The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a compassionate manner. The nurses and support staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort .The hospital's commitment to patient care is evident in the exceptional teamwork and dedication displayed by all its staff members. We came to Joseph clinic as an experiment. We met Safa Sulfi and we are satisfied with the treatment. Again one day we have some emergency situation happened with my Son and we came to Joseph that time also we meet Dr. Safa sulfi.she treated well and she reffered to pediatric surgeon. The next day Dr. Safa herself called me and enquired about the situation of my son. That was a really awesome experience. Now also we are consulting with Dr. Safa Sulfi. The reception staff and Nurses are so co operatve Joseph Polyclinic is deserve for 5rating

It was so interesting and amazing to see the staff responding in a quick well mannered, especially mr, junaid referred me to Dr safa General practioner she was so kind to listen to all my health issues with very severe ear pain and infection she gave me medication which worked on point and the best part was getting my insurance approval in like within 5 minutes kind of magic,

Good location, outside view is good and too congested inside the clinic, this clinic can attend 10 to 12 patients at a time but if you visit its full rush and doesn't have space to turn inside.doctors are good.staffas are at good service. I will give 2 ** for clinic and the doctor we met is Gynaecologist **** for her. The management have to develop the clinic or make spacing inside for the convenience of the patients.

One of the best doctor s you can't find such an expertise doctors like Dr. Raphy even big hospitals can't buy his worth or service of his experience.very knowledgeable Nd updated, one can count on him for quick recovery.proud to see someone I trust next to my dad ️

Very very bad experience Dr. Raphy John is worst Doctor i have ever seen in my life. He doesnt know anything.its waste of time & money. Rediculous doctor. Dont know how these people are working

My clinical requirements I'm always prefer here bez. Dr. Raphy John and for my kids Dr. Nisha Raj. Expeianced and can identify the sickness quickly.

I trusted them in any other doctors. And they prescribe necessary medicine and they are not greddy like others. It's real service.

And waiting time also very less compared to other hospitals near by.

They don’t have an appointment system in place, all are walk-in customers and wait anxiously in Q however no one follows the token system which is just an eye wash as the nurse keeps on attending whom they know and just take them in and just say that they missed the number as we don’t have any evidence. I left today and went to Aster as I was waiting for my number, they just entertained 2 other patients without any token.
In the past I was referring Joseph Clinic to all my Family and Friends, however they least bother their patients as “I don’t care attitude”
Later I went to Aster and will never go back or refer any body to Josephs Clinics.

Today i visited this clinic for treatment of my 2year old son.it was an emergency and i am soo much thankful to dr.nisha maam and the whole staff for handling the situation soo well.very caring dr.nisha.i would definitely recommend to this clinic.

Dr. Nisha Raj, Paediatrician is very good at diagnosing the disease and is having a nice and friendly way of behavior.

This clinic cares their patients well. Dr. Nisha Raj is amazing.

The front office staffs, nurses all are doing well there.

Dr Arif Khan friendly & makes kids confortable. He is good in diagnosis & gives only the medicine needed.
Front staff management is very good

All the front desk representatives and the Doctors are very helpful and experienced. Its like a family doctor experience. My children we bring them here. Overall excellent clinic.

I met Dr Nisha pediatrician for my son (sean). Her warm, understanding and compassionate approach towards her patients gives a lot of comfort and reassurance. Nurses, receptionists and insurance cordinator are really understanding and friendly. They helped to get the approval of our little one without much delay. Very thankful to doctor and whole team. Thanks to Lab staffs who collected the sample.

One of best clinics in Dubai. I have been visiting there for more than 6 years.very customer friendly people. I would like to highly recommend this clinic.
Binsi and Reshma the lab technicians deserve a pat on their shoulders for their proffessional approach and consistency in dealing patients and delivering their responsibilities on time. Reception staff Ambili, Sham and Alice sister are excellent staffs and an asset to the group. Dr Nisha, Dr Koya, Dr rafy, Dr Nesmal, Dr Vinoo and all the other doctors are doing a wonderful job out there.

Token system and customer Service are fantastic and helpful for all. Keep the same service environment.

I visited here, and Met Dr Amir for the first time. It was nice treatment and I am highly satisfied. Even on the front desk Mr Sham Choudry receptionist handle very professionaly and gave all the knowledge regarding the process.

I was very happy with the reception team support. Especially Mr. Sham Choudhry_ a smart and active gentle man who was assisting every one with his pleasant smile makes us also comfortable.

Also the pediatrician Dr. Arif Khan- he was a good listener and friendly.

We are consulting with Dr. Nisharaj almost 7 years ror my chldren and she is avery good Doctor, caring and kindful. She is able to diagnose illness very well. The reception people also very cooperative.

Bad experience, receptionist sham Choudhry very helpful. Satisfied with all customer service. Doctors are not professional using social media even consultation time. There is no courtesy during the said time. Disappointed with the service. Al Quasis Clinic Not recommended to anyone.

When a patient comes to the clinic with a pain and as soon as they see the Receptionist, half of the pain goes off. The service, the attention provided by them is really overwhelming.
Next, when you meet the Doctor's and the Nurse, you come out almost cured. They are so experienced and they diagnose well and cure perfectly.
I would recommend the clinic to everyone in my known circle.
