Dr kamil totally ruined my skin! My face is now burnt and infected. Worst clinic I've ever been to. If you're thinking of going, please do not. All this clinic wants is money. He even gave me the wrong medication after I got infected!

My first visit and first experience at the clinic was successful. I had Botox done there for the first time and was very pleased. I did with their Laser Hair Removal, pricise! Medical facial and also Enzyme Therapy, they were absolutely amazing! I also tried their Tesla Sculpting, very efficient! After doing 5 treatments with them there has been 0 progress with my skin and if anything my skin got more sensitive. Its also very annoying and inconvenient that they keep canceling appointments. Very disappointed in this clinic. Waist of money & time

I went for first time fillers. Wait time very long. Packed with clients overlapping. Left bruises for 3 weeks. Returned for follow up, waited 1 hour to be told I needed more. Never again.

Full sucking money. When I called to ask how long it will take tattoo removal, the receptionist kindly informed, that doctor after seeing the tattoo will tell you exactly how long it will take, I just need to come. I came, the doctor after deep observation informed it will take 10-11 sessions for tattoo to disappear. Because it sounds nice, instead of going to other clinics I stayed here and proceeded with them. Now it's been 7 months I finished with them already 9 sessions, the tattoo is not eve thinking to disappear. Now when I ask how long more it takes, doctor replies "I don't know, it's too much ink" Very disappointed. I would appreciate better if from the beginning they were transparent and told truth that it will take 20-30 sessions, I would not complain in that case. Instead of lying.

المواعيد غير دقيقة قد تنتظر ساعة كاملة ، مادي جداً ، تدفع لفتح ملف و كريم التخدير. بعض الموظفين ​غير اكفاء ، بعد ان تم تخدير الوجه بالكريم تبين انه لا داعي له. اسعار مبالغ فيها عملت جلسة ليزر للتصبغات وبدون فائدة بالمرة لن اتابع معهم
Appointments are not accurate. You may wait an hour, very financially. You have to pay to open a file and anesthetic cream. Some of the employees are incompetent, Exaggerated prices. I did a laser session for pigmentation and it was useless at all. I will not follow up with them.

Telling your customers that the consultation is free of charge and then suddenly charging for it is unfair and unprofessional.

Definitely will recommend this clinic to do Exilis. I’ve got very nice result after several sessions.

Got a laser tattoo removal in this place. I was so surprised that they do laser test first (I have done few sessions abroad), but Dr. Rustom explained that it makes sense. Tattoo almost gone, without any marks or scarring. Clinic is very cozy, lovely staff, affordable prices.

Went in for Botox and lip fillers, first time. I saw Dr. Amr Mostafa, explained exactly what I wanted for my lips as I just wanted a little plump when I smile, he did a fantastic job, he didn’t change the shape or over do it, It genuinely doesn’t show that I did fillers which is what I wanted. A bit painful for the upper lip so be prepared! Botox wasn’t painful and hope to see the results in a few days once it sets in.

Hight recommend Dr. Rustom and his clinic. Dr. Rustom treats acne for my 13y.o. Daughter, he not only gave medication and treatment, but he also explained and show how she should take care about skin, which diet we should follow. I wish to met same dermatologist in my teenage years.

Would like to share my great experience. By Dr. Kamil`s advice I did cleaning facial and Oxyfacial, it’s was so nice, my skin is clean, shiny, not dry. I recommend Dr Kamil Al Rustom skin and laser center to pamper and improve your skin.

Dr. Rostom is simply the best, transparent, clear and efficient I definitely recommend this clinic. The doctor speaks fluently French as well which is a great addition to the service.

My experience with Dr Al Rustom’s clinic has consistently been outstanding. Professional and knowledgeable staff, easy to get appointments and find parking. And laser hair removal was done there thanks Bernadette for my smooth skin Also Dr. Rustom and his team treat vitiligo for my 7 years old son, for this big thank you. Dr. Kamil is putting most of his the work on the Pilipino girls. He gets the big payment and make the girls works. Nice business with small effort. They burnt my buddy with the laser. Also they put numbing cream for 2 hours instead of 45 minutes.when the cream effect was gone they started the work on my face and hurt me a lot. Group of money runners without real focus and customer care by the doctor instead of the Pilipino girls. As I'm a pilot and I keep the flight attendee take the plane because she is cheaper to fly than a captain at low cost. Will all passengers land safely? ! If the Nurses can do all work why we need doctors at high cost.

They recommended laser and i went for 6 sessions of laser which costed more than 3000aed with no improvement at all!

I am highly disappointed, and I regret that I have done the lip filler treatment in this clinic. After the procedure, I had a horrible reaction, and it took a week to heal. My skin around my lips peeled up, and it looked awful. I felt knots in my lips for almost one month, and the doctor injected the filler directly into my lips two times. I still have two dots on my lips where he injected the filler. My appointment was on the 9th of May and the dots are remaining. After I sent them the pictures of the rush I had, they didn't even respond.

I’ve never managed to find someone who can make Botox last even 3 months, but with Dr Kamil, I was at 4+ months (I’ve got very strong frown muscles).
