DR Courier and Cargo Services - Al Quoz Branch 1

Invoice 504197. They don't even deserve 1 star for this un professional organization. I made sea cargo on 29th Jan' 23but more than 6 months I have not received my cargo in India. They put all the blames on customs people for even the delays from their end. NEVER PREFER DR COURIER AND NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I hope this review will be helpful to people who dont want to suffer like I am doing.on top of that pathetic customer service and no responsibility

They Said they will delivery the item today evening
And I am still waiting although they are not responding to my calls most of the number are fake or not responding am trying to call them last few hours

I would like to put up a review so that the management knows how your employees are handling your customers. I would say, that I or my close ones will never use your courier service as the experience we received was so bad. I don't think my above decision will make any difference, but I'll make sure to do so.

I sent the cargo on the 2nd of December via air and it is not yet received at the destination till today (29.12.2022). And the promised delivery time was 15 days and thankfully today is the 27nth day. I came to know that the delay was caused due to customs and I'm okay with that. But while we call for an update from the customer care, the behavior we get is pathetic and unprofessional. It seems we paid for the service and customers needs to get the blame from you employees as well. Really pathetic.

Its a nightmare to me now. I have been trying to reach them as my items are missing but no one has yet replied. It was a parcel for Mumbai where goods atleast upto Aed 600 are robbed by Dr. Courier. My receipt number: 485703

This cargo company has very very poor service they not deserve even a one star i sent a cargo by then almost a year ago but my cargo is not delivered yet all the time they said your cargo is under custom clearance process and the staff is very poor they not replying you, so please i request everyone don't go for it otherwise you'll regret after. The poor cargo company i have ever seen.

My known person transfer 2 carton boxes from Dubai to Riyadh via DR couriers. Last time we transfer same shipment but that time per box we paid 450 AED.but this time 1150 AED per box.so he his submitting fake Courier invoice with me, and am trying to reach DR courier via WhatsApp and asking to share original invoice which i received from my source is duplicate. But DR courier not willing to share my original invoice.

DR is a very unprofessional company as you have failed to deliver the shipment as per the agree date.
Your reputation was, is and will remain tainted.

I had chosen DR couriers based on a friend's recommendation and I am now regretting my decision.
Fake promises. Stop playing with people's livelihood.
I'm sure like me there will be other customers who have faced extreme delays, Highly disappointed.

Based on my experience, service is very very slow. I sent 2 boxes through them to Kerala. They promised to get it delivered in 30 days but its been more than 2 months now and the cargo has not arrived. They don't even call and inform that there is a delay. I won't send cargo through them again.

Horrible service.very expensive.sales team will promise you on time delivery but will not answer your calls after the payment. I used their cargo service from Dubai on 21st April and till today 8th June.such unprofessional service. I have not received my materials.no one is answering the calls. Their Karama office will pick your call and disconnect as soon as they get to know the reason why you have called. I shall wait until end of this week after which will take legal actions.they don’t deserve any star.

Worst service. Zero percent recommended. Kindly dont send cargo through this service. All items damaged. While contacting the complaint section, they communicated very badly. No compensation given for the damaged items. Packing is very very worst. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Send the cargo to kerala on march 4. As they said it will deliver maximum 25-30 working day. But till date it is not received not only that staff giving wrong information… very bad experience with DR. It's been 70 days since I sent my courier. They promised to deliver it by 45 days and today its 70th day still no updates from their end. The customer service is not providing a proper update.

It’s been 1 year 2 months my cargo is missing plz don’t believe in this company the customer service they are sitting there just to lie nothg else.dec 7 2020 I sent my cargo 31 kg to manglore still missing and they don’t care about it.they just reply u will get it.

The service, staff, and price point of this company are all excellent. Big thank you to one of the staff “Saneesh Mayi” as we are dealing with him for more than 1 year and he is really professional, quick responder, always come on time and never delays shipments. I am very satisfied with the company’s services and staff, and highly recommend dealing with them.

The worst experience possible irresponsible customer service people and the company is ridiculous. They have my package from Jan 2021 and haven't delivered for more than a year now. Today, a customer service agent just disconnected the call while I was still asking when they'd deliver. Doesn't look like they are "experts in custom clearance". Absolute farce. Deserves a zero rating.

Extremely disappointed. I had sent a cargo box from Dubai to India on december 2020 and till date I havent received it. I have called more than 1000 times in their Dubai number as well as Indian number but every time they give the same lame excuse. DR COURIER is a reputed name and its so dissapointing to see such lame and irresponsible behaviour. This is really sad and frustrating

I sent my courier from Dubai to India in 2021on September 9th just now I received it today I sent 2 boxes from Dubai Box No 1: 28.6 Kg, Box No 2: 19.46 Kg but I have received just 34 kgs They have stolen my 4 shoes, 3 watches, 5 jackets, 3 bags, 1 Hair trimmer 4 packets of maskand 5 to 6 kgs of dry fruit this one of worst cargo There is no proper Communication from the team, I don't even want to give one start

DR COURIERS ITS A NO NO PLEASE DONT USE THEIR SERVICES
Sent a cargo on 17th September to Sikkim till date it has not reached at the time of booking they promised it would be delivered in 40 to 45 days now its over 70 days. You call there office they dont hv a clue why it is not delivered, their standard reply we will get back to you, which they never, we have to followup every day and hear the same thing. Once you book the cargo no follow up is done. I think all cargo companies are out to cheat people they charge you to send the things you have bought with your hard-earned money and most probably selling the stuff at destination thats why they have no idea about the status of your cargo. They are not able to give us a contact nbr at destination, so how wl they follow and with whom? We plan to go to consumer court with our booking receipt.

Hi, We had sent our cargo In October 2021 from Dubai to Bangalore and have been following up for the status. Have been tracking online for the status and its been same since last one month as Receiver's country. Tried chatting on the website no response, sent a whats app msg to the number mentioned on the website no response, sent an email as well. Tried reaching the agent through whom we sent the cargo no response. How do you expect us rate or recommend your services to others when qe are facing these kind of issues? On that whats app number nobody responds but they want to how satisfactory was our interaction?

Very bad service had ever seen in UAE, around 3 months I am waiting for my cargo, still not delivered, no response from your team. I went Sharjah office they said go to head office, if we call no response, sometimes they said within ten days like that more than 3 months gone. Irresponsible stfafs and customer service. In my fifteen years of UAE life I had never seen like a cheating cargo company like this.

WORST CARGO! I STILL DIDNT RECEIVE MY CARGO WHICH WAS SENT ON 28TH NOVEMBER 2020. CELEBRATION 1 YEAR OF MY CARGO WHICH WAS SENT. ANY EXPLANATION?

I usually don’t post anything like this about anyone or anything but this is because of total frustration on a service provider.
So on 22nd November 2020, we sent a cargo through DR Cargo & Courier Services Dubai which weighed about 104kgs. Today when I am writing this, its 22nd February 2021 which marks the third month since we sent the cargo (sea cargo) and still we haven’t receieved our courier.
We followed up with them n number of times and still we have no positive news from them about the same. The reason they say is that the cargo is not cleared from the customs side and with arrogance informed us to file a case if we have a problem. However, when we ask them to follow up the response is again negative! Is it the customers responsibility to follow up with customs regarding the clearance after we paid a lump sum of money for their services? ! Unbelievable! Humble request to all my friends and family out there, think again when you choose to send any courier through DR Cargo!

Never ever choose this cargo service for your stuffs. I will never recommend this cargo. I regret for using this cargo to send my stuffs through this.
Kindly no one else use this cargo.kind advice.more than 100 days still I don't receive my stuffs.also no response from the company. Custom process from the 40th day. Have to take legal actions against this company.

Today August 31 2021 I received my cargo which I sent on December 3 2020. Totally they took 9 months to deliver our parcels. Totally disappointed with their service.kindly no one choose this cargo service for your stuffs

It's been 8 months we had shipped from UAE, and not received yet, irresponsible at the peak.

People who reads it never ever go with Dr Courier, still we are not sure whether we will receive or not as the correspondent always gives the same s**t answer that there is some clearance problem in mumbai (that also only when we contact him!).

Very Pathetic Service. Do not Recommend Any one. My brother sent a courier before 1 year we don't get till now no response from Dr we are fed up. So Don't promote or recommend this courier.

Very bad service from the team, I was in touch with Pooja, they said me the parcel will be delivered by 2 weeks, but my family is yet to receive the parcel, my calls and whatsapp are ignored. I checked their partner delivery company in India (Delhivery) not even 1 single good rating on their website too, Pathetic.

7 months passed and I still didn't receive my things. Even when called them recently, they said it's still at MUMBAI PORT. I guess it's lost now. Gonna file a complaint soon.

This is my 2nd review to u. Not sure where my previous review went. You don't deserve even 1 star. Had sent cargo from Sharjah to Cochin on Dec 4th 2020. I don't understand why it went to MUMBAI port 1st of all. And it's been almost 5 months now. Luckily one box they delivered which contained glass items and a big casserole. Fortunately glasses are intact but casserole lost it's shape and one dent came on it. I am really concerned about my other items too. No use in calling & asking too. As they have found an excuse to escape. One of my relative who sent their cargo from Sharjah on dec 10th (after us), they received almost all boxes (except 2 more) within 3 months and i came to know most of the plastic things were broken too. You guys don't even care abt our things as it's not ur hard owned money. It's our mistake choosing you. Should have gone for better cargo companies even if price was higher. I'm writing this for others to get rid of this company. Don't ever choose them. Now if asked they will say covid also a reason. They know very well that we can't go at port and check if it's true or not. I really feel that they have lost our cargo or damaged it someway. I really don't trust you anymore. PATHETIC SERVICE!

I had sent sea Cargo to Kerala. When I called to DR Courier they said delivery time 45 days to 60 days. But I got boxes within 1month. It's very fast as sea cargo comparing with other courier company.
Thank you Mr. Shaji, nice guy Who is the staff of DR courier. He helped me lot. I had forgot an item to send. I called him arround 11.30 PM. When he left with my items. I got good response from him. He said don't worry I will hold your items here and will come and collect your forgotten item.

Didn't get option to respond to your (DR courier's) clarification here, hence I'm editing and resubmitting my review. Worst Service. Things were completely repacked without bringing to our knowledge, and the material packed was full of sand and dirt. Most of the things were broken and some are missing.

Absolutely pathetic service. Wooden furniture was taped over causing wood/laminate damage, then covered with one round of bubble wrap. Not one piece of furniture reached the port without breaking. Zero responsibility was taken by the courier service.

This is the first time I am using this courier, and it will be the last also.

The worst courier service ever seen a human is moved 24 hours from USA to INDIA but a parcel is taking 2 months since 12th of Feb till date i haven't recieved my parcel yet.worst delivery service ever.

The Indian counter part contact mobile number given in the website doesn't exist.my courier from UAE Dubai hang still reached me to Chennai, though the website tracking says it well be delivered by 3rd October, and today is 7th October. No proper communication, they business the customs for the delay. This is not the first time I am sending courier from UAE, but first time they this courier agency and my big mistake.

Worst service, no proper response, dropped my cargo on 6th April 2018 3Pcs, 2 pieces delivered after 2 months and the 3rd one wrongly delivered which was addressed to Kolkata, when enquiried about 3rd one no proper response, worst service if you are sending zero valued items, also kindly don't approach them, they will spoil your time.
As on date more than 3 Months but unable to trace by missing one.
