I had such a great experience. I had been to many clinics and hospitals all over dubai but the experience i had was incredible. From ground staffs to doctors everyone had an amazing service.

My sister got her wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Pratik Narsikar specialist Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and implantologist and nurse Jossy Wilson, he was very gentle and actually finished the procedure in 4 minutes (i actually times him!) and he played friends for my sister to watch while getting her tooth extracted

I had bad tooth pain in my lower wisdom tooth since many days
Dr. Pratik Narsikar the specialist oral and maxilla facial surgeon took the time to explain to me the entire procedure through the video, and was very assuring during the surgery. He took the time to patiently explain me the procedure and after care required for it, in all it was a wonderful experience.a surgical extraction went completely smooth. Also commend Rahana sister the dental assistant for her support. I healed in 1 weeks time and back to normal diet now.

I got my impacted wisdom tooth removal with Dr. Pratik. He was very understanding and walked me through the process.
The procedure went smoothly with minimal pain and i healed fast, was back to eating in a week.
The clinic staff were warm and helpful too!

Been going to this location for a long time. Was seeing Dr Irene who was amazing. Unfortunately she has left joy dental and now I am seeing Dr Shriharsha who is also excellent! Staff is also kind and courteous.

We had appointment at 6: 20 and arrived 10 minutes earlier as per their instructions and by the time we have seen the nurse it was 6: 45 and the nurse starting working in completely different thing which we came for and requested her to see the doctor which he was not available as he still with other patients. Conclusion very bad time keeping and no proper communications and more worse no one had called to justify why that had happened. Definitely not coming back.

We visited Dr Mina at the clinic and he was amazing. It was my 6y old son’s first visit. Dr Mina was very detailed and explained every step of the process to us. My son had a root canal and a crown done without a single tear. He is very attentive, friendly, kind and professional. Dr Shriharsha is a professional doctor, and makes me feel comfortable. He really takes his time with his patients.
My kids and l felt perfect results immediately after finishing. And I’m usually afraid from the anesthetic injection but with him the injection was very soft, smooth and painless.

We took our son to Dr Mina (paediatric dentist) and he did such a phenomenal job first with the explanation and then with the treatment itself. We highly recommend Joy Dental Clinic and Dr Mina. This clinic also has another wonderful doctor Dr Sushma Lewis.

Frankly, I came to the center and the reception was wonderful from Ms, Raya, who gave us an accurate description and a simplified explanation about the center and we will come back again

Absolutely delighted with the work of Dr Kamal at the Murdiff branch. The attention to detail was remarkable and the results are far better than I expected. The procedure was quite lengthy but my comfort and freedom from pain was of paramount importance to Dr Kamal. I highly recommend him.

The admin staff are awesome. My dentist is the best and informed enough to deal with my volley of questions. They been my dentist for 3 years. They've also worked on my son's braces for 2 years. Price a little high but they're worth it!

Had a deep cleaning with Dr. Kamal, extremely satisfying especially he was so gentle on my those over sensitive tooth, reception is lively with friendly personnel.

After going to Dr. Joy’s Mirdif branch for many years I have had experience with so many of their staff members. Dr. Mina has seen my children for routine check ups and cleanings. He is extremely patient and has a way with comforting children. He never rushes the appointment and takes his time explaining everything to not just me but to my children as well. He has a great sense of humor too! My husband and I have seen Dr. Kamal for cleanings and a crown. Dr. Kamal has a calm demeanor and is very experienced. He thoroughly explains our options and then gives his best recommendation. He never encourages unnecessary treatments and I can honestly say I sincerely trust his advice and his work. I have gone through an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Anil. Dr. Anil is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and has no problem taking as much time as I need to explain his treatment plan. You can tell he his passionate about his profession and takes pride in his precise and calculated treatment. His goal is to give the best smile possible and he works hard to achieve it. Dr. Sushma was kind enough to give me 2 appointments in one day. She is very kind, gentle and professional. Finally, I recently saw Luisa, a new dental hygienist for a cleaning. One of the most gentle and pain-free dental cleanings I’ve ever had! She is friendly, upbeat and doesn’t rush at all. I will not have to dread another cleaning again! Overall my family’s experiences throughout the years at the Mirdif branch have always been positive. The smiling faces that greet us at reception are always ready to help and answer all my questions. The manager, Priyenka takes personal initiative to ensure I am comfortable and pleased with my visit to the dentist. She is always available to answer any questions and to accommodate my schedule for appointments. I’m so glad I found Dr. Joy’s clinic close to home and I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for caring and qualified dental professionals.

It’s Mireya’s first time going to the dentist for tooth extraction. Dr. Mina is gentle and explained all the process and the tools that were being used one by one. Making her sure that everything will be quick and painless.after 5 minutes, taaaadaaaa.all process were finished and her gum healed very fast too.thank you dr Mina!

I visited Dr. Indraniil Roy for Wisdom Tooth extraction.
He made the whole process very easy.
He explained the whole procedure in details, even going through the sounds of tools! The tooth was extracted smoothly and quickly.

Amazing clinic. The staff were fantastic and pleasant and the service was outstanding.they’re expanding as well and I can only see them getting better.

I had a deep crack in my tooth (third molar) and it was a very painful experience especially when I eat. I visited a few other dental clinics for consultation and all of them suggested a complicated expensive procedure from a root canal to full extraction and implant, although the tooth's nerve and pulp aren't infected. A family member recommended Dr. Joy to me, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Sushma who gave simpler options to start with like drill and filling to bond and fill the crack. It worked! No root canal and no extraction needed. I appreciate the doctor professionalism and honesty. The staff was nice to me as well. I definitely recommend Dr. Joy.

Very humble, understanding and approachable which is crucial for me sepecially when it comes to dealing with dental issues.
