DR Courier & Cargo LLC- Dubai Investment Park

Very bad service, i will not reffer this company for cargo service. We have sent our box four months ago not reached yet. Our invoice number is 421880.
Even calling them and messaging again n again but same response that stuck in Mumbai customs, its not our fault.
Dr courier, if you are really professional then have to tell clients before taking their stuff that how much maximum time need to deliver the cargo.you know all the formalities n clearance take time to finish at custom as very experienced old company. You cannot make fool to your clients.

The worst service ever, Because it's been almost a year since I sent it from Dubai to India.
Still not received any proper information. Very pathetic.

My inteasion was not make complaints but Dr Cargo only force me to do that. It's been 50 days I send parcel to India until now I didn't receive this the. And I calld from India to costmer service no one is interested to answer me. I send 3rd of October now is November 18 imagine how many days I m watting for that and wich I send something for my family for diwali wich they can't receive yet.i called Dubai costumer services here also same problem every time they are saying with costm is stuck blaa blaa thinks. It's really unprofessional service. They promise me it will reach by 25 days I count as 30 days bcz it's sea cargo but still m watting and I don't understand why Now Dr costom checks uts part of Dr Cargo so why u guys wants special time for that. It's really Unprofessional. Service. Your the force me to make complaints.

Guys Don't use this cargo. So bad, cheating service. I booked cargo in last year December but still not delivered. Every month I call and they say same answer that this month last week or next month first week it will deliver.

I will take legal action soon on this company.

My first and best experience with a courier service from Dubai to India. I was very afraid to send a courier from Dubai to India. However, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I didn't had any other choice. Initially I thought to go with ABC cargo. But there were a lot of negative reviews about them. After a lot of research and reviews, I got to know about these guys and even these guys had negative reviews, but considerably lower than others. So I had to dare and go ahead with them.

Firstly, the courier guys that came to my home to pack the things were so polite. Kudos to those guys. I didn't had to do a thing. I just kept the things ready. They came, packed everything in boxes (they only brought the boxes as well), bubble wrapped sensitive items and sorted everything so perfectly in the boxes that items don't get damaged. And all of this was done with in 30 minutes. A total 5 star only for these guys. I wish I could mention their names, but I don't remember.

I had to send the package from Dubai to Mumbai. They had various options with reasonable prices and I chose sea cargo option for which they mentioned that the package will reach destination in 25 to 30 days.

They took the package on 3rd August 2021. Days passed and the date they gave was closing in. But nobody contacted about the package status and when I checked on the website for tracking, that too had very limited information. The status was still showing as package received and I got little concerned. So I contacted them through chat option in their website and the only information they were giving was "clearance is done and dispatched" and nothing else. I Couldn't understand whether they were talking about clearance in Dubai or India and they were repeating the same thing no matter which question I asked. I got more worried and planned to call them the next day as it was too late in the night. Only 1 star for their website tracking status and customer care service.

But to my surprise, my family got a call in India yesterday (26th August, 2021) that the package will be delivered today. Everything was received as packed (Total 3 boxes). Only thing was that one package got little damaged. (Looks like it fell in some watery area and the clothes inside got dirty). 3.5 star for their shipment handling.

Overall, an amazing experience with these guys and will definitely try again.

My suggestion to DR Cargo team:
1. Update proper status on website tracker
2. Inform customer service to give proper and clear information.
3. Improve shipment handling.

I lack words to describe how bad this joke of a company is at doing what they are supposed to.
Overall -10 on a 0 to 10 scale!

I send via Air cargo. These person guarantee me the item will receive within 14 days. But I got the item within 9 days. None of the item is damaged and got my all stuff safely. Thanks to DR cargo. And this is my first courier from dubai.
