Extra charges to much 1kg 6dh price but including extra charges 1kg 7.5dh also time 2 to 3 months not 45days tracking also not showing vary bad experience

I have sent my cargo 2/12/2022 now 13/3/2023 almost 4 month still my cargo not reached very bad service

Very bad experience sent cargo on 9/03/22 but still not received, when ever calling them simply they are blaming Mumbai customs.

Please don’t use this cargo!
Never trust these guys!
They damaged my cargo item in such a way it’s not usable at all, and when i asked about the insurance (to which i paid extra amount) they are not at all giving me proper response!
Whenever i call them, only response i get we will check and get back to you! It’s been almost 1 YEAR till now no response.
Unprofessional Cargo i have ever seen my life!

I have sent my cargo to India normal Sea Cargo.which was supposed to take 45 days. But I got delivery at my home in 34 days. Very timely, reliable and Value for money service.

The staff is very irresponsible, but the service is good they send your courier at the proper time and place.
