Very bad experience,a cargo which send one year ago to India yet to be delivered,every time they say some lame excuse like custom blocked it etc, my goods worth more than 5000AED is gone

I also faced bad experience from DR cargo (iam still waiting for my cargo to get) waiting almost 11months, i have registered a complaint in Dubai consumer protection, i am hoping a positive decision from Dubai eonomic department.

All who experiencing the same difficulties from this company, please register complaint in Dubai eonomic department.

I can see a lot of bad reviews against the DR Cargo, they are not giving any value to their customers.

Same experience with all other people below. I send my courier in jan 23. These guys are so bad that when you call they dont give a proper update.when im asking they saying i will get this month last or by 10 of next month and this they are saying for past 7 months now. At least there should be some commitment and ethics They never bothered to send an email or update of the situation. When they get your money and valuables then it’s done!

Guys dont ever send via this company!

I wish there are more options like zero or minus so that I can give it to them. The worst experience in my life no customer service and they don't know what they are doing at all.

Never send couriers through them…Before 3 months I send my courier and still their saying next week you will get…. Next week you will get…. No responsibility for the customers….

Bad service ever and no one responds so ever they said 45days maximum but still my stuff not reached it’s gonna more than 55days and not saying it will take more 15days. I have marriage function and gift I have sent. For sure tomorrow 20th may 2023 I will go shop Karama Dubai. And I will post in Facebook, twitter, TikTok.

Worst Service Ever. Do not trust there words. They just tell you that your cargo will reach within 45 days and later after 45 days they don't even bother to update you the status. And if you call them they will just tell you it will take more 10 days or more 2 week and after that again you yourself need to call them and follow up and you will get to hear the same thing. Do not trust there services. I am already facing this hassle. And the staff don't even care if you tell them that it's already more than the time. Worst Service and worst staff.

Please dont waste ur money in sending your items through them. My spices, dry fruits and chocolates went missing. I gave my complaint no response, invoice number 485703, Mumbai. I fail to understand what really happened. But its like I paid for those items then I also paid for that much weight n its all in their pockets. I have been sending via Safe mood Couriers never faced this issue. This is definitely my first and last time with them. Its so annoying how they are looting people. Anyways I know if no one is watching God is still watching.

Terrible service
My cargo was sent in March & I still haven’t received any update no information & the office keeps hanging up when I demand information about my cargo. Worst service ever. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst courier ever. 7 month before I sent courier from Dubai to India still I didn't receive they don't respond properly.

Worst service.
I sent cargo to India, I received my goods broken everything. Box was damaged 2 kilograms of dry fruits and some new clothes are missing, i contacted their office in India they’re simply saying we will find your missing goods and let you know in 2 days but they didn’t. I was try to calling them again and again but they never responded again after that. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have sent my cargo on 18 march not yet reach to my home misbehaving staff from your side very cheating company company is telling cargo will reach in 20 to 40 days and still my 1 box is not reach pls look after if and asap please send my box to home

Took a long time for my cargo to arrive and when it eventually does a lot of items are missing. There was clearly an attempt to steal as one briefcase which was packed in between clothes was broken. The worst part is that no one from the company has responded till date inspite of constant follow up on mail and WhatsApp. The people answering the call gives vague responses and asks to call some other person. Pathetic!

This is a response due to the 1000+ views on this review. They haven't replied to any of my mails and have done nothing to solve the issue and return the missing items. Infact the supervisor on the phone was extremely rude and said that he was the last person who signs off on this matter and even the owner won't be able to do anything. Such a cheap company! A word of advice - please go with ABC or any other, even if they are a bit more expensive

Worst service. I am totally disappointed. I had sent 21 packages for my brother's house warming in 4 December 2021. Received 20 packages after the function, that to 1 was missing and the rest was damaged.please don't prefer them or their service as they don't keep their words.

These people are all thieves and they don’t know how to respect their customers.we had been informed that our cargo will be there by the respective place by 10 or approx 12 days they have taken almost a month and the condition of the box was horrible all opened literally things have been stolen from the box holes made in it.when we informed about this condition of the specific cargo they completely refused to help they just told its not our responsibility. This is the attitude they carry.

Worst courier service. No punctuality, this is the 3rd consignment which i havent received on time. 2 consignment are still yet to receive. On 19th march the package has reached in India and still now no response.not recommended at all.
Its been 2 months since i send the cargo.if i call they are behaving rudely and disconnecting the call. Why are we paying money to the cargo of it cannot be delivered on time they promise and still hear that it will deliver when they release.
If you give express still the situation is same. If they cant deliver in time why are they boasting will get the delivery in 45 days or 25 days and make us wait for 2 months.

Worst cargo service ever and worst behavior from the support when we call and ask for them when we get the delivery.

They do take care of all our items.
I used their air cargo service from UAE to UK, it was safe and i received most of the items in good condition.
From my opinion its better if you take insurance for the shipment.
Overall they do better service compared to other courier service in UAE.

Worst company ever, unethical staff including owner. I would say entire management is corrupted & Fraud.they say so many things and reality is completely different. I had lost my cargo to UK and they don't have even their contact person or company in UK to deal with it.so please be aware with their false commitment and talks.biggest cheaters i have ever seen in Dubai. I called 043210102 to enquire about my cargo status, i just gave my bill number and asked when this cargo gonna deliver to me? The answer i got from DR cargo customer care very Rudley ' i have no idea we will inform you if it's custom cleared, ' i asked that person why your talking like this,
That person replied' what should I do'
When i was typing this review it doesn't seems that customer care care person was rude but that person talking over phone in Malayalam language that was very rude, finally i asked customer care person name and she said her name is SARITHA

Almost 3 months before I sent sea cargo from DR Courier from Bada Zayed (Madinat Zaid, Western Region – Abu Dhabi) and still not yet reached the destination. I called several times in DR Courier Dubai office, Abu Dhabi office, Bada Zayed branch and several Indian branches. They are providing me always typical answers like, after one week you will get / just wait for one week or 3 or 4 days, courier now in Mumbai port/ some where in Gujarat etc. They are not providing correct information and customer service from Bada Zayed (I sent courier form Bada Zayed) is very bad, they don’t know how to talk customer even I lost my courier which one I send form their office.

I lost 53 kg courier + courier charges 400AED.

Please don’t use this cargo!

They damaged my cargo item in such a way it’s not usable at all, and when i asked about the insurance (to which i paid extra amount) they are not at all giving me proper response!
Whenever i call them, only response i get we will check and get back to you! It’s been almost 1 YEAR till now no response.

Please do not choose these people. They will tell your stuff is facing clearance issue in the Mumbai port which is a rubbish lie they are telling to almost all customer. You will loose you stuff and money.please do not fall down on their promises. They will not even reply to the emails also if contact. Its been more than 1 year I have send my items to India.whenever I call they says it will be clearer in two weeks.

This is one of worst services experienced in my lifetime. Dr Cargo Sales person Mr Dileep has collected my items from my residense at JLT Dubai on 25th September 2021, Total weight was 47KGS. They charged me Aed 7.9 per kg. Now almost 2 months have gone till date i have not received my parcel. I called them from India twice they said custom was cleared we will deliver with in 8 days. I called many times after reaching Dubai. But each time getting answer from them that custom was cleared deliver will happen with in 8 days. Different person from their customer service gives different answer as custom was cleared in Kerala, custom was cleared in Mumbai, custom was cleared in Delhi and parcel will be reaching me with in 8 days. They have blocked me on facebook as i wrote fact on facebook. Now i don't when I am going to receive my parcel. The customer service is very bad. Invoice number is 373421

Never ever choose to sent cargo by seeing advertisement, small scale local cargo companies are much much better than this.i have sent my sea cargo on 26th Dec 2020 and till now no update.every month they says that it will be delivered at the earliest time.i am 100 % guaranteed that i wont be able to use any single item from it and also i dont know if they have any intention to deliver it. I know my friends who send the cargo from different companies during that month and got delivered on time. I will never recommend to anyone due to this worst experience.

Update on below response from owner - Multiple reminder email has already sent and did multiple phone call followups, you people are keep on says will be delivered at the earliest which was not happened last 8 months.i dont think that with this kind of unprofessional service no one will choose your services.

Update on 07/10/2021 - Till now there is no response about my cargo that was sent 10 MONTHS before. Such an unprofessional services.

Received damaged cargo in India, washing machine fully damaged and can't use it again. When I asked for damages claim then first they have tried to avoid it then they Informed that in process. Till now not received claim yet.just I call and call.possibly I may lose 750 AED cargo charges + cost of the machine. Company Owner should be looking in to this and sort. Customer Satisfaction should be priority.

It’s been almost 48 days and cargo is not yet cleared from the Bombay port where I sent one more cargo from different cargo service which is delivered before promised date

If you can not deliver cargo within promised date then don’t mention it in your service

Its been almost 1 year and the cargo i sent through DR haven't reached the destination.

They are giving me poor excuses while asking for the update.

Edit: 16- Oct -2021 contacted the customer care. Very rude and unpolite approach towards my calls. They don't have an idea about the delivery and simply telling to call after 15 days. This is happening every time when we ask for update. 11 months ahs been passed and they even dont know when they can deliver.

Very bad class service, my courier was dispatched from Dubai to India, still not received, it's been 10 months we haven't received yet, staff don't entertain, very bad service, I'll not use this courier even for free.
You tell us you have two decades experience, still this kind of service, Impressive, and you need more experience customers service staff.

My sister send 2 packs of household items in 14 th December 2020 from Dubai to Kerala. She paid 10000 rupees to the cargo agency. Now 9 months gone away. We don't receive that 2 packages, that items are missing. Her 3 month's salary lost.what can we do? How irresponsible you guyzzzz? Details of the shipper is Al- Karama. Dubai. UAE. Please do something.we want that items. Within 1 month we want that items. If my words are disappointing please pardon me.

Very bad service. One of the worst cargo service ever i seen. I have my package in pending to deliver from december. Till now they are saying its under custom clearance and no one is picking calls on kerala number. Very very very bad service. They are very irresponsible peoples in cargo service. 10 months for a delivery. Ridiculous

Very Very poor service. They don't have proper service. I sent cargo by sea Express. They are cheating to customers. Not proper status update. I sent 50days back still it's under customs clearance since 25days. Before sending their told me it will take 25 to 30days. If it will take time they should update to customers but DR cargo not professional they are not responsible. Invoice number 369702.
If you want to send with dr cargo, just send and forget it because they don't know when it will deliver

Sent 2 boxes on December 4th through sea cargo services. Not delivered yet. From March I hear about the clearing being started and the promise of delivery at the earliest. Other than me calling them every 2 weeks, have still not received a call from their team on any updates. Not once. Regret the day I chose them for sending cargo. Invoice No 297156. I know friends and relatives who sent their cargo through other companies in that month and receiving it by February. Terrible service and customer care initiative. Will never recommend them to anyone. I don’t think I’ll ever receive the shipment.

I had sent around 175 kg to Kerala through express ship cargo, i was bit scared as this was my first experience with DR courier and moreover most of the items were fragile and i had packed them with the wooden box by paying some extra amount. Everything reached perfect and on time. Thank you for the on time service, Much appreciated

July 2nd i sent my express sea cargo to Kerala invoice no-349633. As per them the express courier will take 25 days or maximum 30 days. But my courier delivered after 48 days. One of my colleague sent along with me as norml (2 months) through the prime cargo the courier delivered with in 30 days.

July 2nd Friday i met Mr Saif karama branch to enquire about the shipment and delivery. He told me tat today Friday nobody will come and take the items. Later i communicated through online and he told me tat " sir as per your convince at any time will come and collect. So i have decided to go head Wit Dr couriers.

Whenever i was checking online the status was showing the same. I was dealing 1st time wit this courier company so decided to check in their karama office. Again i met Mr Saif 17 th july he told me tat your courier already reached in India 4th july tats why its show as receivers country and waiting 4 the clearence. I was really shocked and happy because with in 2 days ship reached in india and asked about tat he told its trade secret we won't relieve those information. Again after 25 days i went to the office the online status was the same receivers country which already updated on 4th July. And asked Saif about the online status nd told him am not able to understand anything through the online tracking because he already told me 2 weeks back its reached in india. Then he told me its your problem if u cant understand bz this not a new company we are here more than 17 years nd using the same software.

My friend saravanan send some sea cargo in Dr courier service, on november 26 th invoice no 293844,9 th month after august 17 th we received the cargo, before the delivery man told 40 days you receive your cargo.but long days after I received my cargo (master number - 11078810019515) and that having lot of food items and I got everything is expired, and I told this to my friend, he told me that he have complaint number and he is going to make complaint, and he did complaint also, but till now no response from Dr courier service, so my friends do not use this service, if you need use another service, this is the worst service I think so, before they told many expired food means we will refund for you, but now no response from the service

Received Air Cargo on 12 th day with damaged delivery including goods and package.during phone conversion they told one price and when they came for pick up changed the price and advised if you don't you can send with other courier.not advisable for sending goods and service level.after all we received damaged goods paying so much of amount.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Most horrible experince for me with DR courier. From last Dec 2020 I sent 2 big boxes to Goa from Abu Dhabi, that I am still waiting to be delivered. Loss of over 2000AED. No response after follow up & no one answers the dubai office. Very disappointed!

I will send some product from dubai to kerala. The dr courier agent said that will be delivered in 25 to 45 days but the cargo is not get in my house i will contact that person but he is not attend the message and not reply the message. 6 months over. The deliverey agent not attend the calls very poor customer service worst cargo service all of them will choose another cargo services

Recently i used DR courier service and was very happy with their professional dealing. Naseeb was the agent i dealth with and he was very helpful in knowing my requirements. They packed all the items safely and everything was well takencare of. Here after i will always contact Nasseb and team for any of my cargo requirements.and also i recomment their service.thanks a lot

Worst service. Items damaged and not replaced. I sent one cooking range and some other items last September, while parcel received cooking range is completely damaged. They have taken the item from my home and agreed to replace the item. Now it's almost 10 months and no positive response from the company.

Send 7 months before, still not reach.still Clarence issues, pls no one dont send, also they are not ready to take any responsibility for the food stuff that i send, all spoiled.really really poor service. Do not helping the customer

We have sent cargo to kerala on November 25th.it is not yet received. Its been 7 months now. Worst customer service ever. Whatever the reason is. If they couldn't resolve it in 7 months, Then what's the point in running a unethical company like this? Atleast show the responsibility to refund our money.
