I met Dr Elsa around 3 years ago when I was looking for a gynecologist that I could trust to guide my future high risk pregnancy. Someone that I do not know recommended her and I thank God till today that was the case. From the first moment of the visit she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She listened carefully to my gynecologist history and told me what would be the plan for a future pregnancy.
The time past and last November we found out we were expecting and Dr's Elsa care has been outstanding throughout my high risk pregnancy with many different complications along the way. I can not imagine this journey without her support and care. She has been for me like that angel sent to overlooked for us and make sure all was going to go well. Her reassurance every visit was crucial during my pregnancy and the way she took care of me and our little one was simply outstanding. We had an amazing journey with Dr Elsa. My delivery was so smooth and emotional. She was the most caring person during that process and made it for me and my husband the most unique and unforgettable experience. Dr Elsa brought our son safely into this world and we have no words to express our gratitude for all her care and guidance during the past months. Her team at the clinic Joy, Karla and Lorie are amazing as well, they are always available and ready to help. If you want to feel treated like a human and not like a number she is your Dr to go. I can not recommend her enough.

Dr. Elsa is the best doctor. She is reliable, confident, highly experienced, and is straightforward - what i prefer in an obgyn.

I would like to thank Dr. Elsa for making my pregnancy and delivery journey very smooth! Dr. Elsa was very patient with all my concerns and was ALWAYS welcoming. I felt very comfortable in the clinic because of the high professionalism that was shown and the good care I got from both Dr. Elsa and her amazing staff. I had a stress free experience and I would never forget this beautiful journey from prenatal visits, delivery, and even post natal checkup.

My encounters with Dr Elsa were marred by unresponsiveness, exorbitant fees, and an incorrect diagnosis/medical advice. It was only after seeking a second opinion from another doctor that I realized the gravity of the situation.

To begin with, the lack of direct communication with the gynecologist was extremely frustrating. Every time I called to discuss my concerns or seek clarifications, I was met with the nurse. This impersonal approach not only prolonged the process but also left me feeling unheard and neglected.
As a patient, I believe it is essential to have direct access to the doctor for timely and accurate information regarding one's health.
Moreover, the fees charged by this gynecologist were completely unjustifiable. I was shocked to discover that the cost of each visit far exceeded the industry standard. While I understand that medical services come at a cost, the fees charged by this practitioner were beyond reasonable, considering the lack of personalized attention and care provided.
My greatest concern, however, lies with the wrong advice I received from this gynecologist. It was only after visiting another doctor, who thoroughly examined me, that I discovered my condition, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), had worsened. The second doctor promptly initiated appropriate treatment, emphasizing the urgent need for natural medication to manage my condition effectively.
It is disheartening to think that I wasted valuable time and suffered unnecessary distress due to Dr Elsa’s medical advice.
It is my hope that sharing my experience will help others make more informed decisions about their healthcare providers and avoid the shortcomings I faced with this particular gynecologist.

I delivered my baby with Dr. Elsa at Mediclinic city hospital in Dubai. She did a perfect C-section. Dr Elsa had been amazing and everything went very well! She is such a great doctor and my family and I are very grateful!

Dr. Elsa is one of the most patient gynacs I have met. She takes the times to sit with you, answer all your questions, and make sure you leave feeling content.

The Doctor from big letter!

I was looking or I must say started searching for Dr. Elsa after she discontinued with City Hospital and finally I visited her in Jan 2016 in her newly opened clinic and I never consulted any other gynaecologist ever since.

After my miscarriage in 2015, I had certain complication which she was able to diagnose on my first visit (I had visited 3 other gynaec who never diagonsed them) and she assured me within 2 months I will conceive and believe me I did. I was so nervous during my pregnancy but thank god she was there with me and guided me throughout with the process and options of delivery along with education for use of epidural. It was an emergency C-section and trust me I was not at all nervous as she was there with me.

She is superb and talented doctor. I can recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr Elsa as she is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr I have ever met. I had very high risk pregnancy with Uncontrolled Blood pressure and Gestational Diabetes. Dr Elsa and her team monitored and guided me closely through the whole time. I had a loss at a different facility at late pregnancy a few years back so for us this is a miracle baby and Dr Elsa ensured he came into this world and now is growing in leaps and bounds. I had a difficult pregnancy eleven years ago with gestational diabetes, calcification of the placenta and delivered a beautiful boy prematurely at 34 weeks. Dr. Elsa guided me through this turbulent time with confidence, kindness, great empathy and sheer genius. A few years later, an abnormal pap smear sent me back to her; again, Dr Elsa came to my rescue with a very short list of what I needed to do. If not for her, I do not know if I would be here to tell this story. If you have pregnancy complications or not, or need a doctor who is at the very top of her game, look no further. Dr. Elsa was recommended to me by a close friend who had only wonderful things to say about her. Right enough, my entire experience throughout my pregnancy was great. She is warm, approachable, professional and reassuring. She pays attention to the tiniest details to ensure her patients are comfortable in her clinic. She also has an amazing sense of humour and never misses an opportunity (even in the labour room) to lighten up the atmosphere with her hilarious jokes.
Her team at the clinic are another bunch of lovely people. Always happy, cheerful and ever willing to assist. Her receptionist Joy was exceptionally good at her job with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, keeping us well informed of what to expect at our next appointment and also reminding us one day prior about our appointments. She also never missed an opportunity to make us feel at home in the clinic.
Karla, her nurse, is another wonderful person who was always gentle with blood tests and injections. She would always check on me when I visited the clinic, remember issues that I emailed her for between appointments and ask "how are you now Miss Monisha? "
Overall, it was a great experience at New Concept Clinic and will always be highly recommended by me.

Dr Elsa is the most amazing OB/GYN. I have been a patient since 2012 and she has seen me through 3 pregnancies. And with each one my regard for her only increases because of how professional she is.
During each delivery she makes sure I am listened to and informed and is nurturing and kind when I get stressed and tired. She manages the whole situation in a way that makes the whole experience amazing.

I honestly feel like she is more like a friend than a Dr.and can discuss various issues with her, which is very important to me.
She has a very no-nonsense approach but still very caring and takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns.
