Dr. Joseph Polyclinic ,karama

On my second visit , I took an appointment for Dr. Gandhi and when I reached they said he left for the day however when I was waiting for another doctor. I saw Dr Gandhi still consulting patients. Misinformation!
On my third visit. I had cold, body ache, abdominal pain and my back hurt when I breathe and was uncomfortable along with menstruation. I asked for DHA approve leave to which the dr mentioned “It’s not a serious ailment” so cannot issue dha leave. I was in pain not him. I was the one facing issue not the doctor, so I don’t appreciate a doctor with that kind of approach for a patient that is being treated. I appreciate that you’re assuring me that it’s not serious. But a human can take leave and rest if he or she is sick and no one has the right to say you don’t need a leave as it’s not a serious ailment. I went to treat my sickness but left with more stress instead of relief.
Also whenever I have submitted blood samples or other samples. I have to always follow up and they’re not bothered though they have information of us to share it.
Will not be visiting this clinic again.

Doctor's are very good but very bad experience from pharmacy staff out of stock one medecince as per them buy from aster when I check from aster and life they don't have I check with doctor again as of one pharmacy staff they arrange from ajman it will takes 5 to 7 day's please give more customer care training to pharmacy staff they're not welling comminute with customers

I would like to share my experience with Dr josephs polyclinic Karama, I got very good experience from the guys who sitting first floor reception, they treated me very friendly.and Doctors also experienced and very good services from all department.thank you guys

They need to improve their customer service.
The 1st doctor I consulted was not available so I asked them to send me to another one, there is a lady GP I think Vindu who I feel doesn't care of her patients. She asked me to see the first doctor I consulted in which it was difficult because his schedule doesn't meet mine. She said my case was not urgent and I told her I needed a medicine like before but she did not mind me and told me I need to see the first doctor. What is the purpose of having a system that has patient profile? This is not the customer service I was expecting from a doctor. Thank you Dr. Satish for your care. Please have your team develop their hospitality.

It was very quick tho, the doctors is very approachable and the people who work there is so generous. Im always choosing this clinic every time i go for check up.keep it up polyclinic ️

Just visited Joseph Clininc today. They where simply amazing. Friendly staff & fantastic doctors.

I had several bad experience before from other clinics.

Highly recommended

Seems they dont have"EMERGENCY"
Took my child at 0845 pm as she had spiked high fever.
Doctr refused to see her, reception saying already 10 patoents waiting.

The services are good enough, it is just a lack of coordination with the related section, so the letter needed is not sent according to the determined time, so that I have to come back to the clinic to ensure.

3 star for the doc and nurses not for hospital
Most of the hospitals are giving sick leave certificate without charge not (DHA) but this one won't give. This is the second time I'm experience same problem. Actually those who are getting low salary have to pay same as his one day salary for getting sick leave.so why these people can't provide a normal sick leave certificate! Also there is lot of play between insurance company and hospital side i don't know how to explain all these but I'm sure that most of the people who read this had experienced the same. No value for life everyone is behind money. If you have money you will be cared by hospital.

I had a very bad experience the receptionists would not give correct information because of this I had to come from a long distance then had to go back because they didn't tell me the correct timing

Been 30 min theres no one who would attend for the vital checks and then when I go in to meet the doc he has a rude behaviour saying why I dint get the vitals checked and he asked me to leave and wait since there are alot of patients waiting and I need to go out again and wait-. Rude and unprofessional behaviour especially when you can barely stand in illness

Very bad service. Consulting for insurance reimbursement. Taking X ray even if we consult for Fever. (Dr. Gandhi murugan)

We only visit Dr. Venugopal the pediatrician there. He has been our daughter's daughter for around 15+ years now. Very effective.

Enquiry department they dont have PRO number seriously! Very bad experience better go aster clinic and learn!

Worst call center service. They never answer your call after holding 10 minutes your call will disconnect immediately. Worst worst service. I dont know why they have call center. If u dont know doctor timing how can we occupy there. Worst and worst

The most worst experience in my whole life with Dr Joseph’s polyclinic today, I visited for General doctor Dr Gandhi and he refer me to the dermatologist there, That Doctor was sitting like a king inside room not even ask or let me explain my problem, just see computer type medicines and send to pharmacy, not even explain me about my problem diagnosis etc.
Please never go to this clinic the doctors are worst.

Seems like the doctors don't care of patients whether they will be cured/healed. They not event tell u those needed or what will u do after the check up. They have no care of their patient. Moody doctors are there.

Excellent service. We had a great experience with Dr. Vigil Rosemary, very professional and polite Doctor. My wife was super comfortable with the doctor and services provided by this clinic.
We might wait little long if no appointment, I recommend this clinic and request everyone to schedule an appointment to skip the waiting time.

Very satisfactory experience with the Dr. Anu Meha maám, Obs/Gyn in josheph polyclinic karama. She is very caring about her patients. I have never seen any doctor who cares more about their patients like her. Due to her 24/7 avalability in whatsapp and her guidance made me more strong during my delivery time. I strongly recommend Dr Anumeha to my friends and collegues.

If you are reading this, please BEWARE of this Joseph Pharmacy which is inside this clinic.the doctor will ask the patient to go to pharmacy for medicines which has no proper system of working.
One Keralite lady will take your papers and say "please take a seat, we will call you after 2 minutes'. After 20minutes when patient goes to ask the reason for delay the lady will have no reply and just say to wait AGAIN.
After half an hour when your name is called you are informed that the medicines are not available and will be arranged later. IS THIS A JOKEEEE? Why to wait for half and hour in a crowded risky atmosphere just to hear that medicines are not available. The doctor can check with pharmacy before writing or give prescription so the patient can take from a less busy pharmacy.
VERY POOR AND PATHETIC MANAGEMENT.
SAVE THE TIME AND GO TO SOME OTHER PLACE WHERE PATIENT CARE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BUSINESS.

Management and staffs are very helpfull
They treat patients very politely even if it’s busy schedule
Staffs take care of patients very sincerely which is very rare to find in Dubai now

Few days back I call to joseph clinic was wrongly transfered in pharmacy. A lady pharma USRA picked up call and guided me to take apointmnt or tel-consult and get my medicines.
Thank you dear for being good knowledge about insurances and which doctor to consult and medicine delivery also.

DR PRAKASH CHAWLA. (orthopedic). No professionalism and manners towards his patients. Speaks rudely and passes personal comments on his patients appearances which are none of his business. No ethics and highly unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First of all specially all departments all doctors consult very friendly, good support and receptionists also. From long time I tuch with clinic.

Dr. Vigil and Nurse have no tracking number for patients. In between each patient we noted 5 to 10 minute break for their phone calls, chit chat relaxing. Lucky staff, Poor Management!

After 1: 30 minutes waiting, they said another 1 hour to wait.we begged, Dr and Nurse doesn't bother.their meter running smooth.don't care. Waste of my time.cancelled appointment and left this place for ever.

This is not the clinic, Dr Joseph established one any more. Seems, no more to expect. Pathetic condition.

We came with appointment to see Dr srikumar dermotology for our child and we have to wait for almost 1hr 20 mins to meet him outside the cabin. It's not that there was lot of queue of patients. Only 3 parents were seen by him in this time frame. While we asked his nurse to check if you can fats process the same as this is coronavirus time and we can not stay longer here with our kids and need to show to doctor asap. She replied rudley and asked to visit another clinic. They dnt care there customers and the behaviorwas very rude.

Unprofessional staffs. Receptionists, Lab technician & Nurse. Rude behavior. Very bad experience with One of the Doctors and her nurse. Whenever we ask something, they answer rudely. Kind request to train hospitality to all of your staffs including Doctors and Nurses.

One of the worst customer service specially on the registration counter they are lousy n worst the guy who speaks Hindi with golden hair he is such a pain even before we could speak or explain he has his reasons n answers.our insurance was cancelled due to our new insurance being applied and this guy spoke as if we committed a crime.useless
