Great clinic! Felicia has been my tooth hygienist for many years and she does a fantastic job!

I am very happy with the professional service and customer care i received. Ladies on the reception are amazing, very helpful, and understanding. The clinic is very clean and spacious, with two waiting areas and complimentary refreshments. If you forget to brush your teeth before the visit, you have toothpastes and disposable toothbrushes available in the washroom. This is my favourite dental practice!

Would like to thank Felicia Bjurfjall, the hygienist at DrJoy Dental Clinic, very much for making the procedure very easy for me. As I have very sensitive teeth. It was not painful at all and the result is amazing. Felicia explained everything in details. Thank you to her for the excellent treatment. Also the reception staff are nice, very welcoming and helpful. All was an excellent experience.

Great experience, I went there last minute asking for a check up and I only have good things to say, at the reception Darta was very friendly, she managed to let me see the doctor even though it was last minute, doctor Elham was so helpful, she was meticulous with checking my teeth and answered every question I had. Overall a 10/10 experience

Worst place for braces, i finished my treatment but firstly i had to change my dr so many times till the end of the treatment because they stop working in the clinic or they are always fully booked, secondly the person who did my fixed retainer is Ms Monic, she is not a doctor.this is the doctors job not the assistants job.i still have issues and tongue injuries from the fixed retainers and it’s been a long time since i put them. I have to pay 300-650 to fix them every once in a while because the wire keeps touching my tongue.and the glue is bulky and not comfortable.i went multiple times to fix it but they just fail to do the job, i had an encounter with dr angela where i told her that the upper retainer is hitting my lower teeth and she made me feel like i’m imagining it and it’s not actually hitting, and i had to book an appointment with another dr to fix it.i still had issues later on with my retainers, even after a few months.i went to another clinic (dr michael clinic with dr kasem - i think^) to fix a small part where it was injuring my tongue and now the part that was fixed by dr kasem is very smooth compared to ms monic’s work, the part that she did is still very sharp.it’s not annoying me anymore and im reliefed.dont get me wrong ms monic is such a sweet lady, but it’s the dr’s job to do the retainers not the assistants job.

I recently visit Dr joy dental, I think 5 stars are very less for Doc Shahad Khudher, she deserves 7 stars
1/ she explained the process very well to me.
2/ she through positive energy vibes all around the room.
3/ most important very passionate about her job wants to do it perfectly, made sure I don’t feel any pain

Visiting Dr. Marjan Dorkhan makes you change your whole fear about visiting a dentist. She did my root canal and what an easy painless procedure it was. A professional endodentist which made my day with her silky way in explaining everything in details while doing the procedure.

Had one of my most pleasant experiences with dentists at Dr Joy clinic, jumeirah. Arrived 10 min before the appointment, got checked in and was immediately attended by front desk team who directed me to the Dr. I can't say enough but thanks for the entire team for taking away the pain and hassle of visiting multiple dentists in town.

Dr. Harris was an amaziled by his professionalism and had a great result after the tooth cleaning and bleaching!

I have had a very bad experience with Dr. Joy in Jumeirah. They cost a LOT of money and are extremely unprofessional. I am 38 years old and have been to many dental clinics and this is by FAR the worst experience I have had 1. The first appointment I had was to remove a cavity and place a filling. The cavity was removed and the doctor placed the filling in a rush because she has another patient waiting. 2. The process was painful and not accurate because she was trying to finish in a hurry - the filling was not the same level as my teeth and ended up damaging the tooth opposite to it (I wasn’t able to bite on that side at all) 3. I booked a follow up appointment to fix another tooth and also to fixed the tooth that was damaged by the incorrect placement of the filling - I booked an appointment at 10am - the doctor did not show. I booked an appointment with a different doctor at 10: 45 am (same clinic) - which they said was a specialist in extraction and implants. At 11: 05 - 20 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start - the receptionist came and asked me why I need appointment with extraction specialist and told me I need to see another doctor to give a recommendation that the tooth needs to be extracted. I ended up leaving - in pain - from how frustrated I am.

Dr. Monisha really took away the fear of the dentist that I’ve had for years! I had to replace a crown which I had put off for so long, because of the fear of the pain. Other dentists had used so much jargon and made it seem more complicated than it actually was. Dr. Monisha, was friendly and caring. She was very thorough while also being gentle. She put me at ease with her friendly and funny nature. Best of all, it didn’t hurt! I’m glad that I went to her for my procedure and now I look forward to going back to her for my follow ups and yearly cleaning.

Made the appointment online, got contacted right away via WhatsApp, got it for the same day. Valet parking included. Elegant, clean and comfortable reception. No waiting. Great service by Dr Harris who explained the findings and the plan clearly.

The friendliest and most professional dentist I’ve ever been to. Both the receptionist and dentist took the time to explain everything very clearly and made me feel comfortable about the work I was having done. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but the team here have taken away my fears. I also trust that they only do what is necessary to keep your costs low which I really appreciate!

They said that they have two different branch. And no responsibility for doctor’s job. Few doctors are not competent. We need to do retreatment and pay extra 4000aed, because after first treatment I had inflammation of caries.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Thomas! I’ve lived in Dubai for 6 years and have tried at least 5 different dental clinics and he’s by far the best I’ve come across. He is so so gentle and takes the time to explain every step of the procedure to you which makes any dental work much less intimidating. Katy, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth last visit was also great - she was so thorough and left my teeth feeling amazing. I can genuinely say that I look forward to my next visit - thank you for the great experience!

Dr Harris gave me a early check up within 2 hours of making appointment, I needed a tooth extraction and was told no appointments till Monday, Dr Harris kindly moved appointments around to fit me in. Whilst doing the procedure he was constantly asking me if i was ok, or in pain or anything like that. Kindly advised me of all things I need to be doing after my surgery. I would highly recommend this dental clinic in Dubai due to the clinics professionalism, the clinic was very clean and all people in there was very approachable and helpful. Thank you very much.

My surgical wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Indraniil Roy was seamless! He is extremely skilled and made the whole procedure a breeze.

I am very disappointed with the ANA (probably a receptionist) who received my call. To be honest she is extremely rude the way she handle the call, we as client may fail to attend our appointments due to some urgent matter. Instead of understanding the client situation, she lamented rudely. Personally we are happy with the clinic but the way this kind of person engaging with client is a big NO NO.

I would highly recommend Dr Joys Dental Clinic. Everyone from the front desk to the Drs are lovely. You really feel like you are in great hands and hands of the best experts possible. Thank you for the best dental experience I have ever had!

All my family went to this dental clinic for treatment. The dentist we chose was Dr. Thomas Forti. He is excellent. Very pleasant, light handed, very efficient and keeps the patient informed all the time. An excellent experience throughout, even for my daughter who is pain intolerant and who hates going to dentists. After the first trip, we didn’t have to drag her to go. Highly recommended though quite expensive if you don’t have a good insurance. Many thx Dr. Thomas.

I had a cycling accident which left a chip on my front tooth. It was my first time going to a dentist in Dubai and I didn't know where to go and I was referred to Dr. Joy Dental Clinic in Jumeirah. I met Dr. Elham and she was very lovely, accommodating and she patiently explained the procedures in a way that is easy to understand. She did a filling on my tooth and although it was a long procedure, she was always checking how I feel. It was daunting to be on a dental chair but I had full confidence in her as she made me feel comfortable from the consultation to the end. I must say her work was precise and she tried to get the tooth back as close as possible. Now I can smile like I used to again. I would also like to commend the staff for being very welcoming and courteous. Their service and follow-up made it a very pleasurable experience. Thank you so much!

Great dental clinic, as for me it’s one of the best in Dubai. Very nice and professional doctors, receptionists, well planned and placed system in general. I always advise their crevices to my friends and family.

Dr. Fernando is explain every detail, what he will do, what will happen. Also, care for the patient how he’s feeling and he does the work extra careful.

I have been to Dr. Joy for several procedures and my experience is always the best at the Jumeirah branch. Dr. Khurram did a filling for me today and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. He is very personable and genuinely cares for his patients. Plus, you can watch Netflix while they’re working on your teeth!

Dr Franco was just incredible this morning, I had emergency wisdom teeth extraction and I couldn’t have chosen a better person to do this procedure, he made me feel calm and reassured and the procedure did not hurt one bit. I recommend you all go to Dr Franco

Amazing, I visited Dr. Franco yesterday!
Went for my TMJ problem (clicking in my jaw)
He was amazing knew what he was doing.
I was scared that he would just tell me to do a night guard.
But, he wanted to fix the problem that I have, he helped me understand the whole problem I was having. I didnt feel like he was lost or didnt know what he was doing. He was well aware of everything.
In addition, They have informed me that my insurance will not be accepted before hand. They were clear with the prices and honest.
Dr. Franco, from the first visit you have made me feel confident about my problem and felt like i finally got a solution for my concerns.

My second visit to Dr Sara so far - she is fantastic, a very professional and capable dentist. I would highly recommend her.

Visiting Dr. Khurram at Dr Joy Dental Clinic was a fantastic decision! I was unhappy with my teeth for some time and wanted a smile makeover. Dr Khurram instantly made me feel at ease as we spoke through my options on how I could obtain the perfect smile for me. The end result is amazing, I now have a beautiful white smile and I can confidently smile all day long without being worried about what my teeth look like. My veneers look very natural and perfectly in-line. Not that I know much about dentistry but from previous experience with veneers, it's clear that a lot of detail and time went into creating my smile and I am delighted with the result. 100% worth a visit if you're looking for attention to detail, a comfortable dentist chair and a dentist that makes you feel happy at every step.

Dr. Sara performed an amazing job in extracting one of my wisdom tooth. To my *surprise* there was absolutely no pain during and after the extraction. It was a complicated extraction, might have required 90 min of surgerical removal, but her patience and skillful hands made it possible to accomplish the job in just 25 min thus avoiding surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Sara.

I rarely recommend unless I really feel there is need for it. Elisabeth Stahl and her assistant did an amazing job extracting one of my teeth (nr 36 so a big one) and I felt absolutely no pain, even the anistasia I didn't feel.
