 1 session which i already informed the reception. Every time i came for my check up i need to remind them for that missed session and unfortunately until the last month i was not able to get it as well as my free session for my recommendation as they said they will give me 2 free. Customer service was poor and the doctor was unhelpful for your problem. I will not recommend this clinic at all.

I am very happy with dr. Batra. All staff here are very friendly and my treatment is going well.

Getting treatment from 2 years from dr batra, First they will trick you into getting 1 year of membership then they will keep changing medicines and keep you busy in treatment and will not cure the problem and at the end of the year they will again trick you into getting membership.
I had hplyori and after paying for 1 year they told me to take antibiotics for it. And its been 2 years now that i have issue of indigestion, Acidity, Acid reflux and they are unable to give relief in the symptoms getting cured is far enough to expect from the clinic.
Dr.batra's clinic don't have dr batra by himself you will be treated by many other doctors. My doctor got changed two times but still no relief. Instead they told me that you are fine and you do not have any disease.

I came across certain reviews where they said it’s a scam and it doesn’t work but what they don’t understand is that homeopathy takes time but results are really good I was told as well from friends to not waste my money but I was patient and I knew this is a life time investment which would bring my confidence back and I had been dealing with hair thinning and patches for the past two years, which has made me lose all my self confidence, I came across Dr. Batra back in October 2021. I immediately began treatment in Health Care City, and my hair has improved significantly. I guess the HVT and medicine are really effective.
The staff, Zoya and Nazneen, are very supportive I never faced any problems with rescheduling or waiting time at the clinic and Doctor Kavita is very easy to talk to. Since I started, I've been very pleased with the results, and I intend to continue.

Dr Varma is very gentle and co operative. I have had her as my doc for the past 3 yrs I feel a great improvement overall

Don’t waste your money, the doctor I was consulting with only knew how to take selfie’s and constantly change her WhatsApp picture instead of replying to my queries regarding progress and medicine (she said I was free to message her anytime) She kept trying to convince me that there was progress but there was picture evidence that there was no progress. She was also very arrogant with my mother during a consultation. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money! The only person who does a good job is the man who calls to confirm appointments.

DR Batra's is nothing but a scam! There was zero progress even after a year but they tried convincing me to continue the treatment for another year. They are extremely overpriced. I honestly do not recommend them to anybody who requires immediate treatment, especially for severe hair loss. Instead, book an appointment with a regular dermatologist who might actually help.

They are very bad they are the one who call me for complementary visits but it's become charged and not satisfied with their service at all

Simply farud and just waste of money.
No one should believe what they advertise, its misleading. They charge me AED: 1500.00 and it was zero improvement for me.
Don't know how many people wasted their valuable time and money with these people.

I do not trust this establishment's reliability of treatment, customer service or their capability to plan appointments.

Each visit to their clinic, when you set an appointment and go on time ends up an average wait of 45 minutes. I do not understand why they even make appointments

They also have a system that generates appointments for you. You only know this when they call you the evening prior to "confirm" an appointment you never made - effectively creating a vicious cycle of delays

They have called me on 2 occasions 2 hours prior to ask if they can delay the timing of an appointment.

If you try to call them, they have strange timings. "Doctor is only in after 12: 00 noon till 4: 00pm" or "sir you have to call the clinic directly. They will help you. "

As far as the doctors are concerned, the consultants hear only what they want to hear. They assume typical allergies without hearing your case. When your file is passed from one consultant to another, the WHOLE STORY is lost and you have to re-explain. You only realize that they themselves have no clue and that you could have potentially taken medicines which were anyways ineffective and unecessary

I know that homeopathy is not an instant treatment. I have countless family members who have used homeopathy as an alternative but never have I heard these experiences. The least I expect is prudence and respect for one's time.

Avoid this organization - they will do a fantastic job of wasting your time.

The first doctor told me I will see the result after 3 to 4 weeks and hairfall will be less but 3 to 4 months already there is no improvement and hairfall is worst and top of that they want me to take more HVT so I can pay them more.extracting money is their main goal. Would not recommend anyone to go with them.

The clinic is neat and clean.and the staff is very polite and supportive.
The Doctors give you ample time and attention. The only problem here is.it takes a lot of time.even if you have a fixed appointment. If you have an appointment at 8 and you reached even if you reach 10 min before.they will at least take 30 minutes to call you.

Poor place they keep nagging you with phone calls like I was in side the clinic on my appointment and they were still calling to be on time.
They have limited services, their advertisements on social media is misleading.

I have experienced satisfying results so far from Dr. Satyashri Verma. Although I’m still not at my 100%, I’m hoping and believe that I will get better in coming months by her counseling

I have been taking homeopathic medicines along with HVT treatment for 1.5 years and it has helped to stabilize the thinning of my hairs so premature baldness does not continue to increase!
